Abbiamo alloggiato in 5 adulti e una bambina per due settimane e l'appartamento è risultato molto confortevole: corrispondente alla descrizione, luminoso, spazi ampi, dotato di tutto il necessario. Il parcheggio incluso nella proprietà e il giardino rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La posizione è ottima, sia per spostamenti a piedi / bici, sia volendo usare l'auto. L'host è stato sempre disponibile e attento alle nostre necessità. Consigliatissimo!

Skvělé místo kousek od centra Arco. Ideální jako startovací lokalita pro výlety po okolí. V horkých letních dnech může být apartmán těžko obyvatelný - je podkrovní a nemá klimatizaci. Při našem pobytu bylo 21 v noci a přes den 28, k večeru když vychladnul byl velmi příjemný.

Objekt war leicht zu finden, das Betreten sehr gut organisiert. Die Ausstattung ist optimal. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Sauberkeit hat uns überzeugt. Die Wärme unter dem Dach hat uns etwas zu schaffen gemacht. Die Aussicht auf die Burg hat dafür entschädigt. Das Zentrum von Arco ist gut und schnell zu Fußz zu erreichen. Die Eisdiele an der Brücke ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis auch in der Hauptsaison ist in Ordnung. Touristisch ist die Umgebung sehr reizvoll, in der Hauptsaison teilweise stressig, beginnt bei der Suche nach einem geeigneten Parkplatz und endet beim Bummel durch Orte nahe am Gardasee durch von Touristen überfüllte Zentren. Wer etwas mehr Entspannung mag, dem ist ein Ausflug zum Lago di Ledro zu empfehlen. Insgesamt ist diese Unterkunft durchaus weiter zu empfehlen. Wolfgang im August 2023

Bel emplacement, proche de la rue piétonne, pas obligatoire de prendre son véhicule pour aller en ville, parking facile accés. Appartement bien équipé, très calme, confortable avec voisinage sans bruits !!!! manque peut etre la climatisation si très chaud !! plan d'accès très bien fait et explications pour prendre les clés et ouverture portail parfaites !! merci a Thomas d'être très réactif si besoin.

Hermoso departamento, cómodo, amplio, limpio, cerca del centro de Arco. Para 6 personas sería ideal un segundo baño, pero ya sabíamos que tenia uno, por lo cual solamente es un comentario, no es una queja. Matteo siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros desde un primer momento. Muchas gracias!!!

Heel mooi verblijf op een geweldige locatie. Het centrum van Arco is op loopafstand en ook het gardameer is heel mooi in de buurt. Verder zijn verschillende activiteiten zoals boulder-, klim- en viaferrata-plekken op loopafstand. De ruimte is echter de hele dag door erg warm en was lastig te verkoelen. Ook lag de slaapbank niet heel lekker en was het tweepersoonsbed juist heel gevoelig voor bewegingen (het matras schommelt als je beweegt). Tot slot is de locatie vlakbij een kerk waardoor je om 6:30 gewekt wordt. De tuin is heel mooi en ook de keuken was fijn.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Arco. Het is een mooi appartement. De kamers zijn ruim, schoon en lekker warm. De bedden slapen prima. In de omgeving is fantastisch. Het is super dat je je auto gratis op eigen terrein kunt parkeren. In een klein 10minuten loop je naar het centrum. Wanneer er iets was en je een vraag stelde kwam er vrij snel een antwoord. Paar kleine puntjes van aandacht: - Een gids/map met informatie over restaurants, winkels, supermarkten, (banket)bakkers, attracties etc ontbrak. (Dit hebben we zelf uitgezocht, we hadden het ook kunnen navragen) - De verlichting bestaat uit behoorlijk felle led-lampen. (niet dimbaar) Hierdoor is er in de avond geen gezellige sfeer om een boek te lezen of een spelletje te doen. - de eettafelstoelen zijn niet de meest comfortabele stoelen. Maar dat zijn echt zeer kleine puntjes. We komen hier graag nog een keertje terug! Toplocatie!

Visit with family. Stunning location, quiet neighbourhood, easy access parking, spacious and modern apartment, fabulous restaurant walking distance away 'Al Fiume'. As some days can be especially hot, air conditioning would be a bonus but it wouldn't stop me from booking again.

Net appartement. Dichtbij het centrum. Voldoet aan onze verwachtingen. Enige punt van kritiek is dat er in de tuin geen tuinset staat, buiten zitten bij het appartement is daardoor niet mogelijk omdat er ook geen balkon is.

Super FeWo für einen Kletterurlaub an Gardersee - 15 min mit dem Auto zum See (Riva) diverse Kletterspots in nächster Umgebung - super. Die FeWo war in Ordnung. Küche spärlich an Gewürzen und Spülzeug eingerichtet, am besten selber mitbringen, sonst top (kleine Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine). Sehr sauber bei Ankunft. Unkomplizierte Ankunft und Abreise!

Het appartement was gemakkelijk te vinden en het was schoon op een vieze koekenpan na. Alles in aanwezig. Hou rekening met een aantal trappen om in je appartement te komen. Er is geen balkon voor dit appartement, de foto met de muurschildering is van het andere appartement. Er is een tuintje, maar dat is eerst trappen af en dan langs je auto lopen, wat niet echt uitnodigend is. Het appartement is erg donker en heeft weinig uitstraling maar voldoet verder aan alle benodigdheden. De bedbank is onslaapbaar, het matras is dun en de spijlen van de bank voel je er duidelijk doorheen. We hebben van het matras (dubbelgevouwen) een eenpersoonsbedje gemaakt tussen de bank en de muur in. De locatie is prima, je zit zo in Arco met een fantastisch restaurant letterlijk om de hoek. Wij gebruikten het appartement echt voor slapen en soms een kleine maaltijd, veel meer hadden we er niet te zoeken. Daar is het dus prima voor.

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern für 4 Nächte in Thomas‘ Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und man findet alle wichtigen Utensilien des Alltags. Da es sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung handelt, ist die Innentemperatur entsprechend der Außentemperatur angepasst. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, insbesondere aufgrund der Nähe zum Gardasee und zu einer schönen Burgruine in Arco.

Skvělé místo kousek od centra Arco. Ideální jako startovací lokalita pro výlety po okolí. V horkých letních dnech může být apartmán těžko obyvatelný - je podkrovní a nemá klimatizaci. Při našem pobytu bylo 21 v noci a přes den 28, k večeru když vychladnul byl velmi příjemný.

Objekt war leicht zu finden, das Betreten sehr gut organisiert. Die Ausstattung ist optimal. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Sauberkeit hat uns überzeugt. Die Wärme unter dem Dach hat uns etwas zu schaffen gemacht. Die Aussicht auf die Burg hat dafür entschädigt. Das Zentrum von Arco ist gut und schnell zu Fußz zu erreichen. Die Eisdiele an der Brücke ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis auch in der Hauptsaison ist in Ordnung. Touristisch ist die Umgebung sehr reizvoll, in der Hauptsaison teilweise stressig, beginnt bei der Suche nach einem geeigneten Parkplatz und endet beim Bummel durch Orte nahe am Gardasee durch von Touristen überfüllte Zentren. Wer etwas mehr Entspannung mag, dem ist ein Ausflug zum Lago di Ledro zu empfehlen. Insgesamt ist diese Unterkunft durchaus weiter zu empfehlen. Wolfgang im August 2023

Bel emplacement, proche de la rue piétonne, pas obligatoire de prendre son véhicule pour aller en ville, parking facile accés. Appartement bien équipé, très calme, confortable avec voisinage sans bruits !!!! manque peut etre la climatisation si très chaud !! plan d'accès très bien fait et explications pour prendre les clés et ouverture portail parfaites !! merci a Thomas d'être très réactif si besoin.

Hermoso departamento, cómodo, amplio, limpio, cerca del centro de Arco. Para 6 personas sería ideal un segundo baño, pero ya sabíamos que tenia uno, por lo cual solamente es un comentario, no es una queja. Matteo siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros desde un primer momento. Muchas gracias!!!

The flat has a really nice location. You can reach Arco city center quickly by foot. Communication with Thomas was fast and easy. The flat was tidy and clean.

Heel mooi verblijf op een geweldige locatie. Het centrum van Arco is op loopafstand en ook het gardameer is heel mooi in de buurt. Verder zijn verschillende activiteiten zoals boulder-, klim- en viaferrata-plekken op loopafstand. De ruimte is echter de hele dag door erg warm en was lastig te verkoelen. Ook lag de slaapbank niet heel lekker en was het tweepersoonsbed juist heel gevoelig voor bewegingen (het matras schommelt als je beweegt). Tot slot is de locatie vlakbij een kerk waardoor je om 6:30 gewekt wordt. De tuin is heel mooi en ook de keuken was fijn.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Arco. Het is een mooi appartement. De kamers zijn ruim, schoon en lekker warm. De bedden slapen prima. In de omgeving is fantastisch. Het is super dat je je auto gratis op eigen terrein kunt parkeren. In een klein 10minuten loop je naar het centrum. Wanneer er iets was en je een vraag stelde kwam er vrij snel een antwoord. Paar kleine puntjes van aandacht: - Een gids/map met informatie over restaurants, winkels, supermarkten, (banket)bakkers, attracties etc ontbrak. (Dit hebben we zelf uitgezocht, we hadden het ook kunnen navragen) - De verlichting bestaat uit behoorlijk felle led-lampen. (niet dimbaar) Hierdoor is er in de avond geen gezellige sfeer om een boek te lezen of een spelletje te doen. - de eettafelstoelen zijn niet de meest comfortabele stoelen. Maar dat zijn echt zeer kleine puntjes. We komen hier graag nog een keertje terug! Toplocatie!

Visit with family. Stunning location, quiet neighbourhood, easy access parking, spacious and modern apartment, fabulous restaurant walking distance away 'Al Fiume'. As some days can be especially hot, air conditioning would be a bonus but it wouldn't stop me from booking again.

Net appartement. Dichtbij het centrum. Voldoet aan onze verwachtingen. Enige punt van kritiek is dat er in de tuin geen tuinset staat, buiten zitten bij het appartement is daardoor niet mogelijk omdat er ook geen balkon is.

Super FeWo für einen Kletterurlaub an Gardersee - 15 min mit dem Auto zum See (Riva) diverse Kletterspots in nächster Umgebung - super. Die FeWo war in Ordnung. Küche spärlich an Gewürzen und Spülzeug eingerichtet, am besten selber mitbringen, sonst top (kleine Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine). Sehr sauber bei Ankunft. Unkomplizierte Ankunft und Abreise!

Het appartement was gemakkelijk te vinden en het was schoon op een vieze koekenpan na. Alles in aanwezig. Hou rekening met een aantal trappen om in je appartement te komen. Er is geen balkon voor dit appartement, de foto met de muurschildering is van het andere appartement. Er is een tuintje, maar dat is eerst trappen af en dan langs je auto lopen, wat niet echt uitnodigend is. Het appartement is erg donker en heeft weinig uitstraling maar voldoet verder aan alle benodigdheden. De bedbank is onslaapbaar, het matras is dun en de spijlen van de bank voel je er duidelijk doorheen. We hebben van het matras (dubbelgevouwen) een eenpersoonsbedje gemaakt tussen de bank en de muur in. De locatie is prima, je zit zo in Arco met een fantastisch restaurant letterlijk om de hoek. Wij gebruikten het appartement echt voor slapen en soms een kleine maaltijd, veel meer hadden we er niet te zoeken. Daar is het dus prima voor.

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern für 4 Nächte in Thomas‘ Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und man findet alle wichtigen Utensilien des Alltags. Da es sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung handelt, ist die Innentemperatur entsprechend der Außentemperatur angepasst. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, insbesondere aufgrund der Nähe zum Gardasee und zu einer schönen Burgruine in Arco.
