Le balcon privé attenant offre une vue magique sur les montagnes et est idéal pour prendre l’air alpin.

Situation -
Située le long du « Chemin de la Herse », la résidence se trouve à 290 mètres de l’arrêt de bus et à 3 minutes à pied du centre d’Argentière, très bien desservi. Vous y trouverez un bel éventail de restaurants de style français, de cafés abordables, d’épiceries et d’équipements de station, qui viendront parfaitement compléter votre séjour en location. La remontée mécanique des Grands Montets n’est qu’à 8 minutes en voiture ou 10 minutes à pied.
Située à 16 minutes en voiture de Chamonix, Argentière est l’une des stations alpines les plus appréciées, nichée au pied des Grands Montets (un vaste domaine varié offrant un large choix de pistes et de vastes étendues de poudreuse pour les amateurs de hors-piste).
Idéale aussi bien pour les sports d’hiver que pour les séjours estivaux, cette destination séduit tout au long de l’année grâce à ses paysages à couper le souffle et à son fantastique choix d’activités de plein air. Parmi les principales activités locales, on trouve la randonnée en montagne, le ski, le snowboard, le parachutisme, les soins spa de luxe, l’équitation, l’escalade, le golf et les sports extrêmes en plein air. Le parc d’accrobranche Accro Adventure Park et le site d’escalade du Lac des Gaillands sont tous deux à 19 minutes en voiture. Depuis cet appartement idéalement situé, l’aéroport de Genève est à 82 minutes en voiture.
En raison de la topographie, de l’emplacement et des conditions météorologiques particulières de la vallée du Mont-Blanc, la connexion Internet peut être instable.

The place was everything we needed. A small town feel within a 5 min walk to the train station. It is a small and intimate apartment which worked for us. Our family will cherish the memory of our stay forever.

Lägenhet var bra.Har varit där 45 år på raken .har aldrig blivit så dåligt bemött på HR:s kontor när jag var där vid min ankomst och hade en fråga ang varför koden till nyckelskåpet inte fungerade.

We had a lovely stay with happy rentals in the Residence Lognan. We didnt have a single big "problem", which for people who organise trips, you know how nice it feels to have everything go your way. The apartment was amazing, it was very big with space even for 6 people to sleep in. It was well furnished with a washing machine, oven, microwave and dishwasher. We had a lot of space to dry our ski equipment with big radiators. I have to say the wifi was not the best, and we had to use our mobile data for anything that really required some googling, but it wasnt a big issue as we were there to ski and have fun and not sit on our phones :D. We came as a group of 12 people, and the large apparment also allowed us to have nice dinners and gatherings together in the evenings. Big shoutout to the man from Argentina from the Argentiere office for letting us get the keys earlier so we could leave our luggage and enjoy our first day on the slopes quicker Thank you to happy rentals for making our stay nice and enjoyable :D

Perfect appartement voor een bezoek aan dit mooie gebied. Van alle gemakken voorzien en alles op loopafstand. Ik vond het ook heel fijn dat het kantoor goed bereikbaar was en snel reageerde toen ik een kinderstoel wilde lenen.

Logement fonctionnel et en rez de chaussée. Vue sur le Mont-Blanc. L'équipe locale a été réactive et efficace suite au problème d'eau chaude et de chauffage dans la salle de bain. Seul point négatif, chemin en mauvais état pour accéder à la résidence suite à des travaux.

Apartamento muy buen situado y con unas vistas inmejorables. Tenía de todo, lo necesario para pasar una semana de vacaciones. Si bien la habitación de las literas es bastante pequeña (tal y como muestra el anuncio), por el resto es espacioso y muy cómodo. Lo recomiendo sin dudar para dos adultos y dos niños o adolescentes. La llegada muy cómoda al poder recoger las llaves directamente en unas taquillas (llegamos muy tarde). Muy contentos con el alojamiento.

Die Kommunikation war super schnell und hilfreich. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man braucht, auch eine kleine Spühlmaschine. Das Bad war sehr sauber, die Toilette separat aber sehr schmal.

Appartement correct mais chambre vraiment trop petite et sans aération . Convient pour deux enfants mais pas pour des adultes. Il faudrait le mentionner dans le descriptif. Sinon, très bon contact avec société gestionnaire.

Fantastic location in Argentiere and a little quieter than the places along the main road. Adequate. The WIFI is consistently slow, but works. I had some issues with the shower not getting hot for 3 of my 6 days. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, but there's nothing that can be done as it's just luck of when you take your shower (hot water is communal for the building). Everything else was great. Views are 10/10 from the apartment and your access for hiking, running, biking, and local restaurants are perfect. Argentiere is amazing. Highly recommend visiting La P'tite Verte for nice meals in Argentiere and Le Stone Bar is a great pizzeria. Had a fantastic lunch at L'Etranger as well.

Good location with a view on the Aiguille de Midi with easy access to Chamonix by train (15 min). Calm area where you can find everything what is needed to have a pleasant stay.

Appartement correct mais chambre vraiment trop petite et sans aération . Convient pour deux enfants mais pas pour des adultes. Il faudrait le mentionner dans le descriptif. Sinon, très bon contact avec société gestionnaire.

Fantastic location in Argentiere and a little quieter than the places along the main road. Adequate. The WIFI is consistently slow, but works. I had some issues with the shower not getting hot for 3 of my 6 days. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, but there's nothing that can be done as it's just luck of when you take your shower (hot water is communal for the building). Everything else was great. Views are 10/10 from the apartment and your access for hiking, running, biking, and local restaurants are perfect. Argentiere is amazing. Highly recommend visiting La P'tite Verte for nice meals in Argentiere and Le Stone Bar is a great pizzeria. Had a fantastic lunch at L'Etranger as well.

Ми орендували помешкання на 4 осіб на 2 ночі. Але на фото не видно що кімната з двоярусним ліжком дуже маленька і без вікна, двом дорослим там тяжко розминутись. В загальному квартира комфортна.
