Residence Grands Montets is located only 500m from the village centre, and a short walk from train / bus connections. There is a secure private car park next to the residence. This studio is easily accessed via stairs / elevator. The accommodation boasts a magnificent picture window, with a spectacular view down the Chamonix valley to the summit of Mont Blanc. The accommodation is clean and tidy, with a small bathroom, kitchen area, and 1 single / 1 double bed. The sunny balcony is a fantastic feature, offering outdoor relaxation in the afternoon sunshine. Noemi is an excellent host - our expectations were met in full. Thank you!

I enjoyed the beautiful view and convenient location near the ski cable, plus the parking space was a bonus. However, the apartment is managed by a third party, which detracts from Airbnb’s charm. Communicating with different people each time felt impersonal, and being contacted via messenge was insecure, especially since the booking was through Airbnb. Registering on an external link to share personal information was uncomfortable. Upon arrival, the apartment wasn’t cleaned, and we had to wait. Additionally, the stove’s electricity block was off, with no instructions provided. It took two hours for a response, which was frustrating. As a Ukrainian, I found it offensive to be addressed in Russian, despite my Airbnb profile clearly stating I speak Ukrainian and English. Assuming a Ukrainian person would want or can speak Russian reflects imperialistic behavior, which I found inappropriate, disrespectful. These issues, despite the location and amenities, affected my overall experience.
