Clean rooms and an amazing location! The stay was very comfortable and everything was well maintained. The only downside was that there was no kitchen dish soap, dishcloth, or paper towels provided. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I would still recommend staying here.

We loved this apartment! It was one of very few we saw right on the water with beach access. Every day we sat on the balcony watching ducks and swans on the beach below and admiring the views. The management company is nearby and accessible.

We really enjoyed our stay on the lake. A unique location with a great view. We loved sitting on the balcony during sunset! It’s location is well situated and steps away from everything you need. The unit was clean, roomy and comfortable.

The stay was exactly what we needed. It was a perfect spot to be, surrounding restaurants were delicious and we were easily able to walk to the ferry nearby and adventure to other cities along Como.

The location was excellent. Close to the square. The sound of the lake waves was relaxing. The lake view was extraordinary.

We are 2 couples and absolutely loved the 2 large bedrooms with a balcony off both right on Lake Como. The office is conveniently right next door to get the keys and there is a great restaurant just a few feet in the other direction. Menaggio is a lovely, quiet town. There is a beautiful walkway along the lake with a surprise mini-golf course at the end! Easy walk to the ferry to get to the other towns, but expect long lines to get back on the ferry in Varenna and pure mayhem in Bellagio!!! Varenna is definitely worth visiting, though. We hiked up to Castel di Vezio one day, which is very strenuous but worth it!! The next day we visited Villa Monastero and its beautiful gardens. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and also has 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. There are dishes, pans, utensils, an electric water kettle, and an American-style coffee maker, but we had to buy coffee, dish soap and paper towels at the grocery store which we thought was a little strange since those are necessary kitchen staples. All in all, though, it was a wonderful place to stay!!!

The property was well equipped and very easy check in and check out. The view was amazing and staff very helpful. We stayed 5 nights and recommend staying here. It’s an easy walk to the ferry station too!

Great location with a very short walk to the town square and ferry. The apartment was clean and as described and they even left a welcome basket with wine and snacks. Our favorite part was sitting on the balcony listening to the waves on the beach below.

The place was great. Clean and felt right at home. Location was just a couple of minutes (walking) away from the plaza with many restaurants and cafes. There is a restaurant just next door with a lake view that we enjoyed dinner at too. Also just a couple of minutes from Menaggio’s main port where we were able to book a hop on-hop off ferry to Bellagio and Varenna. The beach behind the building is not the nicest, but that was no problem. 5 minutes away from a nice beach to the north. The hosts were great. Gifted us a welcome box with snacks and wine and they were available for any questions at the office or via Airbnb. They also held our luggage at the office for a few hours after checkout. I recommend! Don’t let the low-ish rating steer you away!

Great view from the property with a lot of space. Two of the a/c units need to be serviced and the secondary bathroom shower drain is clogged, but all in all a great stay!

Villa Tosca 1 was wonderful!! 5 min walk from the boat and 5 min to “town” center. The view is FANTASTIC!! The kitchen is sparse so don’t plan to cook but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. And the private beach wasn’t really a place to hangout…(no chairs and needs to be cleaned up) if you want that, I’d look elsewhere. SUPER easy check in. Great place.

Enjoyed our stay. Location was beautiful, apartment had everything we needed and was just liked described. I would stay here again and recommend it to others. The views from this apartment are incredible. I do have one recommendation to anyone booking, and that is that it's better if you check in during office hours because it is easier. But if you plan on arriving late just reach out and let them know ahead. Once you arrive call the the after hours phone numbers in order to access keys. This place was a true gem. We enjoyed the views, the apartment was comfortable and the town itself was very charming with cute shops and nice restaurants around. Thank you!

Gorgeous apartment literally on the lakefront! This apartment was very clean, spacious & a short walk to the ferry dock. Office staff was extremely helpful with transportation questions and the welcome gift was a pleasant surprise!

August 2018 It was a very Nice place. Very good area. Both quiet but close to Menaggio center. Very Nice with the Beach so close to the House. If you are by car, just be aware, that it is not free parking, unless you park a few miles from the apartment. Other than that it was a verye Nice and save stay. Heidi, Denmark

The location was perfect as it was a 3 minute walk from the Menaggio Ferry port and a 5 minute walk from Menaggio center where all the restaurants were. The view from the balcony was amazing and the host was very responsive and helpful with any queries. The only downfall was that the bed mattresses were not great unfortunately and there isnt a big living room area to be able to chill. However there is a little 4 person round table which is where we spent time. Or on the balcony which you can access from the 2 bedrooms.

We loved the location. The location was very convenient for walking around the town. Check in was very easy and communication with the booking office was always helpful. The apartment was clean and has a beautiful view of the lake with a private beach below. There are two items we felt should be addressed by the booking agent. The bath towels are worn paper thin and should be upgraded. The main bedroom had only one thin blanket which was not adequate for warmth. We had to take the quilts off the 2nd bedrooms beds. as is usual in most areas on the lake parking is an issue. We were able to find free available parking in the evening after the crowds had left. If you want parking on property, this is not available here.

We liked our stay overall. For a quick stay we enjoyed the location. It was very close to the ferry and C10 bus stop and the restaurants were a 2 minute walk away. The host was quick to respond to messages.

We booked this for the view, which was awesome. Other than that, the unit seemed more beat up than we were hoping for and could’ve been cleaner. The clothes washer (which we were counting on) never worked, and the “dryer” was just a rack for hanging clothes (took 3 days to dry). The welcome package with wine and milk was a nice touch.

Great apartment in Menaggio with beautiful views of Bellagio and Varenna and access to a private beach! Great value in Lake Como, especially good for families. Easy walking distance to center of town and ferry. Would definitely book again!

l'alloggio era bello con vista lago 2 min a piede per prendere il traghetto . 2 min a piede al centro di Menaggio . non ce parcheggio vicino, io ho parcheggiato sulla strada circa 600 mt era un parcheggio gratuita... 1) c'è da dire che il letto matrimoniale da cambiare Assolutamente apenna ti movi se senti molto rumore si dirmi male. 2) non c'era il tosta pane 3)bollitore sporco...

Great location and view! Apartment is missing some basic essentials - washing powder, washing up liquid, body wash etc. tough when you arrive on a weekend as there is limited places to buy these options and on the weekend near impossible. Apart from this the apartment has a lovely view and they provide some snacks on arrival which is a nice touch - would suggest the essentials over the snacks however!

Too expensive for the quality. Good location but the furniture was poor quality, the beds were not made up and there was only 1 blanket for 3 beds. The beach area was dirty and unwelcoming.
