La villa dispose d’un espace salon-salle à manger moderne et spacieux, ouvert sur la cuisine, avec une cuisine superbement équipée, un mobilier très confortable, un routeur Wi-Fi portable et la télévision par satellite. Un escalier en colimaçon vous mène à l'étage supérieur. Pour profiter pleinement de votre séjour, ne manquez pas de vous détendre à l'extérieur sur l'une des terrasses ensoleillées, où vous pourrez profiter d'une brise rafraîchissante, vous détendre et découvrir les plaisirs d'un « dîner en plein air » grâce à un grand barbecue familial. À l’intérieur de cette villa récemment construite, les espaces de couchage se composent de deux chambres doubles, dont la suite parentale qui bénéficie de son propre jacuzzi privé, d’une salle de bains et d’une terrasse au niveau de la mezzanine. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une deuxième chambre double, une troisième chambre avec des lits superposés et une salle d’eau. La villa est nichée au cœur d’un magnifique et vaste jardin de 1 500 m², très isolé et intime, offrant de très belles vues sur la vallée en contrebas, qui s’étend jusqu’à la mer devant la Villa Monte Enrico. Des clôtures entourent la propriété là où cela est nécessaire, ce qui la rend en effet adaptée aux enfants ; toutefois, il convient de noter que la piscine privée, bien qu’elle ne fasse que 0,9 m de profondeur et soit parfaite pour les enfants, est en accès libre. Although it was a very nice experience overall, I need to add a few things. First of all, I was notified of the VERY STEEP hill going up to the property on the very last minute. I booked the property 2 months prior, but was given the check-in instructions on the day of checking in. I understand that this is a standard procedure, but I'd have liked to know about the steep hill situation beforehand, so that maybe I would have rented a different car. The check-in instruction said to have a 4x4 car and an experienced driver, which made me panic on the way to the property. Another thing is, when we wanted to turn on the heater, we were notified that it's against the law and we could not do that. Which could have been fine, but I chose this property because it had heater. So, it was an inconvenience for us. Other than these two situations, the property is really pleasant. We had a really good time there. Would recommend, but would have liked to be aware of these details, is all.

Le séjour a été très agréable. La villa était superbe, avec des lits confortables et de nombreux rangements. Rien à redire sur la propreté, tout était impeccable. Seul bémol : la piscine et le jacuzzi sont assez petits. De plus, l’accès à la villa est difficile, la route est extrêmement raide. Je n’ai pas réussi à la monter avec mon véhicule, heureusement que mon ami était là pour m’aider. Sans 4x4 ou un conducteur expérimenté, cela peut poser problème. Mis à part cela, tout était vraiment top 🙂

Hanglage ist bei schlechtem Wetter nicht gut zu erreichen mit Auto. Ansonsten war alles wie beschrieben und es wurden schnell Mängel abgestellt. Internet war zum arbeiten zu langsam.

Firstly thank you for a fantastic week in your beautiful holiday home! Secondly it was a really tranquil and sunny spot! We found getting to the beaches very easy by car. We all really felt so at home in your modern cosy house and we really managed to enjoy the quality time together that we never seem to find in the UK! The weather was super and we dined outside constantly! We also really enjoyed sightseeing in the local area and visited Monaco for the day which was an experience! Thanks again!

We've had a great family getaway in Liguria! Our holiday villa was so modern and spacious to stay in and it was lovely to just relax and enjoy quality time together. The road to the villa was a bit steep buy Barry handled it very well. The pool was so great to cool down in the sunshine and we enjoyed some great alfresco meals in the garden. The beaches were just a short drive away which was great for our teenage children and we all had great times sightseeing and visiting Monte Carlo! Ventimiglia was a wonderful location for a summer hols- thanks again!

Gute Kommunikation, Gastgeber helfen zu jeder Zeit bei Problemen oder Fragen. Ausstattung des Objektes ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es wirkt alles sehr spartanisch und einfach. Anfahrt ist sehr speziell. Die Zufahrtstraße hat eine mega Steigung. Mit nem voll beladenen Familien-Van ist der Aufstieg sehr abenteuerlich gewesen. Mit einem 4x4 Geländewagen ist man am besten beraten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Strandbäder im Ort sind schnell zu erreichen. Jedoch ist bei jedem Ausflug das Auto zu empfehlen. Es sind keine Fußgänger- oder Wanderwege vorhanden und wenn nur schlecht gepflegte. Die nahe gelegene Autobahn ist gerade Nachsts ein wenig nervig.

Il ne faut pas se fier aux photos de l’annonce : il y a énormément de différences. Après avoir contacté l’agence, apparemment c’est normal… Allez comprendre ! Si vous êtes quelqu’un de maniaque, ne venez pas à cet endroit. La femme de ménage a dû oublier de passer, je pense. De plus, vous allez vous « ressourcer » avec la nature… du moins avec les insectes ! Si vous aimez les cafards, les fourmis et les frelons, vous allez être servis. Bref, on pensait passer de bonnes vacances… c’est un peu raté.

Nice Villa with a beautiful view, there was a bad smell in the house and kitchen, bathroom and floor needed to be cleaned when we arrived. Nice with the BBQ outside and the space and balcony. Pool never got used since it was so small and on the upper floor it was very low in the sealing, and inconvenient with the bath tub and shower inside the room. It was very hard to get there by car, and a high car damage risk as mentioned by the host also.
