Die Wohnung war sehr gut und wie beschrieben. Alles sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Sehr gute Lage mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit grad daneben. Würde ich jeden Weiterempfehlen.

La posizione è molto comoda , in prossimità della stazione di Lugano. L'appartamento è molto spazioso e dispone di tutte le comodità. Proprietà molto disponibile e reattiva alla richieste degli ospiti, unico suggerimento è di migliorare il locale lavanderia.

Super clean place and good bedding space; clear instructions and all guidance. We enjoyed the stay with kids and visiting friends’ hangout spaces. Nice WiFi and crisp linens; lots of towels and all kitchen needs were provided. Improvement ideas: TV was tiny; no music system or air conditioning. And really difficult parking for midsize suv! But exactly as advertised, which we appreciated.

Sehr angenehme Lage; Stadt und Bahnhof sind gut fussläufig zu erreichen. Auf der Terrasse konnte morgens in der Sonne (ab 10 Uhr) gefrühstückt werden, wobei tagsüber die Strasse doch recht nah und laut ist. Ansonsten grundlegend sehr saubere Wohnung, aber leider gab es ein kleines Armeisenproblem. Und die Ausstattung ist grundsolide, aber leider gibt es keine keine Basics in der Küche zum kochen wie Öl, Salz und Pfeffer. Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert und für die Küchengeräte aus Italien gibt es nur einen Steckdose Adapter, der hin und her gewechselt werden muss.

Super sted og god kommunikation, huset var let at tilgå. Giver den fire ud af fem stjerne. Den får ikke fem stjerner fordi der manglede karklude og viskestykker og at de aldrig kom med dem selvom vi spurgte. Trods det var det alle pengene værd og kan sagtens anbefale stedet🙏 Soren

This was a decent stay. We were hoping to save some money by going this route instead of a hotel for overall price and a kitchen, and we did save money! There is major construction happening next door, so that was loud, and no AC, though we did find a window unit in the closet that saved the day. There were also stand fans. There is a garage space included, but it is for a very compact car, so plan accordingly. Overall, the apartment got the job done. Amazing? No. Good enough, yes. We weren't in the room a lot. The kitchen was very well stocked for anything you might want to cook. You can walk to the grocery store (Lidl) in about 15 mins, so you can really save a lot of eating money. I would recommend a cheat sheet for the trash sorting- that was confusing! We were dropping a student off at Franklin, and they explained it to her, so that's how we figured out the trash. If you need a decent place with a full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms near Franklin, this is a good place. Bring a little car! Oh and stairs, you need to be able to handle stairs for this place. A cover for the sofa would be good too. It's mismatched and has some holes.

Sauberkeit und Checkin waren top. Die Lage ist ok. Man sollte aber wissen, dass der Weg zurück vom Zentrum ziemlich steil und treppenreich ist. Die Unterkunft selbst war allerdings etwas enttäuschend. Die Einrichtung ist sehr lieblos und abgewohnt. Für Kleinkinder nur schon wegen der gefährlichen Treppe absolut ungeeignet. Abwaschtabs, Geschirrtücher/lappen, Duschmittel etc. nur in rauen Mengen vorhanden. Der Garten ist verwildert und der Sitzplatz nicht überdacht. Mit kleinen Investitionen könnte man aber echt viel rausholen!
