Absolutely beautiful apartment in a hilltop in Como. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, the bedding comfortable, and the hosts very kindly left us a welcome package. There is a shared pool for the complex as well. Diego was very responsive and helpful to our queries. The apartment also had more amenities than listed like an iron and a hairdryer for which we were grateful. We did not hire a car so be mindful that it is a steep climb if you’re walking - but that’s what made the view so beautiful so we didn’t mind. All in all a beautiful place which we’d happily come back to again.

This property was amazing! The accommodations were comfortable and the view was stunning. We spent our mornings and evenings on the patio drinking coffee and wine, respectively:)

Amazing location, apartment was clean and very neat. Please take in extension plugs if you coming from countries like uk, plugs are different in Italy. Host very kindly provided/borrowed us during our stay. Take in your salts. Sugar and everything you think you might need, although complementaries were provided. Clean towels were provided, very pleased tbh. Experience was amazing overall. We will visit again!!

The accommodation is exactly what it was described. It is on a massive hill, better to drive and park at the private garage. We ended up spending quite a bit of time in the apartment due to the weather. The team also left us a welcome pack, in which had some snacks and a bottle of local rose. Was delicious! A couple of things to note: while the kitchen had most of the cooking utensils, there was no salt, oil or basic pantry items. If you are planning to cook, make sure you bring your own or stock it at the local grocery store. Also there is no dish washing sponge or wipe we could use to wash dishes. Everything else was above and beyond expectation! Thank you Diego , Marika and the management team! Will definitely return next time!

Beautiful appartement with an even more beautiful view. Absolutely amazing. Good quality furnishings and fittings. Lovely pool and balcony with that amazing view. Only a 10 minute walk to lakeside, but a very steep walk back! The garage was really secure.

Great place!!!!! Absolutely stunning. We would suggest renting a car, as taxis are hard to find in Lake Como and it can be a hard walk up the hill in the heat. But the villa was absolutely beautiful and clean. 10/10 recommend!

This apartment was clean and well equipped. Undoubtedly, our favorite was this cozy balcony with an incredible view, where we had breakfast every day. The hosts were very kind and attentive to us. We spent a wonderful vacation here! Thanks a lot!

What a brilliant place to stay to discover everything that Lake Como has to offer. Property is in great location, the view from the terrace was breathtaking. Great facilities in apartment, very clean, lovely welcome pack and in a lovely quiet area.

Great apartment, perfect for our family of 4. Very clean & well equipped, cool & comfortable. Really well situated for exploring the lake and a fabulous view from the balcony! Also a real bonus to have the secure parking and the check in was very smooth. We would definitely recommend.

In general a nice spacious apartment. Positive: - two large bed rooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds - clean - private car parking space inside private garage - little traffic - nice area - nice swimming pool area Negative: - dogs barking loudly at any time of the day and night - church bells ringing at any time of the day and night (must maybe be expected in Italy?) - very firm beds and sleeping pillows making sleeping uncomfortable (together with the noise from the dogs and bells)

The apartment was beautiful and perfectly situated. Decently long walks through elevated terrain to get to Leno and Tremezzo. However, certainly well worth the walk and would do it all over again. The walk was half the adventure. The restaurants in Leno and Ossuccio were amazing and Leno had a very convenient ferry to Bellagio. The only issue I had was getting in touch with anybody during an after hours. I had questions regarding the temperature and getting around. The Airbnb host kept referring me to another business and they were quite difficult to get a hold of. Otherwise, great trip!

Beautiful apartment with stunning lake views – just one small note on communication We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment by Lake Como. The view over the lake was absolutely breathtaking, and the apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped – a perfect place to relax and unwind. A special touch that made us feel very welcome was the thoughtful welcome package provided by the host, which was waiting for us on the table when we arrived. It was a lovely gesture that set a positive tone for our stay. There was just one small issue on our first day. We received a phone call from a Lake Como Holiday staff member regarding a message they had received about our children briefly entering the downstairs neighbor’s garden to take a photo. While it’s completely understandable that this needed to be addressed – and we fully respect that – the tone of the call felt a bit lecturing. A more welcoming approach, perhaps starting with a friendly question about our journey or how we were enjoying the apartment, would have made a better impression. That said, the rest of our stay was very positive, and we would definitely recommend this apartment to others. Just a small tip for the team: a warm welcome goes a long way!
