The villa was excellent. The views were terrific and the location was easy to get to. We had a few weather related issues and the owner and property manager were excellent at helping where possible. We will be back! Xx

Beautiful villa that really immerses you into the Lake Como feeling. Private dock and beautiful views from inside the villa. The town of Brienno is small but charming. Access to the villa is easy and it has great amenities.

Amazing house in an absolutely stunning location. The house does appear to be a work in progress. We were able to park in the new private parking area which was a big plus. There is a lift (elevator) being installed but is not yet operational. Carrying the bags down to the house wasn't easy and taking them back up to the car was difficult. The lift will remedy this when functional. The dryer wasn't working an a repair man was ordered but never showed up. We could not get the air conditioner to work even though the thermostat seemed to be working. Fortunately, other than the first day, the temperatures were mild. Could use some basic amenities such as salt and pepper, basic spices, dish towels, paper towels, etc.. The house is roomy and the views are breath taking. The upstairs shower is awesome. Overall we had an amazing stay and hope to be lucky enough to stay there again some day.
