Sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Super gepflegt und mit traumhafter Aussicht. Como ist ca 30 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Pool ist sehr schön und das Haus großzügig geschnitten mit viel Platz. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Wirklich traumhaftes Gelände, auch für die Hunde, bei sommerlichem Wetter unschlagbar. Das Haus ist absolut geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden. Ca. 20 min. vom See entfernt in den Bergen. Wir kommen sehr gern mal wieder.

- lovely villa with big garden, nice views & all stuff you want to spent holdiday; some minor point (could be better): - good beds in all rooms (only parentroom had good bed) - repair of Wifi when it's not working (took 4 days) - barking of dogs neighbour sometimes more then half an hour continuously - a working gate (electronically)

Das Haus und vor allem der Garten und die Aussicht sind ein Traum. Man braucht allerdings ein Fahrzeug um von dort wegzukommen. Zu Fuß ist mühsam und man müsste auf der Straße laufen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können es jedem nur empfehlen, dem ein einfaches Bett, Badezimmer und Küche ausreichen. Der Außenbereich ist traumhaft.

August 2018 Liebes Team, Gerne geben wir ein Feedback: uns hat die Unterkunft gut gefallen, besonders der große schöne Park zum Haus. Auch die Region Comer See ist sehr schön! Besonders positiv war die Ausstattung des Hauses, die schnelle Rückmeldung von Happy Holyday bei Fragen oder Problemen und das der Garten und Pool nach einer Woche gereinigt wurde Den Service von Happy Holiday können wir sehr empfehlen. There are beautiful views of the mountain and valley, and distant views of the lake. The property is lovely with many specimens of trees. Be sure to relax in the hammock underneath the olive tree. This location provides more of a mountain experience/feel more than a lake experience, but Como lake is just 9-minute drive (with fishhooks) to the lake. There are many nice restaurants within 4 or 5 minutes, so you don't have to get to the lake for good food. The neighbor dogs do bark at night and during the day. Spend some time exploring the mountain area's nooks and crannies--some trails and churches. etc.

Garten und Seeblick sind toll. Das Haus ist schon recht alt, allerdings ist die Küche gut ausgestattet. Badezimmer sollten aber einmal gründlich gereinigt werden.

Tres bonne expérience, grande maison très belle, tres confortable, bien situé et bien équipé (lave vaisselle machine à laver cafetière grille pain bouilloire machine à espresso, bbq etc...). Seul bémol, la troisième chambre avec lit double double est très petite tout comme le lit, elle peut convenir pour 2 enfants mais trop petite pour 2 adultes. Il manquerait également de quoi couvrir la piscine, elle avait été nettoyé à notre arrivée mais au fil des jours le bassin s'est salit.

La villa è molto bella e adatta ad un gruppo di amici numeroso. Una camera da letto non è matrimoniale ma ha un letto alla francese, perfetta per una sola persona. Un bagno al piano terra ha solo i servizi mentre il bagno al piano superiore ha sia doccia che vasca. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, presenza di formiche in cucina ed anche in camera da letto.

Während der Woche eine Überwachungskamera im Wohnzimmer entdeckt. Ausser einem "sorry" kam nicht viel. Dekorationen im ganzen Haus sind angsteinflössend. Betten unbequem. Ein Zimmer ist eine Abstellkammer und definitiv kein Doppelzimmer. Bellende Hunde beim Nachbar. Aussenbereich ist wunderschön. Das Haus wäre sonst eigentlich auch schön.

Lovely house, beautiful garden & surroundings and great to stay! House has everything. Some point can be better: - With such a house you expect every room haas a good bed. That can be improved. Two double beds (except the paentsbed) can be replaced for better ones. - WiFi didn't worked for most of the week (due to external influences)/ - The gate didn't work electronically - The neighbour has dogs. That's no problem but when they bark more then half a hour continuously....

der Ausblick und die Außenanlagen ist toll! Zudem war das große Gelände komplett eingezäunt- wir konnten unsere zwei Hunde den ganzen Tag frei laufen lassen. :)

All good, but the airco and wifi were not working properly. Also not actioned accordingly. Other then that, worth every penny. Great property. Brilliant views and outstanding garden and pool.

Thanks so much for a fantastic stay Happy Holiday Homes! Our rustico-style villa was utterly charming! We all had such a fun time in the surrounding hillside and on the lake. The location was so peaceful and secluded for us! The accommodation was also great for sleeping our older son who came to stay later on in the second week. We loved the romantic charms of the interior and also the idyllic sunny garden. It really was the perfect choice for us!

What a perfect little spot! We were looking for a sweet little mountainside retreat and boy did we get it! Villa Victoria was so quiet and peaceful.. plus its garden was so great for daytime relaxing and for our alfresco BBQs. The pool was also great fun! We loved all the exposed stone and fairytale feel to the place - just like a hansel & gretel story! We totally want to come back here when we're next in Europe, hopefully for a wintertime vacation so we can enjoy all the cosy little fireplaces!! Thanks so much!

FANTASTIC! We all really enjoyed our time in Villa Victoria! The villa was very beautiful inside and especially attractive to us as a comfortable holiday home. It was always clean and we enjoyed having a private chef cook for us at the villa on a few occasions. The food was out of this world! The lake views were so inspiring and most of the time we enjoyed the sunny garden and swimming pool. Argegno was a very pretty historical town and we found a very good restaurant there called 'La Piazzetta'. Argegno was not far from the island of Comacina and also villa Balbianello. We found the location perfect for sightseeing but also for enjoying the peace together in the sunshine. My family were all very happy in the villa, so thank you for your very good and friendly service!

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Victoria, it was just perfect. The house was absolutly idylic and as you can see from the photo we really loved the pool. As for our favorite activity, we hired a boat in Menaggio and had a super trip on the lake. Our favorite restaurant was at the Hotel Belvadere in Argegno, the food and service was superb, we went there several times. The scenery was breathtaking and we did some super drives, we did not do as much as I had planned, we had my 5 year old son and my 76 year old father with us, which is a bit limiting as far a cultural activities go, but this was why we chose Villa Victoria, we had little excursions in the morning and the played in the pool all afternoon. It was perfect. We arrived home to wet cold weather in Ireland and we now spend our evenings dreaming of a life in a country with better weather.Everything was perfect, and when we go on holiday again I will deffinatly consult your web site.

Dear All, Thanks for the email. We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Victoria, it was just perfect. The house was absolutly idylic, just a couple of small points....... 1) There seemed to be bee hives in the field behind the house, and consiquently we had a bit of a problem with them around the pool at certain times of the day. 2) A sun umberella would have been handy to have beside the table at the back of the house, it was such a beautiful place to sit but at times the sun was too hot for my father and my son. 3) There is no door on the third bedroom, the one with the futon, this was not a big problem as my husband hooked up a blanket. Other than these three small things everything was wonderful. As you can see from the photo we really loved the pool. It is always exiting to see if a rented property lives up to your expectations. Villa Victoria certainly does. Its is a wonderful villa with spectacularly views and a wonderful pool for the children. The villa is perfect for six people. Lake Como Homes have been very helpful and the villa was very easy to find. Actually our car broke down and we called the office as we needed help ordering a taxi going from the house to the auto mechanic in Como. Harold happens to go to Como and picked us up at the house and brought us to the car repairman. Excellent service. We loved the sights, the lake, the house and the pool. We enjoyed Fox Town and will recommend this outlet to friends. We visited several restaurants and our favorite became La Tirlindana in Sala Comacina even though our lunch at "Villa D`Este" was extraordinary good.

Positives - beautiful views, plenty of parking, easy check in, 2 toilets, spacious, everything you possibly needed in the kitchen was there, loads of outside space, wood for the fireplace & great shower! Negatives - dusty in areas, toilets could do with a descale, cold, clump of hair found in one of the beds, wifi did not work at all, 4th bedroom not as described at all as it was a very uncomfortable single bed.. a member of our party had to sleep on the sofa because of this. So everyone is aware this place has 2 double bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), a twin room upstairs (beds can be put together but they are different heights), 1 single room upstairs with a very uncomfortable bed in.

Die Nachbarshunde fangen leider um 4 Uhr morgens an zu Bellen. Es gab auch 1 Bett weniger, als angegeben, wodurch einer von uns auf der Couch schlafen musste. Die Klospülung auf der Toilette im EG funktioniert leider nur manchmal. Ansonsten schöne Lage und Pool.

Das Haus ist sehr sehr schön. Es war alles sauber. Auch der Pool hat eine tolle größe. Das Grundstück ist nicht einsehbar. Allerdings besitzt der Nachbar zwei Hunde, die ab morgens 4 Uhr fast ununterbrochen bellen.
