Loved the appartment facilities and quiet location. Perfect short walk to the lake front As we were there on a very hot week, we were glad of the excellent air con that kept the appartment lovely and cool of an evening so we could sleep well. Will definitely be coming back. Desenzano is a brilliant place to base yourself for exploring the lake!

The apartment was in perfect location. Parking your car was inside the building complex with remote gate access. The host Antonio was fantastic. Very helpful and attending all what you need immediately.My washing machine was not working and he changed it with a new one on the next day. The apartment is big very well furnished and equiped. I will certainly book it again when I come to Desnzano again.

The apartment was outstanding. The owner of the property lives upstairs. He made sure that i was having a comfortable stay . The washing machine was not working and he immediately changed with a new one . My car was parked in a secure parking inside the complex. The apartment a 5 minutes walk from the lake . Thank you Antonio for the nice stay.

Izuzetno komforan smeštaj za četvoročlanu porodicu. Lokacija odlična, 10 min pešice do jezera i centra zbivanja. Kućepazitej se nalazi u zgradi,sve što nam je bilo potrebno od informacija smo dobili od njega. Siguran parking u sklopu objekta. Iduće godine ćemo se sigurno vratiti u isti smeštaj.

Das Grundstück ist gesichert. Man kommt nur mit einem Transponder durch das Tor. Das Auto steht gesichert auf einem Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten im Zentrum / in 15 Minuten am Strand. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über eine Waschmaschine.

Das Haus hat eine gute Lage, zu Fuß sind es nur 5-10 min bis zum See bzw. zur Promenade und Hafen. Gut ist auch die Parkmöglichkeit direkt auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist eher veraltet und es ist etwas muffig. Die Betten sind durchschnittlich, Nachttischlampen funktionieren zum Teil nicht. Insgesamt ist es allerdings sauber.

Voglio comunicare all'Agenzia Happy, chè ha in gestione gli appartamenti di villa Mimosa, di voler controllare più accuratamente le pulizie chè esegue il proprio personale, in quanto sono molto molto carenti..., (Non entro nei dettagli) chè quelli sono già stati evidenziati al proprietario; mentre per quanto riguarda l'approccio comunicativo con l'agenzia è stato eccellente, sempre presenti, molto comunicativi per qualsiasi cosa e orario.

Duże , przestronne mieszkanie na parterze ( 3 pokoje ) taras z przodu budynku , parking na terenie ogrodzonej posesji robił robotę ponieważ cieżko znaleść miejsce na wąskich ulicach . Klimatyzacja ok, pralka , prysznic , kuchnia ma wszystko czego potrzeba na pobyt łącznie ze zmywarką. Miła niespodzianka na powitanie Prosecco Dziękujmy

Das Haus hat eine gute Lage, zu Fuß sind es nur 5-10 min bis zum See bzw. zur Promenade und Hafen. Gut ist auch die Parkmöglichkeit direkt auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist eher veraltet und es ist etwas muffig. Die Betten sind durchschnittlich, Nachttischlampen funktionieren zum Teil nicht. Insgesamt ist es allerdings sauber.

La posizione della Villa vicino al centro di Desenzano il parcheggio interno molto spazioso per le auto, Il proprietario è una persona fantastica, sempre a disposizione, sempre gentile per qualsiasi evenienza, l'appartamento nr. 1 al piano terra è molto bello come da foto esposte. Voglio comunicare all'Agenzia Happy, chè ha in gestione gli appartamenti di villa Mimosa, di voler controllare più accuratamente le pulizie chè esegue il proprio personale, in quanto sono molto molto carenti..., (Non entro nei dettagli) chè quelli sono già stati evidenziati al proprietario; mentre per quanto riguarda l'approccio comunicativo con l'agenzia è stato eccellente, sempre presenti, molto comunicativi per qualsiasi cosa e orario.

Appartamento pulito, con tutto il necessario. Ottima la posizione e comodissimo parcheggio nel cortile interno.

Duże , przestronne mieszkanie na parterze ( 3 pokoje ) taras z przodu budynku , parking na terenie ogrodzonej posesji robił robotę ponieważ cieżko znaleść miejsce na wąskich ulicach . Klimatyzacja ok, pralka , prysznic , kuchnia ma wszystko czego potrzeba na pobyt łącznie ze zmywarką. Miła niespodzianka na powitanie Prosecco Dziękujmy
