The location and cleanliness was excellent. The only thing it lacked was basic condiments like oil, salt and pepper which would have made settling in a bit easier. I know this isn't essential but a lot of other accommodation does have these simple items.

Tres belle location, l'emplacement est parfait avec une magnifique vue et tout ce dont on a besoin à proximité, L'accueil à L'agence juste à côté y est chaleureux. Une bouteille de rosé nous attendait dans l'appartement pour notre acceuil 🥰

Organisation et accueil : parfait. Le logement est très bien refait et très bien placé dans Chamonix. Le seul petit bémol est pour la proximité des bars au pied de l'appartement pour ceux qui recherche le silence mais pas de souci de ce côté hors saison. Globalement très satisfait !

this apartment is in a good position, very central. Has a car park and left car here for the week as didn't need it. Restaurants, buses, cable cars, trains all accessible. Would stay here again

Location was great and very quiet but only because we went at a quiet time of the year. This apartment is located right above a couple of restaurants in Cham Sud. Luckily there was no rowdy or late night noise when we visited in June.

So we liked the apartment, it was close to the Chamonix Sud bus stop (5 minutes walk), the Skiset hire shop (3 mins), and right above a bar and fantastic Bighorn burger place. However because of being above a bar, it was a little noisy around 12 midnight, but never for long. I would have liked somewhere to dry ski boots, and also more hangers for ski equipment. Otherwise well catered for - decent enough basic stocked kitchen for making breakfast and sandwiches. Washing machine which was a good bonus.

Appart très coquet, bien arrangé et bien situé, parking facile , linges extra . Juste manquant 2ou 3 verres a eau ,pts bols a soupe , qq verres a vin , et qq petits produits de base pour la cuisine, sel poivre..serpillière, manuels d utilisation des appareils surtout le four ! Wifi très faible !!!

Très bon emplacement, 5 min à pied de la gare et 3 min à pied de téléphérique Aiguille du Midi. Bien propre. Un peu bruyant la nuit à cause des bars en bas. L’heure de Check in / Check out un peu courte ( 10h pour Check out et 17h pour Check in) . Sinon tout est très bien passé et très bon qualité prix .

The apartment was small, but cute. and in walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, and central to ascend the Aiguille du Midi. Also, the views of snowcapped mountains and the glacier from the balcony are breathtaking and stunning! The only downside was the apartment sits above 2 restaurants that get very loud at night and on the weekend (you can actually feel the bass of the music in the walls) - this is tough in the summer when it gets warm because you can't leave the windows open without hearing the noise/people/music below. All in all, a nice stay though!

We both really enhoyed stayjng at Noemi's place. the location was unbeatable with fantastic views from the balcony, the kitchen and bathroom spotless, great shower, and heating when you needed it. It is ideally suited to a couple with younger children for the bunk beds room. As an adult, I found the smaller room a bit small though I was still able to sleep well.

We enjoyed staying in this apartment in Annecy. It is very centrally located right in the historical centre and has a charming mini-terrace with a view of the inner block. Be aware of the quite steep and narrow old staircase leading up to the apartment. It wasn't an issue for us, but it might be for others.

The view from the balcony of the Mont Blanc massif was spectacular. The location was quite good, close to the Chamonix Sud bus stop, many bars and eateries, and to the Aguille du Midi cable car. Plenty of towels provided, which was very nice. Thank you for the complimentary bottle of wine - a nice touch!

Location was great and very quiet but only because we went at a quiet time of the year. This apartment is located right above a couple of restaurants in Cham Sud. Luckily there was no rowdy or late night noise when we visited in June.

Location, amenities and handover was great. It's located above a grocery store which was very easy to pop into and apres ski at the apartment.

So we liked the apartment, it was close to the Chamonix Sud bus stop (5 minutes walk), the Skiset hire shop (3 mins), and right above a bar and fantastic Bighorn burger place. However because of being above a bar, it was a little noisy around 12 midnight, but never for long. I would have liked somewhere to dry ski boots, and also more hangers for ski equipment. Otherwise well catered for - decent enough basic stocked kitchen for making breakfast and sandwiches. Washing machine which was a good bonus.

Appart très coquet, bien arrangé et bien situé, parking facile , linges extra . Juste manquant 2ou 3 verres a eau ,pts bols a soupe , qq verres a vin , et qq petits produits de base pour la cuisine, sel poivre..serpillière, manuels d utilisation des appareils surtout le four ! Wifi très faible !!!

Location is great and the place is clean and cute with a nice view to the mountains, but be aware of loud bar downstairs. We also kept having issues with slow and disconnecting Wi-Fi.

Très bon emplacement, 5 min à pied de la gare et 3 min à pied de téléphérique Aiguille du Midi. Bien propre. Un peu bruyant la nuit à cause des bars en bas. L’heure de Check in / Check out un peu courte ( 10h pour Check out et 17h pour Check in) . Sinon tout est très bien passé et très bon qualité prix .

The apartment was small, but cute. and in walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, and central to ascend the Aiguille du Midi. Also, the views of snowcapped mountains and the glacier from the balcony are breathtaking and stunning! The only downside was the apartment sits above 2 restaurants that get very loud at night and on the weekend (you can actually feel the bass of the music in the walls) - this is tough in the summer when it gets warm because you can't leave the windows open without hearing the noise/people/music below. All in all, a nice stay though!

We both really enhoyed stayjng at Noemi's place. the location was unbeatable with fantastic views from the balcony, the kitchen and bathroom spotless, great shower, and heating when you needed it. It is ideally suited to a couple with younger children for the bunk beds room. As an adult, I found the smaller room a bit small though I was still able to sleep well.

We enjoyed staying in this apartment in Annecy. It is very centrally located right in the historical centre and has a charming mini-terrace with a view of the inner block. Be aware of the quite steep and narrow old staircase leading up to the apartment. It wasn't an issue for us, but it might be for others.

The view from the balcony of the Mont Blanc massif was spectacular. The location was quite good, close to the Chamonix Sud bus stop, many bars and eateries, and to the Aguille du Midi cable car. Plenty of towels provided, which was very nice. Thank you for the complimentary bottle of wine - a nice touch!
