Tolle Wohnung mit bequemen Betten und einer super Aussicht. Check in war unkompliziert. Garage war sogar auch vorhanden. Pool ebenfalls. Fußweg nach unten ins kleine Dörfchen ca. 10 Minuten. Für größere Einkäufen muss man allerdings weiter weg fahren, was ja kein Problem ist. Gegenüber vom Doppelbett steht ein Schrank mit großer Spiegeltür (das muß man mögen... oder zuhängen 😉)

Breathtaking view, the best we saw on our entire trip. Large balcony with a dining table so we could have our dinners with a view :) The pool was lovely. We would definitely come back here.

Ett mycket trevligt område med fantastisk utsikt över Comosjön. Mysig by (Argegno) med många trevliga matställen. Fin lägenhet med allt man behöver. Fin stor balkong med utsikt över hela sjön. Bra parkeringsgarage för hyrbilen. Fin pool. Boendet passade utmärkt för oss, familj med två tonåringar.

A very comfortable appartment with an amazing view on the lake from the large terrace, and a fine swimming pool. We had everything we need for a comfortable holiday: good beds, good wifi (we have 2 teenagers), good shower, many storage capacity for clothing, washing machine, good kitchen, big fridge. There is also airco. Within 10 minutes on foot you can reach the town of Argegno with two very small grocery stores, a mini fish store (lovely lady) selling fish from the lake and many restaurants. Great advantage: the funivia (cable cabin) to go up in the mountains for beautiful walks in the forest, and the stop for the ferries to discover the lake and the other cities next to the lake. So you only need your own car to do the supermarket once a week for example in Cernobbio! We recommand this appartment 100%.

Het uitzicht was fenomenaal. Groot terras met ligbedjes, een grote tafel om buiten te eten,… Binnenruimtes waren voldoende groot. Vanuit de woonkamer en de master bedroom heb je een prachtig zicht op het meer. Je kan er helemaal tot rust komen. Iedere ruimte heeft rolluiken waardoor je alles goed kan donker maken ‘s nachts. Daarnaast is de privé ondergrondse parking ideaal, je hebt altijd plaats en je auto staat lekker fris. Zwembad is goed onderhouden en op ieder moment toegankelijk! Dit vonden de kinderen dan weer fantastisch 🙂

when reaching property walking, you need to be able to walk stairs from the town and little bit on the busy road side but when you got there views are amazing.

No doubt the view was stunning. Needs some maintenance. Shower head leaking ( needs replacing) Bedroom door catches on floor. Lighting too bright it spoils the feel of the apartment An upstanding light in the sitting area & bedside lights in the bedrooms would make a considerable difference & easy to do. Couldn’t get any reception to use the TV & WiFi didn’t work . Lots of steps up & down to restaurants which wasn’t an issue for us but just to be aware if you struggle with steps. A random array of crockery 1 prosecco glass ok if you are celebrating alone. I wouldn’t go back there only for the views.

Très bel appartement, neuf, idéalement situé avec vue imprenable sur le lac. Moderne, propre et bien équipé. Superbe terrasse spacieuse et abritée. Idéal pour 4 personnes....ne manquent que des éclairages indirects, notamment dans les chambres (lampes de chevet), dans le salon et au dessus de l'évier....un peu de décoration le rendrait moins froid....

Het appartement is prachtig gelegen en heeft een groot balkon, en met echt fenomenaal uitzicht op het Comomeer! Minpuntjes zijn wel dat het interieur van het appartament hier en daar niet helemaal voldoet en en van goede kwaliteit is. En wat ook jammer is dat er een Senseo koffie apparaat staat, terwijl je bij geen enkele supermarkt bij het Comomeer senseo pads kan kopen.

Es war grundsätzlich eine sehr schöne Woche. Die Lage, der Blick über den See, der Pool und die Wohnung waren ganz toll. Die Küchenausstattung war etwas dürftig. Das WLAN ging gar nicht oder lieferte nicht einmal 1 Mbit/s. Gut dass eine gute Mobilfunkverbindung am Ort vorhanden war.

Appartement très correct mais manque de vaisselle. Le point negatif est la piscine non chauffée et meme niveau partout, donc les enfants de moins de 10 ans n’ont pas pied. Enfin nous sommes malheureusement tombés sur des personnes voisines très bruyantes, mais le locataire n’y peut rien.

Uns wurde mitgeteilt,dass Kaffeefiltermasch. vor Ort,war aber nicht, angekünidige Seife war auch nicht da Möbel generell Ikea,nicht mehr alles gut in Schuss,z.B. ein Wohnzimmertisch.Balkonmöbel zweckmäßig aber unbequem

when reaching property walking, you need to be able to walk stairs from the town and little bit on the busy road side but when you got there views are amazing.

No doubt the view was stunning. Needs some maintenance. Shower head leaking ( needs replacing) Bedroom door catches on floor. Lighting too bright it spoils the feel of the apartment An upstanding light in the sitting area & bedside lights in the bedrooms would make a considerable difference & easy to do. Couldn’t get any reception to use the TV & WiFi didn’t work . Lots of steps up & down to restaurants which wasn’t an issue for us but just to be aware if you struggle with steps. A random array of crockery 1 prosecco glass ok if you are celebrating alone. I wouldn’t go back there only for the views.

Doskonała lokalizacja i przepiękne widoki z balkonu i basenu! Bliski dostep do restauracji, sklepu, autobusow, promow. Mieszkanie było bardzo ładne i czyste, miły gest w postaci paczki powitalnej.

Très bel appartement, neuf, idéalement situé avec vue imprenable sur le lac. Moderne, propre et bien équipé. Superbe terrasse spacieuse et abritée. Idéal pour 4 personnes....ne manquent que des éclairages indirects, notamment dans les chambres (lampes de chevet), dans le salon et au dessus de l'évier....un peu de décoration le rendrait moins froid....

Het appartement is prachtig gelegen en heeft een groot balkon, en met echt fenomenaal uitzicht op het Comomeer! Minpuntjes zijn wel dat het interieur van het appartament hier en daar niet helemaal voldoet en en van goede kwaliteit is. En wat ook jammer is dat er een Senseo koffie apparaat staat, terwijl je bij geen enkele supermarkt bij het Comomeer senseo pads kan kopen.

Es war grundsätzlich eine sehr schöne Woche. Die Lage, der Blick über den See, der Pool und die Wohnung waren ganz toll. Die Küchenausstattung war etwas dürftig. Das WLAN ging gar nicht oder lieferte nicht einmal 1 Mbit/s. Gut dass eine gute Mobilfunkverbindung am Ort vorhanden war.

Appartement très correct mais manque de vaisselle. Le point negatif est la piscine non chauffée et meme niveau partout, donc les enfants de moins de 10 ans n’ont pas pied. Enfin nous sommes malheureusement tombés sur des personnes voisines très bruyantes, mais le locataire n’y peut rien.

See gut zu erreichen(kleine Fusswege),schlecht zu Fuss -> nicht geeignet,steil und Treppen Willkommensgeschenk:snacks und Wein Schlafzimmer:mit fleckigem Bettzeug und Bügelbrett vollgestopfte Schränke,es fehlen Leselampen(auch im Wohnzimmer)überall nur grelle Deckenbeleuchtung dreckig:Kühlschrank,Backofen,Balkon,nur unhygienische+unsaubere Putzlappen+verdreckter Besen,keine Reinigungsmittel vor Ort,auch nicht fürs WC Ausstattung:Induktionsherd,aber vorhandene Töpfe teils nicht induktionsgeeignet,zu wenige Gläser,nur zwei(durchgesessene)Liegen auf der Terrasse,am Pool gibt es nur vier Gemeinschaftsliegen,andere Vermieter haben ausreichend Liegen für Ihre Gäste bereitgestellt, diese Wohnung(4b)nicht. Uns wurde mitgeteilt,dass Kaffeefiltermasch. vor Ort,war aber nicht, angekünidige Seife war auch nicht da Möbel generell Ikea,nicht mehr alles gut in Schuss,z.B. ein Wohnzimmertisch.Balkonmöbel zweckmäßig aber unbequem
