Great experience with Thomas and the appartment! It was really easy finding the Office and getting the key, even when checking in on a holiday! The appartment is 5 minutes from everything in town and we found it really nice to be that close. The appartment was clean and nice and had its own parking spot which was also great! Some kitchen cupboards including the fridge were tricky to close which is our only remark (but a small one). Otherwise we only have nice things to say about it and would really recomend!

A very clean, good equipped appartement at a central location, 5 minutes from the city center and the lake. We even had a little transportable AC and 2 fans, so we survived the hottest days of the year there. thank you!

Wir waren nun bereits zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung und sind mit der Ausstattung zufrieden. Es ist etwas umständlich, dass es kein direktes Wlan in der Wohnung gibt (man kann sich beim Vermieter aber hierzu melden und bekommt gegen Aufpreis ein Gerät hierfür) und die Betten sind auch sehr einfach, aber aufgrund der Lage, Größe und sonstigen Einrichtung des Appartments sind wir dennoch sehr zufrieden und können uns vorstellen erneut für einen Urlaub hierher zu kommen. Die Vermieter sind zudem super ansprechbar und für Wünsche und Anmerkungen total offen und informell erreichbar.

Super große Wohnung und sehr nahe zur Stadt! Top! Kleinigkeiten, die wir bemängeln können: Hatten nur einen Schlüssel für die Wohnung, das ist für 5 Personen zu wenig. Bettbezüge und Decken hatten wir leider zu wenig. Die Agentur schickte uns nochmals Bettlaken, was uns dann mit improvisieren half. Preis -Leistung passt! Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir würden wieder kommen.

The apartment had some good points and some not so good. It is very spacious, tasteful, clean and perfectly positioned close to the old town. The off road free secure parking was certainly a bonus as was the small but modern lift inside the building. The agency communication and check in/out assistance was first rate. A large supermarket is only 100m away. The main negative we had was the apartment was very warm inside. Yes we did stay during an unusually hot spell of weather, but compared to other apartments/buildings we stayed in during the same heatwave, this was by far the most uncomfortable. We appreciate the fact that the agency provided a portable air-con machine and 2 fans which without would have been much worse. Obviously outside of summer this won't be an issue. The road noise was particularly bad on one side with a constant stream of traffic at all hours and cars/bikes pulling up at the ATM directly beneath. Didn't bother me too much as I was in the rear bedroom, but worth noting for light sleepers. No free wifi was baffling, the only time in 2 years of travelling I've had this happen, its just the norm these days. If you can cope with these few negatives then it is otherwise a great apartment.

Location is great. You can walk or bike everywhere. Apartment is outdated but efficient for short stay. No air condition. Could be an issue in warm days. Beds are not comfortable.

If you're looking for classic elegance, the pictures are spot on. The neighborhood is walkable to all the happening spots but off the beaten path, and half a block from a nice grocery store. There are also 2 parking spots, which is unusual. However, a few things were uncomfortable for us that I'll include as a heads up. The traffic sounds reverberated very loudly inside even with the windows closed; there was only one key to access the building and open the outdoor gate, so if one person leaves, anyone else is trapped inside; the bathtub has a French setup - so you cannot take a shower. Also, if you'll be relying on their wifi, you might verify it's included as they gave us a hot spot but initially wanted us to pay extra for it.

Leider befindet sich direkt gegenüber der Wohnung eine sehr laute Baustelle, der Erholungsfaktor blieb auf der Strecke, die Betreuung Vorort ist sehr kompetent, wir haben am gleichen Tag unserer Bedenken eine neue Ferienwohnung zugewiesen bekommen, der Urlaub war gerettet! Danke dafür!

Super große Wohnung und sehr nahe zur Stadt! Top! Kleinigkeiten, die wir bemängeln können: Hatten nur einen Schlüssel für die Wohnung, das ist für 5 Personen zu wenig. Bettbezüge und Decken hatten wir leider zu wenig. Die Agentur schickte uns nochmals Bettlaken, was uns dann mit improvisieren half. Preis -Leistung passt! Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir würden wieder kommen.

Spacious apartment with great location, everything nessesary was in 5-10 min walking distance. Although the apartment needs a bit of updating and there was dust here and there.

The apartment had some good points and some not so good. It is very spacious, tasteful, clean and perfectly positioned close to the old town. The off road free secure parking was certainly a bonus as was the small but modern lift inside the building. The agency communication and check in/out assistance was first rate. A large supermarket is only 100m away. The main negative we had was the apartment was very warm inside. Yes we did stay during an unusually hot spell of weather, but compared to other apartments/buildings we stayed in during the same heatwave, this was by far the most uncomfortable. We appreciate the fact that the agency provided a portable air-con machine and 2 fans which without would have been much worse. Obviously outside of summer this won't be an issue. The road noise was particularly bad on one side with a constant stream of traffic at all hours and cars/bikes pulling up at the ATM directly beneath. Didn't bother me too much as I was in the rear bedroom, but worth noting for light sleepers. No free wifi was baffling, the only time in 2 years of travelling I've had this happen, its just the norm these days. If you can cope with these few negatives then it is otherwise a great apartment.

Good rental, great off street parking included. 5-10 minute walk to everything in Riva. On a busy street so somewhat noisy at night for kids.

Besonders hat mir gefallen die Lage und die abgeschlossene Parkplatz Personal ist sehr schnell erreichbar und allgemein sehr schöne Wohnung ,aber nicht ohne "aber"

Dobra lokalizacja, choć trochę przeszkadza położenie przy dużej, wyjazdowej ulicy z miasta. Duży, przestronny apartament.

Location is great. You can walk or bike everywhere. Apartment is outdated but efficient for short stay. No air condition. Could be an issue in warm days. Beds are not comfortable.

If you're looking for classic elegance, the pictures are spot on. The neighborhood is walkable to all the happening spots but off the beaten path, and half a block from a nice grocery store. There are also 2 parking spots, which is unusual. However, a few things were uncomfortable for us that I'll include as a heads up. The traffic sounds reverberated very loudly inside even with the windows closed; there was only one key to access the building and open the outdoor gate, so if one person leaves, anyone else is trapped inside; the bathtub has a French setup - so you cannot take a shower. Also, if you'll be relying on their wifi, you might verify it's included as they gave us a hot spot but initially wanted us to pay extra for it.

Leider befindet sich direkt gegenüber der Wohnung eine sehr laute Baustelle, der Erholungsfaktor blieb auf der Strecke, die Betreuung Vorort ist sehr kompetent, wir haben am gleichen Tag unserer Bedenken eine neue Ferienwohnung zugewiesen bekommen, der Urlaub war gerettet! Danke dafür!
