The prperty was within a 5 minute walk to vila vittoria and suited our families needs perfectly. Check in was super easy. We appricated all the necessary supplies for a comfortable stay. The prperty was nice and clean the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were roomy. The water in the hot tub never heated up, but we most likely missed a step to get it going. The attic shower leaks where the door meets, and a coat of fresh paint would certainly brighten the main floor.Our overall experience was wonderful . The entire family enjoyed their time and stay in Laglio

Villa Lucia was very pretty and spacious. Communication was very good and they were super courteous. It is a more quiet neighborhood closer to Como but further from other areas such as Bellagio, etc. there are a few local restaurants nearby but no nearby groceries. Three bathrooms were very helpful, the terraces could have been a little more clean. Otherwise, I highly recommend.

Brilliant stay, lovely property which was clean and modern. It would have been good to understand the pool would be closed until 1st june in advance. The stairs were also quite steep for elderly relatives. Only small things!

We stayed 7 days at the property. The local team was very responsive and helped quickly whenever issues came up – they brought a coffee machine the next day and fixed the whirlpool water by the next morning. The pool was larger than expected and overall the house is spacious and pleasant. Communication with the rental agency before arrival, however, was frustrating and slow. On site, we noticed some drawbacks: the ground floor had a damp smell, power tripped easily, the kitchen was sparsely equipped (not enough mugs, limited utensils), and the upstairs bedroom has no door, which can be noisy. Some areas felt worn, with marks on walls and an outdated info booklet (pages are printed in 2012, come on). The gara door was not working and second parking on the street in front of the house. Overall, the property is in an okay-good condition with a great pool and solid support from the local team, but it could be better maintained and equipped to meet the standards of similar rentals.

Overall we had a great time at this villa. We would definitely stay here again! The Pros: There were 3 families, and we all had space to relax and spread out. Plenty of hot water for 9 people to shower, and run the dishwasher. The hot tub and soaking tub were great after our hike up to the Bromate lighthouse. Plenty of dishes and silverware, and cookware options. Plenty of towels and linens. French press for morning coffee. 2 kitchen spaces. Close to a great restaurant. Hosts were fabulous! The cons: There were not enough coffee cups for all of us in the morning. The kitchen is unstocked (i.e. no salt/pepper/etc) though with our food allergies that was fine. Internet went out several times, someone did come quickly to fix it the first day, and turning the modem on/off worked the other times. Paperwork needs to be updated (i.e. the garage door has not closed in years, the main fusebox to the house is outside). 1st level smells musty.

Nice location but house was dated and in need of repair. Very few supplies like shampoo, soap, etc. Laundry facilities didn’t work well. Gave us a bottle of wine but there was no corkscrew to open it!

Wir waren zu 10. über ein Wochenende da. Mit der Buchung und den Check In Informationen hat alles super funktioniert. Beim betreten der Wohnung durch die Garage kam uns aus dem unteren Zimmer ein modrig/muffiger Geruch entgegen, welches dann auch mit feuchten Wänden und Schimmelflecken bedeckt war. Die anderen Zimmer waren sauber und trocken. Das mittlere Bad lässt sich nicht schließen. Als wir der Nummer geschrieben hatten, die wir als Ansprechpartner vor Ort bekommen haben um mitzuteilen das das Poollicht defekt ist, kam keine Antwort/Reaktion. Am Abreise Tag kam dann aber eine sehr direkte Nachricht, das wir um 10 Uhr die Wohnung zu verlassen haben (NOT Later!) Den Service können wir somit leider nicht positiv bewerten. Für 6 Personen kann ich die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen, da so jeder ein Zimmer und Bett hat was nicht schimmelt. Zu 8 geht es auch noch wenn zwei auf dem Schlafsofa schlafen, welches mitten im Wohn/Essbereich steht ohne Tür Für 10 ein NO GO!

Although the villa itself is lovely and the location is good, there were some issues: - the communication from the company was terrible. Slow, told to contact multiple people, no follow up when they said there would be ... needed a lot of chasing. Ok for the issues we had as they weren't too serious but would be worried if something serious did happen. - building work going on right outside and the villa isn't sound proof. Not very relaxing and a crane is currently blocking the view (though it is still beautiful) - upstairs bedroom doesn't have a door - would be cramped with 10 adults - internet didn't work until final day - BBQ was filthy/ unusable. It states that they charge a cleaning fee if it's left dirty but I'm not sure if they ever use that fee on cleaning it. Overall, I probably wouldn't recommend. The issues were definitely manageable but for what you pay, and the lack of communication, I think there are better offers around Laglio/ surrounding area.

Upon arrival garage door was broken and key box on the floor. Hot tub was half full and not working. Wifi wasn’t working and not fixed until 3 days into our stay. The kitchen was quite poorly equipped and no essentials such as even salt and pepper provided. Location and property in general however was good. Beware the electricity trips if you have more the just the cooker on - we weren’t told about this in advance so spent several hours with no power thinking there had been a power cut!!!

Wifi-router did not had any internet connection. So they have wifi, just no internet... Nobody was send to help out or give status update of complaint. Hottub was full of sand/looking quite dirty. Customer support listens to you, but don't take any action. They promise next day update, but don't. Having said that. The house is great. The house itself was clean including the lovely spacious bathrooms. Location is nice too. But parking around the house itself is difficult to find on certain hours. You have a nice view at the lake. Nice shadow in afternoon on the roof-veranda.

From the Villa there was amazing view to the Lake, but the Villa could be in better condition. Lot of ants in the kitchen and the first floor is not suitable for allergic person because of the smell.
