The location was ideal. Close proximity to ferry, downtown, laundry. The setting was spectacular, we had many morning and evening times relaxing on the terrace. On the negative side, the beds were not quite comfortable and the electrical outlets were lacking. The washing machine was in disrepair for the first couple of days causing us to use the laundry across the street for 17. They did repair it while we were there.

Great space located in the not touristy but just the best, Menaggio. Close to everything with just the most amazing view. The accommodations were perfect for 3 ladies on a group trip.

Mums ļoti patika Casa Mira Al Lago! Plašs, skaists dzīvoklis ar visu, kas nepieciešams. Burvīga veranda un terase, un turpat pa kāpnītēm var noiet uz nelielu privàto pludmalīti, kura šajā karstajā laikà bija tāds bonuss 😊, un ar dievīgu skatu😇. Dzīvoklim nav kondicioniera, bet màja tik ļoti neuzkarst, un katrà telpā ir ventilators - mums ar to pietika, lai būtu labi. Ļoti laba komunikācija ar saimniekiem, laicīgi tika atsūtītas detalizētas norādes par dzīvokļa un biroja atrašanàs vietām, kā arī piedāvàta palīdzība, ja kas nepieciešams, jau atrodoties Menaggio. Kad ierašanàs dienā sapratàm, ka tomēr nepaspēsim tikt līdz Menaggio līdz biroja slēgšanai, mums laipni atsūtīja norādes, kā saņemt atslēgas un kā nokļūt līdz dzīvoklim. Un ierodoties mums uz galda bija atstāta kaste ar pudeli vīna un dažādām uzkodām, kā arī ūdens un piens ledusskapī - tas bija ļoti mīļi un jutāmies gaidīti😊 Arī aizbraukšanas dienā drīkstējām atstāt mantas birojā līdz autobusa atiešanai. Liels paldies💖, šī bija brīnišķīga apmešanās vieta, noteikti atkal gribētu atgriezties😇💖

Location was excellent. Lakeview wonderful. Service provided by Diego & crew exceptional. Accommodations were simple and stripped down but adequate. Kitchen could have been a bit better stocked but guessing most rental guests eat out vs. cooking and eating in. Warm Italian neighbors in the nearby units. Very nice experience.

The apartment was perfect for our family - 2 bedrooms, a big bath (shower only), fully equipped kitchen and washer. We didn't fully appreciate the pictures of the views though until we arrived. The porch and patio overlook Lake Como and the mountains. Just wow! It's also a very short walk to the ferry and downtown Menaggio. We will absolutely stay here again.

Great location, super easy and smooth check in. We enjoyed the veranda/patio with a nice view of the lake. Everything is within a few minutes walk. The property was exactly as presented in the rental listing.

You were all very helpful in getting us settled in the Mira al Lago. It was a perfect place for the end of our long adventure visiting family and friends in Spain an Italy. We were very pleased with the nice Welcom Package we foudn waiting for us when we got into the apartment. We have not been treated to such a nice gift by any of our hosts for a very long time. Grqazie mille per tutti.

Spacious and clean apartment in a great location. Great terrace to relax on with view of the lake to Bellagio and access to the waters edge. Menaggio has a lively central square with nice cafes and restaurants. Supermarkets and bakery within walking distance. Tourist information office in the square has lots of information re things to do. Can recommend their suggested walks into the surrounding area and hills for views, waterfalls etc.

We LOVED the place! The location was terrific and we especially loved having the large patio and the direct access to the lake!!! The view was amazing. It's very close to the downtown plaza and the ferry - walkable in 5 mins or less. The beds were fine and there was plenty of space to store clothing and toiletries. The 3 seasons room was also fantastic - the big window and the breeze off the lake was awesome. The welcome package was such a nice surprise and it came in very handy after a long day of travel. Minor improvements could be made on the apartment itself - the shower was very small and it would have been nice to have a few more dishes. We would go back in a heartbeat.

A little hard to find and a bit of street noise but other then that we enjoyed our stay and our terrace overlooking the lake was lovely and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They let us store our luggage after checkout so we could walk about before leaving.

Our stay at Casa Mira al Lago was very enjoyable and relaxing. Communication with Holiday Property Management/Lake Como Holiday was easy and efficient. The location was perfect - walking distance to restaurants, shops, and unobstructed views of Lake Como. Simply idyllic! The house was very spacious, clean, and well supplied. We would definitely recommend staying there. Thank you!

Our stay in Menaggio was enhanced by the location of this apartment. Easy walk to the ferry station as well as to Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi. The apartment itself was clean and cozy. The balcony, beautiful view and private beach were well worth it. The management office was steps away, and were very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The property was very central to Ferry terminal and an easy walk to the main part of the town. Having read reviews before I booked I anticipated the wonderful views from the terrace and it didnt disappoint. The view and location were the selling point for me and my family. I liked that the apartment was very clean and spacious. It was on the first floor in a very old Italian building. There was a small pathway down to the waters edge where you can swim. very private amazing bonus point. Bedding clean, walls painted white were very fresh. Bedrooms spacious and adequate

Excellent location, handily placed between the ferry port & town centre, with lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Very spacious accommodation, lots of rooms in which to rest after a long/hot day. The terrace gives a nice view of Lake Como and the surrounding hills/mountains. The property offers an ideal opportunity to experience living in an old and very solid Italian building.

Perfect location, close to ferry station and bus stop. Beautiful house with lake access. Know your arrival instructions, read them before reaching., customer service can be little rude if called. Simply, just go to lakecomoholiday office, get your keys. Office staff is reasonable.

Location so perfect, right near the ferry to get to Bellagio and Veranna and it is right on the water you walk out down the yard and could swim if you wanted! Perfect view of mountains and water

Gîte spacieux dans une vieille maison italienne avec patio ayant vue sur le lac et large terrasse extérieure au calme, permettant un accès direct sur une petite crique du lac. Idéal pour l'été, car il faisait toujours frais à l'intérieur de l'appartement. Emplacement idéal, proche embarcadère et centre ville. Belle boite de bienvenue, avec tout pour le petit déjeuner, très appréciée. Logement bien équipé en couverts, vaisselle, casseroles et poêles etc..., + torchon pour la cuisine. Bonne literie et beaucoup de serviettes de toilette.

Fantastic location and amazing views of the lake. The unit was clean & quiet. The kitchen had all of the pots, pans, etc we needed. My only complaint was the lack of the basics; olive oil, salt & pepper, coffee, paper towels and dish & laundry soap. There is a grocery store nearby if you need to stock up, Everything is walking distance even the Parco Val Sanagra. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

Como Mira a Lago was a good base for our Lake Como holiday. it was very conveniently located and had wonderful lake views and views across to Verenna and Bellagio. The property was clean and secure and felt safe. As a bonus, it even has its own Lake access which allowed us to go for a swim. There is no air conditioning in the apartment, which was not a concern in and of itself because there was good air flow when the windows were opened. However, the bedrooms overlook a busy road, and there is quite a lot of street noise with the windows open. We very much enjoyed our stay and we loved Menaggio. such a lovely town.

Zeer mooie locatie, topligging. Heel proper en perfecte service door Lake Como Holiday. Enig minpunt is het lawaai aan de slaapkamers door het drukke verkeer. Een extra parasol en verlichting op het terras zou ook welkom zijn.

Great place with great location! So easy to get to the apartment via the ferry or bus! Steps away haha. Close to grocery store and beautiful views. No air conditioning tho.

Views from patio, location and access to lake were why we chose this apartment. We made the decision to compromise on everything else and it’s a shame we had to as with some investment the owners could really make holiday makers happy and comfortable. Pros- The view from the patio is amazing. Direct access to lake for swimming, location was great as only 5 minutes walk to square and less to ferry. Good restaurants and gelatos nearby. Apartment is spacious and has all amenities. Cons- No air con- why has owner not invested in this? Patio furniture is cheap, old and falling apart (only 3 chairs for family of 4). Two old sun loungers which were also in poor condition. Sofa cushions stained, only one two person sofa in lounge - there were 4 of us. Lots of space for another. Single beds mattresses poor. Very noisy at night (constant motorbikes racing around until 3 am so can’t have windows open and so hot). Small beach area is covered in broken glass - it’s everywhere.

The apartment has a great view on the water and nice patio. Unfortunately it seems the host thinks that’s enough to carry this property. While the patio is nice the grungy plastic table and chairs are filthy. Inside, the couch was dirty, the bathroom sink was clogged and shower is outdated with a broken shower door. The microwave didn’t work. Probably worst of all was the bedding. We’ve traveled throughout Italy and understand that beds are not thick and cushy but the beds were like boards, the pillows worthless and were only given a top sheet. The blankets in the cupboard looked old and worn and we questioned how clean they were. Also one roll of toilet paper for 4 people for three nights??? The management co. was minimally helpful. When we learned we needed to go to their office to pick up the key, I asked how far the apartment was from there so we would know if we could walk. I was told to contact the local person through Whats app. Tried that and no one ever responded.

Tolle Lage! 🥰 In die Jahre gekommene Wohnung. Positiv: Lage, Ausblick, Kommunikation des Vertreibers, Preis Leistung gut, Tolles Willkommenspäckchen mit Wein Wasser sowie viele kleine Leckereien. Negativ: 200€ Reinigungsgebühr sind definitiv zu viel für die Leistung. KEIN WLAN sollte funktionieren hat es aber absolut nicht. TV ausschließlich italienisch.. Kabelsalat für Kinder eher semi gut. Betten durchgelegen Leider waren die Handtücher echt in die Jahre gekommen und ausgefranst. Flecken auf der Decke im Wohnzimmer. Gartenmöbel dreckig und ohne Auflagen zum Sitzen. Dennoch ist der Standard in Italien oft genau so wie eben beschrieben, würden wir wieder kommen ? Ja, aber nur in der Saison. Liebe Grüße 🇮🇹🥰
