Top Apartment in zentraler Lage. Direkte Aussicht auf den See und das "Wasserschloss" Rocca die Riva. Trotz der zentralen Lage des Appartements ist es sehr ruhig in der Nacht, auch der Springbrunnen vor dem Appartment wird abgestellt. Rund um das App gibt es viele Läden zum Einkaufen und für den sonstigen täglichen Bedarf. Das App selbst ist gepflegt, für 6 Personen ideal.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, ausreichend eingerichtet, sauber und super gelegen. Wer das Nachtleben liebt und nicht früh ins Bett möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Vom Balkon hat man eine schöne Aussicht und ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Riva is a fabulous place to spend a holiday, and Residenza Rocca del Lago is an excellent apartment! It's situated right in the heart of the old town, next to the lake, with fantastic views. It's clean, well equipped and would absolutely recommend. Thank you, we definitely will return, there's so much more to explore!

Die Lage ist toll, da man direkt in der Altstadt ist. Die Wohnung bietet mit 2 Bädern und 3 Schlafzimmern genug Platz um auch mal an Regentagen zu Hause zu bleiben.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, der Blick ist phantastisch! Alles wie auf den Fotos. Wir haben auch schon für nächstes Jahr wieder reserviert, also alles top! Das einzige, was wir noch vorschlagen würden, wäre gemütliches Licht Wohnzimmer, z.B. Stehlampe neben Sofa, eine kleine Lampe kleines Schlafzimmer, da war keine und neue Schreibtischlampe, da fehlte das Kabel. Und die Fugen in der Dusche müssten teils erneuert werden. Die Kommunikation mit Thomas und dem Team vor Ort war super, immer gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich.

Ein sehr schönes, großzügiges Appartement mitten in der Altstadt mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Festung, den Gardasee und auf einen Platz mit einem Springbrunnen, der im Dunkeln schön beleuchtet ist. Das Appartement war sehr sauber. Eine Wanderung über den Ponaleweg, der Besuch der Altstadt sowie eine Fahrt über den Gardasee können ohne viel Aufwand schnell umgesetzt werden. Ein Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Appartement bei dieser tollen Umgebung kann uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden.

Der Aufenthalt in Riva war wirklich sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen und man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Von den tollen Balkonen aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den See.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral mit Blick auf den Gardasee und der Traumhaften Berglandschaft. Begrüßt mit einer Flasche Sekt, noch einmal vielen Dank dafür. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, nur eine Kaffeemaschine sollte man mitbringen, da es nur eine Moka gibt. Die Betten sind gut. Die gesamte Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet, wir waren zu viert, und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Viele Geschäfte und super Restaurants rund herum, auch Bootsfahrten und Wassersport sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Auf dem Vorplatz ist immer reges Treiben, tolle Strassenmusiker spielen hier am Nachmittag und am Abend, hat uns super gefallen. Wer die absolute Ruhe sucht ist hier leider nicht gut aufgehoben, da hier bis sehr spät am Abend und auch in der Nacht immer was los ist. Für uns war es ein wunderbarer 14 tägiger Aufenthalt . The house was easy to find from the instructions, iit was very clean and the view from the balcony was just lovely. The location was incredibly convenient. I absolutely loved the main bedroom and bathroom. It was spacious with plenty of room to unpack and move around. We had a very enjoyable stay, I wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved our stay in Riva! Checking in late was fast and easy. You do have to walk to the apartment for about 5 minutes because it’s in a pedestrian zone, but it’s a nice and safe even late at night. The location is the best in the area. You have so many options to eat, drink or shop. There is even a street market a few steps from the door. There is an elevator in case you were wondering about heavy luggage like I was. The front and the back bedrooms are good size as are the bathrooms. The middle twin bedroom is small and has no closet, but we used it to have our open luggage on the beds and it was great to have as an extra room. We used the washer for laundry and it was wonderful. No dryer. The beds were ok, not uncomfortable as they look. We felt warm during the night and it was noisy outside to have an open window, so I requested 2 fans that were brought to us the same day. They worked great during the night. Great communication from the rental office. Great stay overall.

Pobyt u Thomasa uważamy za bardzo udany bardzo dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie czyściutkie i przestronne jak na naszą 6 osobową grupę idealne .Piękny roztaczający się widok z balkonu na jezioro i góry , gdzie przy porannej kawce można się było rozkoszować słuchając ulicznego grajka ,piękne trasy rowerowe każdy znalazł coś dla siebie na wodzie i na lądzie ,wieczorami w klimatycznych uliczkach można było popróbować włoskich specjałów z lampką wina .Okolica bardzo czysta i zadbana.Piękne miejsce .Napewno wrócę .

Amazing apartment in an amazing location. Relax listening to buskers morning or evening from your balcony, watch the world go by, close to everything. Restaurants and anything you need. An easy 10 min walk from the closest paid parking if needed. Host had great communication and instruction. Wished we could have stayed longer.

We would highly recommend Thomas’s apartment. There was adequate space for 5 adults with a spectacular setting overlooking the lake. Restaurants, bars etc were available outside the door and a 5 Minute walk had us at the (stony) beaches. It can be warm in the summer months as A/C isn’t the norm but even when the temperatures hit high thirties it didn’t spoil our holiday. Checkin and out was seamless and Giada from the Happy Service Office was great - providing a prompt response to any of our questions. Thank you, we look forward to returning in the future.

You will not need a car to stay in this apartment, everything will be within walking distance, the wonderful beach of the lake, the old town, restaurants. Wonderful atmosphere, harmonious symphony. Me, my wife and our three children had a couple of great evenings. Two private bathrooms, full kitchen, serenade under the windows, just lovely.

Giada provided excellent customer service. She quickly answered any of my questions ( No matter what time!) and gave specific instructions on how to find the apartment as we checked in on a Sunday. Giada let me know the office was closed and still reached out to inquire if everything was okay. The view from the terrace was spectacular! Riva del Garda is absolutely beautiful! We wish we stayed longer to visit all the villages by the ferry ride (a must!) We would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you Happy Rentals! One thing I have learned about renting through Air BnB is to read all the amenities listed to make sure they fit your needs.

Erstklassige Lage. Waren zu Silvester dort. Dafür wirklich einmalig. Balkone mit Blick auf den See und die Piazza Garibaldi. Den fehlenden Parkplatz in der Nähe nimmt man gerne in Kauf, wenn man so zentral wohnt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage ist atemberaubend. Durch die Nähe zum Marktplatz war es abends sehr lebhaft und brachte entsprechend Lautstärke mit sich. Dennoch war sonst alles perfekt. Gerne wieder. LG

La situation de l'appartement est magnifique. Le canapé du living est un peu petit et un fauteuil supplémentaires serait le bienvenu. Il manque des plats en verre pour le four et une louche. Les chambres et salles d'eau sont spacieuses et le chaffage est au top(encore bienvenu en soiree en février mars). Le gros point négatif est le parking loin de l'appartement (payant pour la plupart dans la ville et parfois éloigné)et donc le transport des valises, sacs de courses est vraiment pénible puisqu'on ne peut, même pas le temps du déchargement, circuler sur la place et garer sa voiture devant l'appartement ! L'agence devrait avoir un accord avec la police locale pour ses locataires comme l'ont certains hôtels De manière générale ...excellent séjour !

Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und fanden die Wohnung echt ausreichend und super... die Lage ist echt toll mit Blick auf den Gardasee und den Weihnachtsmarkt und die schöne Weihnachsbeleuchtung ! Sehr schöne und zentrale Unterkunft in Riva del Garda. Man ist direkt in der Mitte der Altstadt und hat eine echt tolle Aussicht direkt auf den Gardasee. Es war alles perfekt, lediglich unser Ansprechpartner Happy.Rentals war sehr schwer zu erreichen und die Kommunikation sehr schwierig. Zudem war der Check-in am Sonntag umständlich, da das Büro für die Schlüssel Annahme geschlossen war.

Die Lage der Wohnung mehr oder weniger direkt am See und in der gut frequentierten Altstadt von Riva ist wunderbar, wenn man es mag. Man ist direkt im Geschehen/Getümmel, kann dafür aber nicht mit dem Auto direkt bis zur Wohnung fahren und auch nachts sowie früh am Morgen kann es etwas lauter werden, da direkt unter der Wohnung mehrere Pizzerien sind und der Vorplatz vor der Wohnung häufig für musikalische Auftritte genutzt wird. Die Müllabfuhr und Straßenreinigung kommen dann früh zeitig, um alles wieder aufzuräumen. Die Wohnung ist groß genug für 4 Personen und ist zusammen mit den 2 Bädern grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. Die Küchenausstattung reicht für ein Frühstück und einen leichten Imbiss, Gewürze oder Basicvorräte gibt es nicht. Der Müll kann nur bei der Agentur in die reservierten Müllcontainer entsorgt werden. Für einen Kurzurlaub und Ausnutzung der vielen Lokale ist die Wohnung bestens geeignet. WiFi ist vorhanden, aber in den Räumen an der Balkonseite eher ohne Empfang. Die Abwicklung über die Agentur war problemlos und angenehm einfach. Parken kann man in der Tiefgarage neben/bei dem COOP für ca. € 14 am Tag; eine E-Tankstelle (2 Anschlüsse) gibt es auf dem Parkplatz eine Querstraße weiter nach oben (bezogen auf die Querstraße wo die Tiefgarage ist). Fußweg zur Tiefgarage ca. 10 min und zum Parkplatz mit der E-Tanke ca. 15 min. Wir hatten einen schönen Start in unseren Sommerurlaub in Riva mit einer Klettersteigtour und natürlich dem See vor der Tür.

Het appartement bevindt zich op een top locatie! Heel veel restaurants, terrasjes en winkels in de buurt. Het appartement is zeer ruim. Het enige wat wij misten was een woonkamer. In de keuken stond een bankje en een TV met alleen Italiaanse zenders...jammer een Engelse zender zou fijn zijn geweest kun je tenminste iets volgen. De twee balkons zijn eigenlijk te klein om op te zitten. Het zijn balkons net groot genoeg voor een plant of bloemen. Verder hebben wij er geweldig gewoond 👍 Wil je midden in het gebruik van een oude stad zitten: een geweldige plek👍

Emplacement idéal près du lac et centré. Appartement très bien et propre. Comme petit bémol, nous étions avec des personnes agées qui ont souffert de la chaleur; une climatisation ou un moyen de refroidissement auraient été bienvenus.

Die Lage der Wonhnung ist sehr gut, nur wer vor 23:00 Uhr schlafen gehen möchte, sollte etwas Anderes buchen. Mitten im Leben und entsprechend laut. Was uns an der Wohnung nich gefallen hat: 1. Kein kostenloses WLAN (ist mittlerweile standard) 2. Keine Kaffemaschine 3. Kein Staubsauger (Zubehör war vorhanden aber der Staubsauger fehlte) 4. Keine Mülleimer in oder am Wohngebäude (Wir mussten den Müll durch die halbe Stadt zur Entsorgung tragen) Aber ansonsten ist Riva immer eine Reise wert.

Die Lage ist mega! Man ist mitten im Geschehen und hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die Piazza und den See. Tritt man aus der Haustür, ist man sofort im Zentrum von Riva. Nachteil daran: Es ist recht laut, und es gibt keinen Parkplatz. Aber es lohnt sich, diese Kompromisse einzugehen! 😃

Checkin is not easy. Off site key pickup adds stress to getting to Airbnb. You cannot park to access the key pickup or get to the Airbnb out of fear of getting ticket (ZTL). An obvious corporate-run Airbnb takes the personal experience other European airbnbs are known for. Had much better experiences at all other European airbnbs. Unfortunately if this unit was run better I would have given 5 stars being that the location and view was perfect!
