Les vues lointaines sur le lac offrent une toile de fond parfaite pour revigorer le corps et l'esprit, ainsi qu'un mélange équilibré de relaxation, de style et de prix abordables du 21ème siècle. Situé au quatrième étage d'une résidence pittoresque, l'appartement de trois chambres est entièrement équipé du Wi-Fi et comprend un salon chic et serein avec vue sur le lac, doté d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un lecteur DVD, ainsi qu'une cuisine équipée contemporaine pour 6 personnes. La pièce donne sur un balcon privé ensoleillé avec vue sur le lac, meublé d'un agréable ensemble de salle à manger en plein air. Deux chambres doubles sont complétées par deux salles de bains et un WC de service. Le bâtiment se trouve à 10 minutes à pied de la gare de Lugano-Paradiso et à 5 minutes en voiture du centre-ville. It’s a nice place and the property managers were responsive. I made the mistake of assuming that laundry is in the building although AirBNB stated no washer/dryer in the apartment. There is no access to laundry so you have to drive to an Italian laundromat, and I have three kids so you can imagine. For singles or just adults, this place is great. I wouldn’t recommend it for families.

Bien situé et plein d'espace. Hapoy.rentals est très réactif. Mais l'appartement mérite des rénovations (peinture salle de bain, portes grinçantes, insonorisation..) pour un rapport qualité prix acceptable. Attention, le mumeros de parking est le B (mur) ou 50 (sol) mais pas le 51!

The location of this place is excellent. The check in instructions were very good and needed. The WFI was excellent. We had a problem with the sink in one of the bathrooms which I reported, but was not fixed. Bathrooms in general are small and have very little space. Rooms and kitchen are spacious. Beds were not very comfortable. The patio needs a new table. I knew there wasn’t a washer, but I was hoping the building would have one. It does not.

Es war ein gemütliche und eine süsse Wohnung. Leider konnte man die Toiletten nicht zu machen, da der Schlüssel fehlte. Dadurch fehlte die Privatsphäre, besonders wenn man nicht alleine reist.

Das AirBnB sieht leider absolut nicht mehr den Bildern entsprechend aus. Viele Möbel wirken abgenutzt und fleckig (Sofa, Balkonmöbel), der Wohnzimmertisch wackelt leider sehr und die Wände sind verschmutzt. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass das Licht in einem Bad nicht funktionierte, weswegen dieses nicht genutzt werden konnte. Die Dusche in dem anderen Bad war verschmutzt und der Lack blätterte an mehreren Stellen ab. In der Küche haben wir ein Sieb, Schneidebretter und eine funktionsfähige Schere vermisst. Sehr störend war ein Wespennest auf dem Balkon. Positiv zu bewerten waren die schönen und ordentlichen Schlafzimmer und die zahlreichen Ventilatoren. Die Klimaanlage war leider sehr verdreckt und kam daher nicht zum Einsatz. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr in die Jahre gekommenen Wohnblock. Die Beschriftung des Parkplatzes entspricht nicht der Anleitung. Fazit: es ließ sich für wenige Tage aushalten aber entsprach nicht den Erwartungen.

It's so easy to get a 5 star rating: Clean the lovely balcony on the top floor before the new guests arrive. Replace the bulky garbage furniture with a new set of table and chairs, maybe put up a parasol. It doesn't have to be expensive, just functional. Repair the curtains or remove the remainders of broken curtains. An armchair would be nice. Replace the moldy silicone grout in the shower. Complete the kitchen with a chopping board, an inexpensive filter coffee maker, leave more than one dishwasher tab. Add a few bowls. Offer enough glasses, based on the number of beds and possible guests. The list goes on and on... All in all, it might be worth a week's rent or two, but you get easily 5 stars for that. So it's only one star for the fairly central location and one for the parking in the garage (which is space #50, not 51, as you know since 2022, but never updated in your guests info - why?) The photos are very outdated, this should be updated! Or renovate the place to match them

The overall experience was somewhat disappointing due to the following: . The host was extremely unresponsive. He pretty much ignored our questions. Whenever he did respond, it was usually not helpful at all. . The instruction for check-in is obsolete and not accurate at all, especially about the parking. . The bathroom and kitchen amenity is extremely limited. . There is no instruction for trash disposal . The patio is extremely small . The shower space is very small . Others Throughout our trip, we stayed at four different Air B&B places. This one is the worst among all.

Keine Seife vorhanden, Abtrocktuch stank etwas, der Balkon musste zunächst geputzt werden. Ansonsten entsprach die Wohnung der Beschreibung (obwohl der Balkon doch anders als auf den Bilder aussah).

wohnung war sauber und alles wie auf den bildern abgebildet. das badezimmer ist nicht mehr so toll, da die farbe der platten abbröckelt und die fugen sind ziemliche verfleckt. rest der wohnung ganz ok.

Keine Seife vorhanden, Abtrocktuch stank etwas, der Balkon musste zunächst geputzt werden. Ansonsten entsprach die Wohnung der Beschreibung (obwohl der Balkon doch anders als auf den Bilder aussah).

wohnung war sauber und alles wie auf den bildern abgebildet. das badezimmer ist nicht mehr so toll, da die farbe der platten abbröckelt und die fugen sind ziemliche verfleckt. rest der wohnung ganz ok.
