The apartment is in the complex belonging to the gorgeous Villa de Herra and its gardens. The location is superb - being at one end of the lakeside promenade, it is at the same time at the very core of the gulf and at the same time at a very peaceful location. The pier is ca. 7 minutes' walk away and has good and frequent connections, and on the way there are several (very reasonably priced) cafees and restaurants. The apartment is clean, and the welcome package surprisingly useful :).

Really wonderful. The apartment is in a traditional Villa style building to the side of the main Villa de Herra property with full access to the beautiful grounds. The inside of the apartment is fully modern in every sense—new doors, windows, floors (no old creaking stuff!), new kitchen, bathrooms. Comfortable beds. (The one bedroom does not have a full double bed, however, it is just an extra large single bed). Very clean. WI-FI and air conditioning worked very well. We truly enjoyed the grounds, sitting in the outdoor chairs and table provided, overlooking the beautiful lake Como scenery. I felt very special having my own key to unlock the gate at the lakeside to go in and out on that side of the property, as well as on the back road side. Close to good restaurants, the walkway along the lake, Villa Balbianello, and the Lenno ferry stop. (Why do the listings for the property never show the actual building, but rather only show the main Villa which is a bit misleading. The apartment building is attractive, nothing to be ashamed of).

An absolute amazing place to stay. Right next to the lake, less than 5 min walk to ferry, gelato, pharmacy and cafe. Parking is included within the gated area and it’s right next to Villa Balbianello. Any issue, host is quick to respond (Thanks George!). Beautiful getaway for a small family, and cannot beat the views.

Everything. The best location and the property had everything that we needed. It looks like it had recently ben refurbished to a high standard. The grounds of the property are right on the lake and we could not have picked a better venue to stay. We were there for a wedding at the Villa Balbianello and it was a perfect location.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est unique : vue magnifique sur le lac, superbe propriété avec immense jardin offrant un accès direct au lac. Idéalement situé au calme avec parking privé et seulement à quelques minutes à pieds des commerces, restaurants, ferry, ... L'appartement est en très bon état et bien équipé. Points à améliorer: - mentionner dans l'annonce que l'un des 2 lits doubles ne fait que 120cm de large (très petit pour 2 adultes) - l'air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée et n'a jamais été réparé (communication décevante avec l'agence) - du mobilier de jardin (une petite table et 4 chaises) serait un vrai plus pour profiter de l'extérieur qui est magnifique.

A beautiful apartment in a wonderful location. Lenno is lovely - less crowded than many of the other resorts on Lake Como. Thoroughly recommended.

Loved the location of the villa, and the accommodation had everything required. Especially glad of the air conditioning as it was very hot whilst we were visiting. It would have been nice to have a few written instructions when we arrived, like a note of the WIFI password, and how to switch on the boiler for hot water! Otherwise we were very happy with everything. Thank you.

Logement bien situé, proche de toutes les commodités : restaurants, supermarché et embarcadère. Avantage d'une place de parking privée. Procédure d'arrivée avec une boîte à clé facile et surtout flexible. Appartement en lui-même : trés bien équipé, spacieux et confortable.

This place was great if you want air conditioning and a beautiful location with modern amenities. You can access the place from Lungo Lago or the back. However — I can tell this rental is probably used often, as the linens/bedding was not made and there was no duvet cover, just sheets. Additionally, the main shower head was broken, so water just seeped out of the side and made showing uncomfortable. The toilet downstairs leaks all over the floor, as it is not sealed to the wall properly. We found 7 millipedes during our stay which seemed to live behind the toilet. The seat for the toilet upstairs is broken as well so you can’t sit. In total, if the shower worked better and toilet had no leaks, I would have no complaints— but for $3000 / 9 days we should not have experience those issues. I spoke to the host to resolve the issue and was given Bryan or Marika or another person. Bryan would never answer. Marika answered but only to let me know that she couldn’t help me in time..

Great location. Clean simple apartment. Comfortable beds and a nice welcome package ( wine, cereal, milk, cookies). Only issue is Internet did not work the entire time ( we were there for 4 days). They did try to help us but communication was inconsistent and the internet was never fixed.

Geräumige und schöne Unterkunft in schöner, privater und ruhiger Lage. Man kann den Kaffee ☕️ mit den Kirchenglocken am See genießen 😊 Netter Willkommenskorb und flexibler Check-in. Lage ganz gut um auch die anderen Örtchen um den See zu erkunden… Einziges Manko: auf den ersten Blick sah die Unterkunft sehr sauber aus, allerdings waren die Bettdecken alle ungewaschen und schon etwas schmutzig. Daher haben wir nur mit den dünnen Bettlaken, welche sauber und gewaschen waren, geschlafen. Als Notlösung mit Heizung ging das trotzdem gut 😌

Nice roomy and well equipped apartment in a great location close to the lake. All rooms have an AC unit, which was a major plus. The only criticism we had was that the WIFI system was not working.

Overall nice stay. Needed clearer check in instructions in finding the right apt. Also could benefit with a detailed instruction/info packet on arrival with internet info, area restaurants recommended, nearby stores to get groceries, etc.

It was an ok place to stay, but very private. It was just me and my wife and we were hoping to get out on the town more. Some great food spots nearby but the house overall is tucked behind a bunch of trees and you have no view. There is no beauty to it like there should be.

The host for the Airbnb is not who you will be communicating with. The host sends your messages to a property manager. The property management company is unresponsive and did not provide instructions after I asked several times for help getting to the location. I would only recommend this property for anyone who is renting a car. This place is not accessible via public transportation. We paid 200€ in taxi fees to get to and from the Como train station. The buses and ferries are unreliable and the towns people are not helpful to tourists. The Airbnb is not the building on the pictures it is the building behind the one in the photo. The inside is very nice however it needs maintenance as the shower did not work. Besides the inconvenience the place is visually pleasant, secluded and peaceful. If you plan on visiting do not go on wednesdays. Everything is closed.

THe location was amazing very near to every thing , very modern ,every thing brand new , and the sofa turns into a bed which isn't mentioned in the description,nice bathroom, easy to collect keys ,
