Ce logement moderne, lumineux et spacieux, aménagé en duplex, offre un cadre de vacances polyvalent et sans souci pour des familles de 4 à 5 personnes. Le charmant salon du rez-de-chaussée offre un accès direct sur l’extérieur et est agrémenté d’un canapé confortable, d’une petite télévision à écran plat, d’une kitchenette attenante et d’une table à manger ronde. À l’étage, les espaces de couchage modulables et adaptés aux familles sont complétés par une buanderie privée et une salle d’eau moderne équipée.
À l’extérieur, la résidence bénéficie d’un joli jardin privé avec une petite pelouse, un coin repas en plein air pour 4 personnes et deux chaises longues. À côté du jardin, une place de parking privée est mise à votre disposition.

Situation :
La maison de vacances est située le long de la « Via Arezzo », une route secondaire calme à Massa. Les hôtes se trouvent à 7-15 minutes à pied des restaurants locaux, d’un glacier, d’un supermarché, d’un centre commercial, d’un club de tennis, de plusieurs plages de lido et du centre pédagogique « Parco WWF Centre Didattico Ronchi ».
Le chauffage coûte 20 € supplémentaires par jour.
Malheureusement, les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas admis dans cet établissement.

La casa è grande ed è abbastanza comoda considerando che è su più livelli. Si può mangiare comodamente in giardino, la posizione dà ombra al tavolo del giardino già dal pranzo. Noi siamo stati in 4 e siamo stati bene , la consiglierei sicuramente.

The house was beautiful and comfortable. It is located in a quiet area, relatively close to the beach, about 20 minutes walking and 5 minutes by car. The agency staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place!

appartamento carino e indipendente, adatto a brevi vacanze. Distante dal mare circa 15 minuti a piedi. Unica nota il cancello d’ingresso al cortile è molto stretto e non consente l’ingresso con l’auto. Pulizia e ordine buoni e forniti asciugamani

i punti positivi sono il posto vicinissimo al mare, ristoranti, supermercati. la casa e’ spaziosa e può benissimo ricevere una famiglia numerosa come noi ( eravamo in 7). le salviette da bagno sono numerose e sufficienti per tutti. la macchina entra benissimo dietro il cancello.

Het appartement was redelijk schoon. Weinig stopcontacten. Kei maar dan ook keiharde matrassen. Zelf een nieuwe douchekop gekocht het water kwam er aan alle kanten uit, behalve de goede kant. Hou er rekening mee dat het een mini douche cabine is, ben je wat forser dan pas je er niet in!Uitzicht vanaf balkon is mooi, daar staan helaas geen stoelen! Stoelen buiten en binnen aan de eettafel zitten niet prettig. Geen parkeerplaats aanwezig, parkeren moet je dicht langst de muur in het smalle straatje waar verkeer erg hard voorbij komt.
