The apartment has a great location, perfect for exploring the city. The place was very clean, organized, and comfortable, and we had a very good stay overall. The only point that was not 100% perfect was the parking situation. Sometimes there were no available spots inside, so we had to park on the street and pay for parking. Other than that, everything was great and we would recommend the apartment.

The apartment was very nice, centrally located, and clean. Communication with Manuela was great, we received all the necessary check-in information a few days in advance. When we let her know that the hair dryer wasn’t working, she replaced it the very next day. The kitchen is spacious and perfect for cooking and the living room is cozy and comfortable. The location is ideal: close to the train station and right by the lake, with everything easily accessible on foot. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Ottima posizione per muoversi senza macchina a Desenzano, alle porte della zona pedonale e vicino a tutti i servizi, compreso supermercato dietro casa. Casa molto comoda e dotata di tutto il necessario sia per pochi giorni che per soggiorni più lunghi. Manuela sempre pronta e operativa per eventuali dettagli richiesti, e super gentile.

Manuela was a perfect host, super friendly and helpful. Apartment is externally central, very close to fantastic shopping, restaurants as well as swimming places by the lake. The atmosphere of the town is fantastic. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful town very much. hope to come back next year.

Die Wohnung ist groß und in einer absolut fantastischen Lage - direkt am See und am Rande der Fußgängerzone. Die Kommunikation hat gut geklappt und Desenzano ist ein sehr schöner Ort. Besonders mochten wir das Baden am Strand Richtung Rivoltella!

Everything is very close by—the ferries, the waterfront, and the train station—and it’s easy to get around and travel to other places. Verona, Venice, Milan, and ferries all around the lake. It’s clean and has everything you need: a hair dryer, a washing machine, and an iron. It’s a spacious apartment on the 4th floor with an elevator and a balcony. The building entrance is secure and locked. It was quiet and cozy.

Our second stay here. Apartment is clean and comfortable and well situated. Big supermarket in next street. It turned cold during our stay and management turned the heating on which was greatly appreciated. Manuela in the management office directly opposite the building is amazing, so helpful and available to help. Big thanks to Manuela

There were minor defects in the apartment. The bathroom is very clean, the kitchen is large. The air conditioner worked poorly, we rarely used it (the last days of August ). I didn't like the net on the balcony.

Vi havde en super ferie i Desenzano. Lejligheden ligger lige hvor gågaden starter og lige ved søen. Der er masser af restauranter og et hyggeligt marked hver uge. Alle i byen var venlige og imødekommende, især Manuela og hendes kolleger, der var meget behjælpelige.

We had a very lovely stay in Desenzano! As we had a problem with construction workers Manuela was quick to help and was super kind. I hope to have her as a host again soon!

Great apartment close to the lakeside and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and the ferry. We arrived by train and walked to the apartment from the station. Plenty of space for our family of four, perfect for our short stay.

Location is great, Manuela very responsive but too much instructions before check in. At the end couldn't understand where to get a keys. Wifi didn't work, has to ask Manuela to fix it. She brought a router next day. Overall bit lack a cleaniness, sheets not so clean, shower outdated, microwave didn't work. The positive was washing machine with fast cycles and dishwasher and perfect location - just so close to lake and restaurants. Be careful when switching together more than one appliance. We lost a power in apartment. It was warned in instructions but for me it was too much information and we stayed in numerous apartment over our holidays with 3 children. I just want it simple and short. So to get back electricity, we have to go to geound floor and find a fuse.
