I had a wonderful time at the Sunrise House by Happy Rentals in Lugano. Everything matched the pictures perfectly. The staff were very responsive via WhatsApp. I highly recommend this place!

Wir hatten eine tolle Erfahrung. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert, wie auch die Rückgabe. Wir hatten genügend Tücher zu Verfügung und es war alles schön eingerichtet. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist Phänomenal, nahe am See und in der Nähe einer Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Wir sind mehr als zufrieden und haben uns dazu entschlossen, falls wir wider nach Lugano kommen am gleichen Ort die Unterkunft zu besuchen. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Relativement bien situé, belle chambre spacieuse idéale pour deux personnes. Proche du parc au bord du lac et proche d’un magasin. Globalement bien!

Sehr gutes und gemütliches Appartmen. Die Kommunikation war auch sehr gut man konnte alles super finden. Die Ausicht aus dem Balkon war sehr schön. Das Zentrum war schnell und zu Fuss erreichbar. Ich komme liebend gern noch einmal hierher! DANKE

Buongiorno, il soggiorno é stato molto piacevole A causa delle restrizioni covid non ho potuto usufruire dei ristoranti di Lugano e quindi ho avuto la possibilità di vivere molto di più all'interno della casa. Ho avuto tutti i Confort necessari Sono rimasto soddisfatto dell'esperienza presso la vostra struttura

Супер вид вид из номера,рядом супермаркет Coop и набережнaя в пешей доступности.В нашем распоряжении были запечатаные хоз.предметы(губка,гель,шампунь),кух.посуда,фен и пр.Заселение прошло без проблем,все четко по инструкции,присланрой персоналом,который был всегда на связи и любезен.Отдельно спасибо за комплимент,надеюсь вернуться еще сюда,наш отдых прошел отлично!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen, man ist zu Fuss in ca 15 Minuten im Zentrum und zum Lido sind es ca 10 Minuten. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Ausserdem verfügt das Apartment über eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit einem tollen Ausblick. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit Happy Rentals war sehr erfreulich, unsere Anliegen wurden innert kürzester Zeit bearbeitet und wir durften sogar früher einchecken als geplant.

El departamento está bien ubicado, en una zona que para mí era clave por razones personales. Valoré mucho que contara con garage y lavadora, ya que eran requisitos importantes (claves) para mi estadía. Lamentablemente, no logré recibir ayuda para poder usar el laundry, a pesar de haberlo solicitado en varias oportunidades. Creo que ese acompañamiento hubiera mejorado bastante la experiencia. El departamento en sí es lindo, aunque se nota un poco descuidado en algunos detalles. Por ejemplo, la ventana principal que da al balcón no cuenta con cortinas, solo un black out de tela, lo que afecta la privacidad y el confort. En general, la experiencia fue correcta, aunque con varios aspectos que podrían mejorarse.

Sehr gute Unterkunft. Alles vorhanden, ausser ein Abfallsack (Abfall soll entsorgt werden,als bitte auch ein Sack zur Verfügung stellen). Auch Toilettenpapier könnte zumindest eine neue Rolle vor Ort sein. Aber sonst alles tiptop.

Bell'appartamento pulito e ben accessoriato in stabile molto signorile. Ottima posizione vicino al centro raggiungibile in 10 minuti di passeggiata a piedi. Da sistemare porta doccia e luce del lavandino non funzionante. Lascerei qualche indicazione sui mezzi pubblici da prendere per raggiungere stazione treni o cntro storico. Ma nel complesso molto soddisfacente. Grazie Roberto Gallo

Todo fue genial, increíbles vistas, la única pega diría que es lo que comentaron los demás de la puerta de la ducha que no cierra bien y se moja todo el suelo bastante y que cada 2x3 saltaban los plomos, por el resto todo muy bien 😀

Posizione ottima per la Fiera di Lugano. Pulito, silenzioso, ordinato, con bella vista. Piacevole trovare il vino in omaggio. Qualche difetto: lo scarico del lavandino in bagno funzionava poco, la luce sullo specchio non si accendeva. Istruzioni di accesso da aggiornare perché è stata cambiata la serratura del portone principale. Nel complesso, ottima esperienza.

Joli petit studio, très bien situé à environ 1 km du centre de Lugano. Toutefois 2 points à améliorer : Récupération de la clé trop éloignée de l'appartement et peu pratique. Disfonctionnement majeur de la porte de la douche, pourtant déjà signalé en avril 2021.

Super für ein Wochenend Trip zu zweit, die Schlafcouch ist ein wenig klein daher nicht für jeden geeignet. Ansonsten sehr sauber und zu Fuss ca. 10-15min vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.

The listed amenities included a washer and dryer, which we intended to use. When we arrived however, there was no washer and dryer in the unit. I rechecked the comprehensive 3 page information booklet sent to me by email. I messaged one of the hosts who had reached out to me outside of Airbnb (not usually recommended) and asked where to find the laundry. They did not respond. Like many apartments it was down in the basement. However, the card that was in the unit had no cash loaded onto it, and would not start the machines. According to a sign outside the laundry room, the only way to add value is to leave the cash and card in a mailbox on a Wednesday. I reached out to happy rentals via Airbnb to see if they could add value or switch cards with us, and was told to contact the “local team” with a list of numbers. I picked one with whatsap to message. No response. I didn’t like coordinating the remote hand of happy rentals w/ local employees. Lucky it wasn’t a more urgent issue.

Die Wohnig ist schön & befindet sich an sehr zentraler Lage. Der Schlüssel müsst etwa an einem 10 Minuten entfernten Ort abgeholt und am ende zurückgegeben werden. Aufenthalt war angenehm.
