This is the second time I have stopped in the apartment. We travel down to Chamonix from the UK on motorcycles and there is underground parking. The location of the apartment is fabulous, opening the window and listening to the flow of the river is heavenly. I can’t speak highly enough of the apartment.

Near cable elevator station. 7 min walking distance to the city center. Quite. Good view through the windows. Has an office which can give you big help in checking in.

We loved our stay in the Marguerite apartment! It was the perfect place for our family of four. We loved being near the Aiguille du Midi lift, and we appreciated having a designated parking space. The staff of Happy Rentals were lovely and very helpful. We would stay here again!

The accommodation was as pictured, was clean, close to grocery store and also the staff in the Happy Rentals office were helpful and friendly.

The apartment was as we expected, small but functional. Great for 3 people, but I’d say that for 4 adults it’s a tad small. While utensils and furniture seem quite old, it was clean and smelled good. However, there is no soap even for hand wash. Having a living-room Space was great, and the windows are on the calm river side . An underground parking was a big plus, though instructions on how to get there were not very clear and it would be helpful to get those at the same time as the key instructions and not with the keys. The apartment is located in a sort of ski residence, the inner yard has a small convenience shop, and several very nice bars/pubs. A big shoutout to the American restaurant with great burgers. The location is perfect with the Main Street only 3min away, and the bus stations to Praz téléphérique is around the corner. Overall, it was a great stay and we would come back!

Appartement is conveniently located downtown Chamonix, a short walking distance to the Téléphériques for l’Aiguille du midi or le Brevent and less than 10 min from the train to Montenverts (mer de glace). View on the river and the mountain (Brevent, not the Mont Blanc if that matters to you). One big plus for us is that it included a parking spot in a covered garage. It would have been nearly impossible to find a parking spot otherwise. Chamonix was super busy when we were there (late July). I appreciated that a (minimal) starting kit of a sponge, dish soap, one tablet for dish washer and 2 toilet paper rolls were provided. I just wish that this gesture was extended to provide enough for a full week. There’s something about having to buy toilet paper during your vacation that makes it feel like a little less of a vacation ;). Overall very happy with our stay.

Séjour très agréable dans un logement chaleureux et hyper propre. Belle salle de bains , conforme à la description. Proche du centre, des restaurants , et tous commerces en bas de l’immeuble. Place de parking privé, au sous sol, seul bémol difficulté pour trouver l’entrée du parking ( adresse incomplète) Un grand merci pour tout. nous avons également apprécié la délicate attention ( bouteille de vin) lors de notre arrivée.

The location was amazing, very close to the main bus terminal. The apartment was easy to find, and unlike some reviews was very quiet. It is also a quick walk to the city center as well as having many great restaurants and bars below. This fit four people very comfortably. This location also had a beautiful view from the main window.

Eine schöne Wohnung und sehr zentral gelegen. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar und trotzdem ist sie ruhig. Praktisch ist auch der direkte Zugang zur Tiefgarage über den Aufzug. Ich kann diese Wohnung gut weiterempfehlen. Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen dort und es war alles passend.

The apartment is very well placed for all activities from Chamonix, especially the Aquille du Midi lift. It is as pictured, with beautiful views over the mountains. The only issue was incorrect details given by the letting agent about parking, as there is no parking space designated for the apartment. Comfortable for four adults.

Fantastic location - the apartment is close to town, the bus station, and everything you could need. It is cozy, but comfortable and nice with great ski storage. Our only complaint is that the WiFi did not work - we were able to obtain a portable WiFi from the host but struggled to stream movies using it.

Great location. The apartment is right next to the cable car going up to L’Aguille du Midi. The main shopping street with all the restaurants are a short walk away. The apartment is located in Village Pieton, which has its own complement of Restaurants and Bars. There are bakeries and convenience stores nearby. There is a tabac store where you can keep your luggage after checkout for a small price. The bus station is very close as well. The apartment itself is cozy with sufficient heating and all necessary appliances. The common area is a bit small but if that is an issue then you should be spending more time outside! Recommended for a small family.

I spent three nights with my family (five adults). This apartment was a little small for five adults but other then that it is a nice clean apartment extremely well located just a couple of minutes from the center. It faces the river and you can see and hear the water running which was very nice. The Rental company (Happy Rentals) in charge of this property were responsive efficient and friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and can recommend this apartment.

The accommodation met our expectations, we had everything what we needed for a family of four (with a toddler and a baby) and appreciated, we could also use a sofa bed in the common area. The flat was smaller, but very comfortable. The location was perfect as its very close to the city centre and gondolas.
