Die Wohnung ist einfach fantastisch – sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Alles, was man braucht, ist da. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und perfekt zum Entspannen. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das nette Willkommenspaket mit Milch, Wasser, Cornflakes, Marmelade, Nutella, Kaffee und einer Flasche Wein (die wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben, da wir keinen Alkohol trinken). Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist etwas kurvenreich – ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall notwendig. Blevio liegt nur ca. 10 Minuten von Como entfernt – idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Laden (relativ teuer), in Como findet man einen gut sortierten Carrefour-Supermarkt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!

The pictures don't do the view justice, it's amazing. Loved our time there, it was better than we imagined. Parking is so helpful as you need a car ideally but can walk down to the road (it's quite steep and takes 15mins) to get a bus.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The view was stunning. it was quiet and safe. The road up to the apartment is narrow for a car but this is only due to the parked vehicles - the parking space was a definite bonus. There was a bus stop at the bottom of the hill which gave regular access to Como. Communication was great with Lake Como Holiday - we would definitely book with them again.

Die Aussicht ist wunderschön, die Gegend ruhig und auch die Ausstattung ist super. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, man sollte aber auch zusätzliche Decken mitbringen.

We stayed four nights at this Lake Como apartment and the view was absolutely beautiful. The apartment in itself is nice and has all you need: nice and comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen and we even got a small welcome package. One thing is to bring a couple of warm socks (at least in October), as the tiled floor in the living room can feel a bit cold. The apartment is located in a small village, with stairs all the way down to the lake (and a super cozy, small, and local grocery store). We really enjoyed it and could easily have spent four more nights here.

The view of Lake Como from this apartment’s 3 balconies is OVERWHELMING! We couldn’t have been happier with our choice!! Definitely one of the quieter sides of the lake. There’s a small market (La Dispensia) within walking distance. (Just be sure to head right from the parking lot to find the safest walking path.). You’ll get your cardio in and meet the nicest market owner. This was a bucket list trip for us and we would love to return someday!

Très beau logement avec vue incroyable, place de parking sécurisé, box de bienvenue très agréable, tout est fonctionnel et la propreté est irréprochable. * Le traitement des déchets est néanmoins très mal expliqué et nous n’avons donc pas pu jeter nos poubelles.

The host was super responsive and allowed us the arrive early. We received a little welcome box with snacks and a bottle of wine which was a really nice touch. The apartment is very well equiped, has everything you would need and an amazing view of the lake. It's easily reachable by car and a parking spot is provided. All in all I can highly recommend

un excelente lugar para hospedar en familia, esta a 10 minutos en vehículo desde Como, si vas e auto es perfecto. Nosotros no pudimos arrendar un vehículo pero los taxis cobran 20 euros por el trayecto a Como y el bus pasa cada una hora aprox. El lugar es como lo describen las fotos, amplios baños y cómodas habitaciones. Al momento de llegar te esperan con un rico vino y cositas ricas. Lo recomiendo

My family and I (kids 10, 7 and 10 months), enjoyed a good stay at this apartment. The apartment itself is spacious, well appointed and has good amenities (kitchen was well stocked). The view from the balconies was fantastic, exactly as advertised. There was also a little garden where we could sit and eat (with a bbq). The internet worked perfectly. Private parking was available. It was possible to walk down to a small square with a local restaurant (I would be aware if you have a child in a pushchair or are not physically fit as it involves a lot of stairs). The drive up to the apartment involved some small/tight road, but we managed with no problems. The apartment is about a 10 minute drive to Como, where there are plenty of restaurants/supermarkets/shops etc.

einfach alles spitze, fantastische Aussicht auf den See, 3 Balkone mit Tisch/Stühle und 1 Terasse mit Liegen und Grill. Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet, vollständige Küche, schnelles WLAN, parkplatz ausreichend für Wagen der oberen Mittelklasse, vernünftige Matrazen. Sehr gute Anfahrtbeschreibung, Schlüssel über Schlüsselsafe einfach geregelt.

Die Wohnung entsprach zu 100% den Angaben des Inserats. Der Blick von den 3 Balkonen und auch direkt aus dem Bett auf dem See ist beeindruckend. Das WLAn und alle technischen Geräte haben gut funktioniert. Die Matratzen waren angenehm und der Umstand, dass man auf jedem Stockwerk ein Bad und eine Toilette hat ist von Vorteil. Die Zuufahrt zu Haus erfolgt über eine sehr enge vollgeparkte Straße. Daran und an das zum Teil anspruchsvolle Ausweichen vor dem Gegenverkehr muss man sich erste inmal gewöhnen. Der Parkplat ist zum Teil überdacht und nah am Haus. Was besonders angenehm war, war das Begrüßungspaket, dass auf der Kücheninsel lag. Es enthielt Milch, Cornflakes, Tee... In den Schlafzimmern ist je eines der Fenster mit einem Mückengitter versehen, damit man in der Nacht lüften kann. Das ist auch dringend notwendig, da die Temperatur unter dem Dach trotz verschlossener Fensterläden auf 30 Grad ansteigen konnte. Es wäre zu überlegen, ob man nachträglich doch noch eine Klimaanlage installiet. Im Untergeschoss waren es 26-27 Grad trotz lüftens in den frühgen Morgenstunden. Über die Nacht kann man nicht lüften, da sonst die Mücken reinkommen, da es leider weder im Bad, noch an einer der Türen auf die Blakone Fliegengitter gibt. Das könnte man sicher günstig nachrüsten. Der Bereich hinter dem Haus ist leider nicht sehr einladend. Es ist vor allem viel Beton auf dem ein Tisch und Stühle, sowie ein Grill stehen. Hier wäre ien kleiner Pool schön gewesen, für den man sicher bereit wäre mhr zu bezahlen oder man richtet dort einen Garten ein, der die Temperatur senken könnte. Die Wohnung selbst ist aber wirklich schön und der Ausblick aufden See ein Traum. Der Ort selbt hat nicht viel zu bieten. Eine Bar, deren Musik man abends hört und ein "Supermarkt", der aber keine eigenen Parkplätze hat und somit eigentlich nicht erreichbar ist. Die lAge der Wohnung, als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und nach Como ist sehr gut. Man muss nur wissen, dass abends immer ein Auto in der 30km/h Zona nach Como steht, dass automatisch die Geschwindigkeit kontrolliert. Mailand und vor allem Bergamo sind lohnenswerte Ausflugziele. Das Stadium in Mailand kann man sich aber sparen (teuer, schlechte Führung und ein völlig überteuerter Shop). Die Fahrt mit dem Schnellboot nach Bellagio ist auch nicht zu empfehlen. Man muss sich sehr lange für die Tickets anstellen (selbst um 8.00 Uhr morgens) und sitzt dann eine Stunde auf dem lauten, waremen Boot ohne Sicht (matte Scheiben). Die Rückfahrt mit dem normalen Schiff war dagegen ein Traum, auch wenn es 2 Stunden gedauert hat. Bellagio selbst ist völlig überlaufen. Es lohnt sich gleich morgens zwischen 7.30 und 08.00 Uhr mit der Bahn hoch nachBrunate zu fahren. Dann ist es dort noch selhrleer und man hat die Aussichtund den Ort für sich. Den Aussichtsturm kann man nur am Wochenende besuchen. Dann kann man auch mit einem Bus dorthinfahren und danach zur Bahn zurücklaufen. Kurz zusammengefasst. Es ist eine sehr schöne Wochnung, die als Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten ideal ist, hat aber noch Verbesserungspotential. Die Agentur hat einem sehr gutes Material geschickt mit dem man die Wohnung und alles anderer gut finden konnte. Einzig die Entsorgung des Mülls ist uns bis zum Schluss ein Rätsel geblieben.

Lejlighed var super fint og altanerne var så skønne at sidde på med den smukkeste udsigt. Den lille “have” bagved lejligheden kunne have været super hyggelig, men liggestolene var filteret ind i ukrudt og der var generelt ukrudt og ikke særlig hyggeligt at være. Den mappe, som i lejligheden med anvisninger, kunne godt bruge en opdatering, således at man kan blive guidet til f. eks., hvor man kan bade og handle. Da vi var i tvivl om, hvor vi skulle gøre af affaldet, skrev vi til kontaktpersonerne hos Lake Como, både på sms og Whats App, fik vi intet svar fra dem - det gjorde vi hellere ikke, da vi spurgte til hjælp til at leje en båd. Så ringede vi til kontoret vedr. leje af båd - de fortalte, at de havde nogle samarbejdspartnere, som de ville kontakte og vende tilbage, hvilket de aldrig gjorde. Lejligheden ligger i perfekt afstand til Como by, hvis man har bil og det er skønt, at lejligheden har egen parkeringsplads.

Nous avons apprécié la taille, les équipements, la luminosité, de l'appartement et particulièrement les différents extérieurs qui nous permettaient de profiter (ou pas) du soleil et de cette belle vue sur le lac.

The place was really nice and perfect for 2 couples or a small family. Unfortunately didn’t the Wi-Fi work at all and the stuff in the kitchen could use and extra cleaning. There wasn’t clean under the bed either, but we survived. The view from the apartment was stunning. Remember to bring your own soap for the dishes. The parking worked amazing!

Great views and a location! Host left a welcoming gift, which was a very nice touch. However if you are staying for more than a couple of days, bring your own trash bags, detergent, coffee, and other essentials.
