Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Super Aussicht auf den See! 2 Terrassen davon eine gedeckt, vor allem bei Regen Top. Zimmereinteilung mit den beiden Bädern sehr gut. Pool im Keller war toll, die willkommen Abkühlung für unsere Kinder jeden Abend. Das Türschloss zur Wohnung müsste aber dringend überprüft werden, da es sich teils, von aussen gar nicht mehr abschliessen liess. Bitte noch die Stühle im Esszimmer austauschen, das Kunstleder blättert ab, und verteilt sich leider in der ganzen Wohnung. Trotz etwas in die Jahre gekommen, eine gute Wohnung! Schöne Ferien an super Lage, kommen gerne wieder mal vorbei! Nochmals Besten Dank für Ihre Hilfe bei der Abwicklung der Vorgängerwohnung, nach anfänglichem durcheinander wurde die Anzahlung prompt Rücküberwiesen! Freundliche Grüsse M. Müller

Die Lage der Wohnung im obersten Stock des Hauses mit der grossen Terrasse, direkt am See, ist toll. Der Check-in mit der Schlüsselbox und den Anreiseinformationen hat tipptopp geklappt. Der Pool im Keller ist toll - gerade für Kinder. Wir können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen.

Wonderful place with amazing view, very spacious and comfortable. The host was always available and replying super quickly. Convenient location, 10 minutes to supermarket & several restaurants. Closed swimming pool and table tennis were great entertainment for kids. Would really recommend as price/quality and would wish to come again

I hesitate writing too many good things because then everyone will want to stay here....and I so love this little secret gem! The balconies/decks really make this place incredibly special. They overlook the beautiful lake - every night I sat outside! (Even when it rained - I went to the OTHER outside space that had cover. Tiny welcoming details - shampoo, necessary items in kitchen. I was traveling solo - (woman - 50yrs) and felt 100% safe and welcomed. It is a walk to the train station (about 20-25 minutes) which can be tiring to walk after a long day/night. But again, felt incredibly safe. The kitchen is outdated and can get very hot - but I wasn't cooking so.... Also, there is NO air conditioning, so windows stayed open - felt wonderful - but sound can echo across the lake. I loved it!! This little town and this airbnb has a really special place in my heart. Thank you and I will be back!!

Casa Bader was in a great location and clean. It clearly is a loved apartment. Great stemware and fancy dishes. The cross stitch “painting” was amazing.

Die Lage der Wohnung im obersten Stock direkt am See ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig und gut ausgestattet. Der Check-in läuft einfach über eine Schlüsselbox. Der Pool im Keller ist eine tolle Ergänzung - gerade mit Kindern. Am See gibt es einen kleinen Garten, welchen sich alle Parteien des Hauses teilen.

Die Unterkunft ist schön von der Lage sehr gut. Die Dachterrasse ist genial.Leider wollten wir ein Problem klären aber es wurde nicht geholfen.Der Schlüssel von der Haustür funktionierte nicht .Ausserdem musste ich mir den Haustürcode von anderen Mitbewohnern besorgen.Aber sonst war alles gut. Die Wohnung war sehr angenehm, besonders die Dachterrasse war traumhaft. Die Lage ist insgesamt wunderbar. Es gab nur einige Kritikpunkte: 1. Die im Internet angegebenen Beträge wurden in Euros angegeben,. Tatsächlich bezog sich der angegebene Betrag jedoch auf Franken, weswegen der Preis 150 - 200 € höher war als er beworben wurde. 2. Die Innenausstattung ist teils sehr in die Jahre gekommenen insbesondere die Stühle sind arg abgenutzt. 3. Nach ein paar Tagen funktionierte das W-Lan nicht mehr. Die Tipps, die uns gegeben wurden konnten es nicht wieder zum Laufen bringen.

Beautiful villa overlooking the lake in a fantastic location in Riva San Vitale. Swimming pool downstairs was refreshing and easy to access. Entry into the building was annoying (through the garage and not the main door) and the whole flat was extremely hot for the duration of our stay, even with fans! Overall, fantastic location and perfect for our family of five to stay in. Even better ifs - fans or air conditioning, a working sauna and main door access. Thanks!

Wir waren eine Gruppe aus 6 Leuten. (16 bis 20 Jahre alt) wir waren 3 Tage im Apartment und es war mega cool. Es ish alles super eingerichtet und eine hammer Aussicht. Was einwenig schade war, es hatte kein Putzmittel oder lappen weder abwasch taps oder Mittel. Ansonsten top war mega coole location und zum hammer preis!!

casa molto comoda e spaziosa, luminosa e con vista splendida. la casa avrebbe bisogno di essere un po 'rinfrescata' tuttavia siamo stati molto bene. ottimo il garage, lavatrice comune a pagamento e bella piscina e sauna, anche se noi non le abbiamo usate. poco reattivo l"host nei primi giorni, quando abbiamo avuto un problema con tv e internet , successivamente per fortuna risolto.

Die Wohnung Casa Bader ist sehr grosszügig und verfügt über eine grosse Terrasse mit Blick auf den Luganersee. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht; die Einrichtung ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ein Highlight für die Kids war das hauseigene Hallenbad. Das Zentrum von Riva San Vitale mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Ort ist auch guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflüge (Monte Generoso, Monte San Giorgio, ...). Die Kommunikation mit Happy Rentals war einwandfrei und die Anweisungen für den Check-In sind einfach und klar verständlich.

We had a very nice stay at the Baden appartement. There was lots of space in the appartement, the kitchen was full and had enough space to cook comfortably. The terrasse was amazing and it is equipped with a little grill! The only thing is that it is a 15 minute walk from the train station. However there are busses close by that go to multiple places. The best part about this appartement is the private access to the lake. It is also equipped wit a picnic table and a grill for lakeside grilling. The service was great. The team answered quickly to my questions and was very flexible. Thank you for sharing this space!

Die Wohnung war gut es war sauber und gross. Schade das der Pool wegen Wasser Verlust geschlossen war. Diese soll auch informiert werden. Ansonsten gefiel uns diese Wohnung sehr 👍🏽

Le Logement est très spacieux avec une superbe terrasse , il y’a beaucoup de tapis ce qui rend l’endroit très chaud , il n’y a pas de clim non plus et il y’avait 1 seul ventilateur pour 2 chambres . Heureusement l’hôte est intervenue et a ramené un 2 ieme ventilateur . Le prix de la nuit est très cher en week end , l’emplacement et la vue est en rapport avec le prix mais l’appartement n’est pas assez fonctionnel pour ce prix là (300€/ nuit ) pas de Clim , chasse des toilettes non fonctionnel , lumière d’une salle de bain non fonctionnel , mitigeur de la 2 ieme douche cassé … pas de ventilateur dans la 2 ieme chambres , la nuit a été très difficile en attendant que l’hôte dépanne un 2 ieme ventilateur pour la 2 ieme nuit

Concerne CASA BADER. Appartement spacieux et super terrasse bien aménagés, mais, important : la PISCINE est VIDE, apparemment depuis plusieurs mois, notre choix de vacances a été faussé et la table de ping-pong est juste à côté et c'est dangereux d'y jouer. Le garage souterrain est pratique, mais attention à la hauteur, notre Multivan de 1,90m passait juste. Un grand store du salon restait fermé et la fenêtre coulissante d'une chambre ne fermait plus. Le manque de suivi de Happy Rentals est décevant. Doris et famille
