L'emplacement est idéal , vue sur le Mont Blanc !!! L'appartement est agréable , bien décoré : comme un chalet en bois . Les 2 seuls bémols sont : la salle de bain, plutôt dégradée, à refaire et les rideaux non occultants et en mauvais état de l'étage.

Good location and great view for 4 person ski trip. 200 m to grand Montet lift and town Ski locker would have been useful and lift not working to the 2nd floor apartment. Small window less 2nd bedroom/bunk room, compact facilities, tired bathroom, small 3 person sofa

petit erreur de clé à l'arrivée ;-) la télé ne marchait pas bien ; le raccordement HDMI n'était pas fonctionel ; le rangement des skis non accessibles ! mais sinon globalement bien et surtout merci d'avoir géré mon erreur dans la réservation sur la date de fin de séjour : vous auriez pu me le faire confirmé ... ce ne doit pas etre courant que qqun parte le vendredi matin ? merci

Nous aimerions souligner qu'il n'y a pas de dépôt de skis inclus. Nous acceptons des réservations avec des arrivées et des départs tous les jours de la semaine, c'est pourquoi nous ne pouvions pas savoir que votre départ aurait lieu un samedi, nous nous basons sur les dates indiquées dans la réservation. J’ai particulièrement apprécié que vous trouviez une solution à mon erreur lors de la réservation (je pensais avoir réservé toute la semaine et lue me suis trompé sur la date de départ ) ; vous n’avez pu me joindre le vendredi car j’étais en montagne sans portable malheureusement - nous étions persuadé de ne partir que le samedi ) A noter - lors de l’entrée vous auriez pu me challenger sur cette date de départ inhabituelle ?

Communal areas of building very underwhelming and building generally very tired. Apartment no better - Lots of potential to be nice but requires a lot of tlc. Bathroom in particular with old shower curtains and very aged fixtures and fittings - needs a refurb. Just disappointing for us overall. Wifi was extra also and why can't you just put a smart tv in? its 2023. Perhaps we should have read every detail but some things we take for granted now. Despite the above, on the upside - convenient location and we love the skiing here so had a great holiday. Friendly service.
