It was an amazing apartment with an amazing view in the center of Riva del Garda, with a lot of space for us and our clothes (we were 4 people). We were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco and two big water bottles on the dining table. An iron and a hair straightener for female guests is also part of the equipment of this apartment. The fridge was spacious and the kitchen was fully functional. You can't park your car directly at the apartment, but you will be provided with the locations of parking spaces. Even though this apartment is located at the center, you didn't hear much noise/music from outside, which was a great aspect. The only negative aspect for me and my wife was the obviously not cleaned bedroom. There was A LOT of dust on the frame of the bed, on the tables on the side of the bed and on the space in front of the window, with old tissues aswell. Maybe from the previous visitor. Nevertheless, in general it was a great short trip to the lake of garda for us with a 9/10 apartment.

Great location. This apartment is perfect.It is on the very tip of Riva del Garda and has views of the mountains, piazza and lake. We will be back.

Sehr gute und sichere Lage, wir haben uns als 4 Frauen immer sehr sicher gefühlt, auch am Heimweg in der Nacht. Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und hat gut für uns gepasst. Und es gibt zwar eine Bar direkt unter dem Apartment, man hat aber nicht sehr viel von ihr mitbekommen, höchstens die Musik, und die war immer gut:) Und nochmal, die Lage ist ein absoluter Traum!

Apartment was in a fantastic location. Quite simple but comfortable and all we needed. Good value. Also check in process was super easy, as it always is with Happy Rentals. Good support from Francesco (thank you!). And a really nice touch to send a birthday email when you spotted it was a special day.

The location was exceptional right on the lake only a stones throw to restaurants and bars and the ferry.

After all it was a nice place, but there is no AC (which was clear before), but if you open windows than it is very noicy since there is a bar downstairs.

The place located in the center of riva which was so much alive especially in the weekend, i loved it but the place is not good for more than 2 people and we were 4, its very small therefore you should consider this when you reserve it, the check- in is from the office of happy rentals and its not in the same location of the apartment- but not too far- so you need to read this check-in instructions carefully as we had an issue with this, however Thomas was very responsive and the location of the place was good
