Appartamento spazioso e pulitissimo, con due camere matrimoniali, soggiorno ampio e cucina attrezzata. Parcheggio gratuito davanti al residence, bici disponibili (anche per bambini), lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ottima posizione, vicino al lago e a 5 minuti dal centro. Soggiorno perfetto per la nostra famiglia!

A lovely bright, well equipped apartment in a great location. Beds were extremely comfortable and very quiet for a good night's sleep. Ski lift, restaurants and supermarket just minutes walk away. Boots were dry every morning in downstairs boot room. I would recommend this apartment

Прекрасные апартаменты в трёхэтажном здании с лифтом, чисто, тепло, просторно, есть всё необходимое для приготовления еды, посудомоечная машина, телевизор, а так же фен и ванные принадлежности. Имеется помещение для хранения лыжного инвентаря и сушилки для обуви, там же имеются необходимые инструменты для самостоятельного технического обслуживания лыж/ сноубордных досок. Отличная локация, приветливый персонал.

Great views from this 2 bedroom apartment. Well laid out with good size bedrooms loads of storage , bathroom has a good hot shower and separated sink area . Kitchen well equipped. Short walk to ski bus at St Michaels hotel and 300m to nearest lift. Convenient for 2 food shops and you can walk to bars restaurants in Livigno easily. Everything we needed was in the apartment beds were very comfortable ( pillows a bit hard) lift down to ski/ boot room with boot warmers and comfy chairs and equipment to alter your boots and ski’s. We loved skiing in Livigno pistes and lifts are well managed , it’s duty free and good restaurants .

We had a comfortable stay for 3-weeks at this property. It is nicely renovated and has comfortable mattresses on the beds. The location provides easy access to the mountain and is in a peaceful area of Livigno, only a short walk to the shopping strip. Marco was very responsive and helpful as a host.

Super smuk udsigt til bjerge fra både sove værelse og ophold stue! Pæn og ren lejlighed. Behagelig modtagelse ved indtjekning. Indkøbcenter lå lige på den anden side af vejen, som vi benyttede meget. Skiudstyr lå ligeledes også tæt på. God forberedelse af vejledning og vejvisning til stedet. Kunne dog mangle sofapladser når vi alle var trætte efter en lang dag i Alperne og ekstra bestik sæt.

We had a comfortable stay for 3-weeks at this property. It is nicely renovated and has comfortable mattresses on the beds.
