Beautiful apartment, very clean and spacious. Lovely sunsets on the balcony eith the added bonus of electric blinds. Heated pool was a great bonus as still a little cool i on some days. Ana was very helpful with our check in and explained everything

The location is nice not far from Puerto Banus and Marbella Few good supermarkets close too The building is new and well maintained The team was helpful and greeted us well The apartment is clean and nice The area is calm so perfect for us, only issue was the golf next to it, they came early every day to cut the grass. This needs to be improved because they come like at 6:45

الشقة والموقع ممتاز جدا، كل التفاصيل كانت جميلة جدا بما فيها المضيف السيدة Anna، وقضيت وقت ممتع في هذا المسكن، ملاحظتين فقط الدخول والخروج متعب للمسكن والدخول الى المسبح كذلك صعب وبعيد، والتكييف كان ضعيف لحد ما .. الباقي ممتاز ..

We had a great stay. The apartment is fantastic, modern with a good view across the valley. Please note the host’s description needs to be more accurate; the pool is 150m away in front of another apartment block and the view from the bedrooms is a row of conifers not a golf course. If you’re looking for a beautiful apartment that’s quiet and you have a car to get around then this is the place for you.

Anna is so helpful. Her instructions are all so clear from picking up keys to helping with aircon and information. The apartment is absolutely beautiful however we didn’t have a car and unfortunately you cannot walk anywhere! We used bolt or Uber to get around but was quite hard work with 3 children under 3. Our fault for not looking into location more but for families looking to stay here please hire a car. The apartment is so clean and beautiful however we did struggle with the babies with all the white and marble but again our fault. The cleanliness is spot on, communication is excellent, ideal place for a couples holiday!

Excellent excellent excellent!!! Highly recommend! Anna even took us to the nearest supermarket on our arrival as we chose not to hire a car. Just excellent service and very helpful, I will definitely be coming back 😁

October 2020. Good morning, I am writing to leave a review. I booked our rental through Anna. Anna was such a helpful, polite and kind lady. Who went above and beyond to make sure our holiday was perfect. On our arrival we were very late as we had hit traffic but Anna waited around for us no problem. Anna was very welcoming and greeted us with a lovely smile and a bottle of champagne (such a thoughtful gesture). After such a long drive we were very tired and to my relief Anna had bought us some essentials : milk, bottle of wine, ham, cheese, crisp and cereal for the kids. We also had a big bowl of fruit waiting for us on the table. We have never experienced this before with any other holiday rental companies. Anna talked us through where everything is and how to work everything. We stayed at Catalaya apartments and this exceeded out expectations, everything we needed and wanted for our holiday. The apartment was very comfortable and immaculate. Anna is the best agent (host) I have ever used nothing was too much trouble for her. I would literally message her anytime time and she would always answer straight away. Anna is an asset to your company and deserves a promotion for her amazing hospitality. Never have I experienced such an amazing experience from an agent or company. I cannot wait to come back and continue using this company in the future, pleasure doing business with you. Highly recommend this company especially Anna. Will be recommending to all my friends and family. Thank you Anna for an amazing experience.

The check in procedure is not great because the office and the apartment are quite far away from each other. Also the surfaces in the apartment are a mess. They immediately get a stain once you touch them. Doesn’t matter if it’s the kitchen counter, the tables or the floor. It looks messy after one day of being there and then you’re just cleaning the whole stay. Also we got one day before we were arriving a message that we have to pay an additional deposit of 500€. Which is violating Airbnb regulations. After I refused to pay money outside of Airbnb multiple times they made us pay for a “damage weaver” (whatever that is) during the check in. Which is also not allowed according to Airbnb. To the pool you walk at least 5 minutes and then on top you only have one key for 6 people. Which is also ridiculous. But the terrace is nice and the beds are comfortable.
