Logement propre, bien équipé, calme Coffret d accueil sympathique (merci). Balcon avec vue sur lac agréable. Situé en hauteur donc retour à pied sportif. Parking fermé pour voiture. Nous sommes satisfaits du logement

Nous sommes venus passer le week end entre amis pour visiter le lac de Côme. Le logement était conforme aux photos, la vue sur le lac est très agréable. Place de parking privée pour une voiture par logement mais il y a un parking gratuit juste en face. Effectivement, le logement se trouve sur les hauteurs mais largement faisable à pieds. Nous l’avons monté avec un bébé dans un porte bébé et une enfant dans un sac à dos et nous y sommes largement arrivés. Mais effectivement après une bonne journée de visite il faut penser au retour. Le seul point peut être négatif serait la literie qui serait éventuellement à changer (matelas très mou, oreillers pas confortable). Si vous êtes un peu sensible prenez vos oreillers. Tout le reste était parfait ! Je recommande tout à fait ce logement, qui depuis Menaggio, qui est déjà une très belle ville, est un bon point de départ en ferry pour aller visiter les villes aux alentours!

Great view (especially on clear days), excellent layout of the apartment, very convenient off-street parking. Very efficient administration on resolving an issue we encountered while staying there and afterwards - recovering some possessions left behind.

We had a fabulous stay thank you. Apartments was spotless and very spacious and comfortable. The communication from lake Como holiday was excellent and the check-in was very smooth. The only disadvantages for us were the walk was perhaps a little far and difficult with a buggy, the lighting in the kitchen / balcony could be improved, and icing on the cake would have been a few baby toys! But we had a great stay overall. We loved the coffee shop in town with the very local feeling courtyard and delicious cakes. We also hired a boat for two hours and enjoyed seeing the lack from a different vantage. Thanks for a great trip!

L'appartement était conforme à la description, donc très bien, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour une semaine de vacances. La vue sur le lac également, magnifique. A pieds, il faut 30 minutes pour rejoindre l'embarcadère, tout en descente. Le problème est le soir quand il faut remonter après une journée de visites et promenades, car la pente est quand même assez forte. En voiture, les routes sont plutôt étroites ; pas énormément de parkings ; le bateau est conseillé quand c'est possible. A noter la présence d'une très bonne tratoria à 3-4 minutes de l'appartement (fermée les mardis et mercredis).

The view is stunning, the place is bigger than it looks in the photos, kitchen is well equipped, only minor problem is that the upstairs neighbours are a young family who get up and start making a lot of noise before 6 am each day.

The staff were very helpful. The apartment was spacious and had very nice views of the lake from the balcony. I failed to realize in booking this location that it is atop a very steep hill. Cabs were very scarce so we had to walk up--a pretty strenuous effort. If you do not have your own car, make sure you line up a cab well in advance, especially if you have luggage. Overall, Menaggio was a nice spot--not nearly as crowded as Bellagio and very scenic. Again, the office staff are worth meeting for tips, information, and help with check-in.

Good option if you have a car. We are a very fit family but had to plan our days around walking up and down the hill that the house is on. The view was incredible and the rooms were nice, the location was the only real inconvenience.

En italiensk lägenhet för dig som älskar orange. Rejäla trafikstörningar. Ingen städning utom när ni lämnar. Underbar balkong, bra parkering. Duschen rejält med mögel i och minimalt badrum. Behöver kompletteras lite i köket. Ingen ac. Micron funkar bara om man lyfter ner den från kylen och ställer vid vattenkokaren.

The unit itself is great and the view is beautiful. Menaggio is a town that I see myself going back to. However, the communication with the host was very poor. We were never provided correct wifi information. After inquiring about this issue, our host (who is not a single person rather an agency) responded once then didn’t say anything for two days, even after I asked again. Once again, this place was beautiful, but the quality of service was sub par.
