Situé dans le charmant et très romantique village médiéval de Faggeto Lario, sur la rive est préservée du lac de Côme, à proximité de la ville de Côme, ce magnifique appartement a été entièrement aménagé avec des finitions luxueuses.
Dès l'entrée, un spacieux et élégant espace de vie ouvert, carrelé d'ardoise, accueille les hôtes.
La cuisine contemporaine entièrement équipée est l'endroit idéal pour cuisiner lors de dîners entre amis, avec un espace de rangement, un lave-vaisselle et un four sur un mur, ainsi qu'un îlot central indépendant avec évier, plaque de cuisson et plan de travail situé au centre de la cuisine.
Une longue table à manger contemporaine avec des sièges élégants complète la cuisine, tandis qu'un salon spacieux et luxueux offre l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et se relaxer, avec un canapé 4 places en cuir de style moderniste et une télévision.
Cet appartement offre des couchages polyvalents et très confortables pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes, avec 3 chambres doubles luxueuses et décorées individuellement, ainsi que 2 autres chambres élégantes dotées de lits simples séparés.
L'appartement dispose également de 3 salles de bains de haute qualité récemment rénovées, magnifiquement finies et équipées de tout le sanitaire nécessaire.
À l'extérieur de l'appartement, les hôtes peuvent profiter d'un jardin ensoleillé avec terrasse et d'une piscine commune partagée avec 4 autres appartements ! Nous tenons à informer nos hôtes que l'accès aux gros véhicules est difficile en raison de l'allée pavée escarpée et que l'accès à pied peut être difficile pour les personnes âgées.
En explorant le village de Faggeto Lario, les hôtes découvriront de nombreux bâtiments fascinants, des places anciennes, des ruelles médiévales et des églises romantiques.
Le village offre quelques commodités de base pour les résidents, notamment une épicerie fine, un restaurant et un café/bar. En raison de son emplacement à flanc de colline, une voiture est indispensable pour se déplacer facilement et en tout confort vers les rives du lac et les autres villes voisines.
Les rives du lac, charmantes et très jolies, ne sont qu'à quelques minutes en voiture du village et regorgent de jolis ports et de sites pittoresques. La ville cosmopolite de Côme est accessible en moins de 25 minutes en voiture et offre une grande variété de cafés, bars, restaurants, boutiques, galeries et sites touristiques tels que le célèbre Duomo, l'élégante Villa Olmo, le musée Volta et le funiculaire.
Malheureusement, les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas admis dans cet établissement.

Lots of space, very well equipped. Beautiful view. Road small, little damp in the below floor, some smal things but overall, very nice place to stay

great location. lack of AC not a problem as cool throughout. Dont pick a wide hire car though, steep, narrow access road

View was amazing. Kitchen very well stocked and esay to cook there. The drive was very challenging and would not recommend with large vehicle.

Het huis heeft een heel mooi uitzicht en is goed uitgerust. Het zwembad was netjes onderhouden. De slaapvertrekken op de onderste verdieping waren wat vochtig. Het huis was niet heel schoon. Met name keuken en badkamer waren al lang niet echt schoongemaakt.

Casa Tulipano Grande was a fantastic vacationrental on Lake Como! Its lake view location from its sunny mountainside location was so peaceful and just picture perfect! Our luxury apartment was so impressive and we all felt totally at home in its chic and contemporary interior. The condo pool was so much fun and the nearby city of Como offered a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops. There was alot to see on Lake Como and the HHH team were so great at recommending nearby sites and hotspots for us to visit with our rental car. Thanks so much, we love Lake Como so much!

What a beautiful place! My family have just had a FANTASTIC holiday on the lakes! We found casa Tulipano Grande through lakecomohomes.com. The booking agents were really helpful and found us just what we were looking for. We wanted a luxury holiday home for our large party of 8, in a village along the tranquil eastern shore. The apartment was in the quaint village of Faggeto Lario, which was very pretty and offered a great little selection of amenities for us. We had a fantastic time driving around exploring the area! Bellagio and Como city were equally easy to reach by car from the property, so it was great for sightseeing as well as just normal holiday relaxing. We were all really impressed by the space and the high spec finish. Very modern and contemporary! The bedrooms were all great sizes which is just what we needed in the height of summer! There was a lovely lake view garden which we enjoyed and the small residence also offered a shared outdoor pool. I would really recommend this place for families and groups looking to explore the hidden charm of the lake. We had previously stayed in Menaggio so it was really nice to experience the lake in a more peaceful and timeless place without compromising on luxury. Thanks for making our holiday!

Thank you HHH for a super stay! Our holiday home felt totally exclusive from its small panoramic lake view location! The pool was so great and our apartment was beautifully furnished and presented for a luxury Lake Como stay. We were within easy reach by car from Como city and the central lake and its hillside location suited us just fine - we're from London so peace and tranquility was a rare and treasured treat! Just beautiful!

Casa Tulipano was amazing, the villa was really luxurious and much bigger than we were expecting. The directions to the property as advertised on the website were spot on and without them I think we would have got lost and it would be difficult to find the access road. The staff were brilliant, always at hand to help with queries both before and during our holiday, the service they provided was 5 star and thanks so much for all your help. We would only have one criticism and that is the cobbled private road down to the villa. We would expect such a luxurious villa to have a better driveway – getting down was hard to navigate though possible but getting back up the hill was a mission each time and the cars did not appreciate the trip – at one point we were worried we had burnt the clutch out. As a result we opted to park at the top of the village in the public car park We would certainly use Lake Como Homes again as a Holiday provider and hope to visit Lake Como again in the future.

Die Innenaustattung war toll. Die Küche gross und sehr gut bestückt, alles hat funktioniert. DIe begehbaren Kleidergänge waren praktisch. Auf den Bedarf von Duvetbezüge wurde eingegangen, bravo. Die Aussicht war supertoll.

I have such mixed opinions about this stay. The view of lake is stunning . There were grazing animals on the hillside which was so fun. The kitchen was amazingly stocked and the little village was great with amazing restaurant and while tiny grocery store it had amazing pasty. BUT.. be very cautious about the drive. I checked in advance and was told it would work with a 9 passenger van..we did manage as my husband is a very skilled driver but would not recommend with any large vehicle. The drive to the property is very steep and very narrow and then a SHARP turn into the driveway. None of the rest of us would tackle and there was no parking up top. I think would be tough but ok with smaller car but not with large vehicle. Downstairs was also very damp and it leaked in the rain. We loved the beautiful location but would never do again with large van.
