The location was excellent and a very short walk to all the shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, the underfloor heating was fantastic and the new shower was really good. The local agents were very helpful and responded quickly when I asked a couple of questions and were very happy to be flexible with us. The bedroom furniture was a bit quirky but the beds were really comfortable and overall it was a good discovery at a good price. We have more trips to Riva next year and I will be asking if this apartment is available again. Thank you.

Our stay was great. The apartment is spacious with a comfortable kitchen and bathroom. We also enjoyed the balcony. The apartment is located in a nice part of the city, close to the old town, the lake, and very close to supermarkets. Communication with the host was very good, and we received all the necessary instructions.

Die neu renovierte schöne Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr guten zentralen Lage. Die Unterkunft ist hell, gemütlich und geräumig. Alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Man fühlte sich wohl in der Wohnung mit der schönen Aussicht auf die Berge. Im Hof gibt es einen Parkplatz für anliegende Häuser, was in so einer Lage sehr wichtig ist. In der Nähe sind sehr viele Gaststätten und ein Supermarkt. Freitags ist ein Bauernmarkt direkt vor der Tür. Zum Strand mit einer schönen Promenade ist es nicht weit. Ein fantastischer Ort mit vielen Möglichkeiten: Wassersport, Strandurlaub, Wandern, Radsport. Wunderschöne Orte wie Limone und Malcesine sind auch nah. Wir hatte eine schöne Zeit in dieser Gegend und in dieser Wohnung. Vielen Dank.

Es war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Ein eigener Parkplatz ist auf dem Grundstück, mit welcher in Riva del Garda Gold wert ist. Bis zum Wasser 2min, direkt in der Innenstadt. Limone, die Wasserfälle sind mit dem Auto in 10-15min erreichbar. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich nebenan. Sehr zu empfehlen !!!

Amazing accommodation with good prize! Great location near restaurants, promenade and sidewalks to seaside. You can feel that landlord is taking care of the apartment. New bathroom, huge rooms and comfortable beds. Everything you need is assured. I deeply recommend!

Smack bang near the old town - impressive views from both aspects. 6 min walk to the sailing at fragia absolutely brilliant location for both sailing and restaurants. Parking space came as a nice surprise first come first served but was never full. Down side as reported no air conditioning but there are fans!

Vi hade fantastiska dagar i Riva del Garda. Mycket bra läge på lägenheten, nära till gamla stadskärnan med många restauranger och shopping, nära till stranden, nära till vandringar m.m. Bra parkering och mycket bra balkong. Rymlig lägenhet med tillgång till tvättmaskin. Toppen bra. Bra information innan ankomst. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende.

Das Appartement hat eine zentrale Lage zur Altstadt, wenige Gehminuten zum See. Die Schlafzimmer haben bequeme Betten, in der Küche ist ein super Kühlschrank, die Dusche ist groß und modern. In den Wohnräumen ist eine Klimaanlage.

Appartement embelli par les photos qui ne reflètent pas le style ancien de la majorité des meubles. Oui l'appartement est grand mais il est très chaud, même en essayant de faire des courants d'air cela ne fonctionne pas. Comme il n'y a pas de climatisation, mais des ventilateurs dont 1 qui ne fonctionne pas , il faut dormir les fenêtres ouvertes et les rues sont très bryuantes. Il est difficile de s'y reposer, même en journée. Pour finir, nous avons contacté l'agence pour 2 problèmes, celle-ci nous a rappelé mais n'a pas donné de solution.

This apartment needed maintenance upon arrival to fix the blinds, shower drain etc. I would not recommend booking until it is brought up to standard and everything is fixed.

Das Appartement hat eine zentrale Lage zur Altstadt, wenige Gehminuten zum See. Die Schlafzimmer haben bequeme Betten, in der Küche ist ein super Kühlschrank, die Dusche ist groß und modern. In den Wohnräumen ist eine Klimaanlage.

De ligging was geweldig , middein het centrum en de ruimte was fijn. Heerlijke zitkamer. Restaurants, winkels, bussen in de buurt. Goede uitvalbasis om uitstapjes te maken.

Appartement embelli par les photos qui ne reflètent pas le style ancien de la majorité des meubles. Oui l'appartement est grand mais il est très chaud, même en essayant de faire des courants d'air cela ne fonctionne pas. Comme il n'y a pas de climatisation, mais des ventilateurs dont 1 qui ne fonctionne pas , il faut dormir les fenêtres ouvertes et les rues sont très bryuantes. Il est difficile de s'y reposer, même en journée. Pour finir, nous avons contacté l'agence pour 2 problèmes, celle-ci nous a rappelé mais n'a pas donné de solution.

Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire Lydie ! Nous nous excusons pour les désagréments subis pendant votre séjour. La propriété n'est pas annoncée avec l'air conditionné et est située en ville, donc un peu de bruit est attendu. Nous espérons que vous avez ramené de bons souvenirs de la région et nous vous accueillerons la prochaine fois !

This apartment needed maintenance upon arrival to fix the blinds, shower drain etc. I would not recommend booking until it is brought up to standard and everything is fixed.

Aufgrund der Aufteilung 2 Schlafzimmer+ wohnzimmer sehr gut für Aufenthalt mit Teenies geeignet. Platz für alle. Tolle zentrale Lage.
