Idéale pour une famille grâce à ses espaces de couchage généreux et modulables, cette superbe propriété en duplex conviendrait également parfaitement à des groupes d’amis partant en vacances ensemble.
Un salon moderne et spacieux, de type open space, comprend un coin salon confortable, une télévision à écran plat et une cuisine contemporaine élégante dotée de tous les appareils de cuisine nécessaires, offrant une atmosphère détendue et décontractée, idéale pour passer d’agréables vacances en toute autonomie avec vos invités.
Depuis le salon, des portes-fenêtres coulissantes s’ouvrent sur un balcon-terrasse privé et ensoleillé, où vous pourrez dîner « en plein air » tout en profitant d’une vue imprenable sur le lac et les montagnes, qui ne manquera pas de vous inspirer et de vous captiver, laissant un souvenir inoubliable à vous et à vos invités !
Les chambres sont réparties sur deux étages : au 1er étage de la propriété se trouvent une chambre parentale double très élégante et spacieuse, ainsi qu’une salle de bains luxueuse récemment rénovée. Le premier étage de la propriété comprend également une chambre parentale spacieuse avec un lit double, idéale pour les couples, et un canapé-lit dans le salon peut également être utilisé par les invités si nécessaire.
Un escalier en colimaçon partant du salon mène les invités à un deuxième espace chambre ouvert, équipé d’un lit double, situé sur le palier en mezzanine. Pour accéder à une troisième chambre fermée dotée de deux lits simples, il faut traverser le deuxième espace chambre ouvert. Une deuxième salle de bains moderne avec douche est également située à cet étage pour le confort des hôtes.
Cet espace à l'étage bénéficie d'un charmant style chalet, avec de hauts plafonds mansardés aux poutres apparentes couleur miel, qui profitent d'une lumière naturelle abondante grâce aux fenêtres Velux.
La propriété dispose également d’un interphone et d’un parking réservé aux résidents pour le confort des hôtes. Il est interdit de fumer.

Le domaine exclusif de la Résidence Eden, baigné de soleil et offrant une vue sur le lac, dispose également d’une magnifique piscine extérieure commune, idéale pour se divertir et se détendre au bord de l’eau avec un bon livre !
Depuis cette résidence à flanc de colline, les hôtes peuvent rejoindre le centre d’Argegno, au bord du lac, en seulement 5 minutes en voiture ou en 10 à 15 minutes à pied. Cette ville très prisée des visiteurs offre de nombreux points de vue pittoresques, de la rivière de montagne tumultueuse et ses anciens ponts aux places animées bordées de cafés, bars et restaurants, qui mènent à des ruelles médiévales plus calmes et charmantes ainsi qu’à des quartiers de la ville qui ne demandent qu’à être explorés ! Argegno dispose de nombreuses commodités locales et propose d’excellents restaurants, notamment La Piazzetta.
Depuis la ville, les hôtes peuvent également emprunter facilement le ferry et le bus, ou se déplacer en voiture pour explorer les villes voisines et profiter d’autres merveilleuses expériences gastronomiques chez Il Crotto Platani et Gatto Nero. Séjourner à Argegno, sur la très prisée rive ouest du lac de Côme, permet également aux visiteurs d’accéder facilement aux charmes cosmopolites de la ville de Côme, notamment la célèbre cathédrale Duomo, ses places animées, la grande variété de boutiques de créateurs et de grandes enseignes, ainsi que la Villa Olmo, qui accueille chaque année, dans ses splendides salles et jardins, de nombreux événements et festivals artistiques et musicaux. Un service ferroviaire régulier dessert également Milan depuis la ville, ce qui en fait une destination idéale pour explorer la région de Lombardie et sa capitale.
Malheureusement, les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas admis dans cet établissement.

El departamento esta en buen estado en general. Las vistas son fantasticas. Lo unico que cambiaria o renovaria es el divan cama. Gracias por el vino y por los elementos para el desayuno..!! Seguramente volveremos en otra ocasion porque no pudimos utilizar la piscina por el mal tiempo. La zona es muy tranquila, pero hay que moverse en auto.

très bon emplacement, nous avons laissé notre voiture pendant notre long weekend. le centre est accessible à pied (le retour est difficile, ça monte bcp mais c'est faisable) nous étions 6, 2 adultes et 4 enfants (de 2 à 7 ans). l'appartement est fonctionnel

July 2017 Beautiful location with stunning views of Lake Como and the mountains. Nice little town with possibility for sailing on the lake, cable car ride and bathing in the lake. The scenery is beautiful with beautiful and you can use the leg muscles when you go down and up again. Lovely place with nice pool and reasonable many sun loungers. The apartment is really nice and well functioning (probably the best for 6 - we were 7) Lene, Denmark

Unkomplizierter Check-in, gute Lage und Aussicht. An der Ausstattung der Wohnung ist noch etwas Nachholbedarf. Ansonsten schönes Apartment.

Thank you to the folks at Happy Holiday Homes! You were so brilliant at arranging our activities and making our restaurant reservations! We really had a great stay in this apartment, the hill setting was peaceful and so sunny, with lake views that were simply knock out! Lake Como gave us a full and varied holiday..we ate out, relaxed by the pool, enjoyed water sports, golf, hiking and shopping in Como + sightseeing on the central lake..just perfect!

We've all had such a wonderful holiday here in Camelia 7, thank you so much! The lake views towards the Comacina Island were just breathaking and the complex had a fab outdoor swimming pool too. We were really chuffed with the holiday apartment, it was so spacious and stylish inside. The hillside location was just a short drive from the central lake attractions and the town of Argegno was a lovely base to stay during our time on the lake. The restaurant there called La Piazzetta was especially good. Grazie!!

My family and I had truly fantastic stay on Lake Como! Our booking agent Lydia helped us source the perfect family-friendly holiday home! It was tucked away in a brand new development on the peaceful hillside above Argegno. The holiday home was so great inside and offered so much room and modernity for our growing family. There was a great outdoor pool we all enjoyed. I would strongly recommend a car as it is really essential for reaching the development and the central lake highlights during your stay. We had rented a car in Como and found the directions really easy from there. Argegno was a great place; very charming and a great location! We could see the famous Comacina island from our place and were within easy reach of some brilliant restaurants. La Piazzetta in the main piazza offered delicious Italian cuisine and there were some really good inexpensive pizzerias also on the central lake. We always imagined Lake Como was more for couples but it is very family-orientated too, with lots of modern Lidos and activities to enjoy. We can really recommend the Jungle Raider Park above Varenna and also the Outdoor centre above Bellagio. Renting a boat for the day was also fun! Thanks to the HHH team for making our stay so enjoyable!

WC Deckel fehlte, kaputter Liegestuhl, Schrank. Nervende Nachbarin, die immer wieder Reklamierte und der Preis war definitiv viel zu hoch. Küchenutensilien könnte es mehr haben und bessere Qualität. Ansonsten: Top Lage & aussicht! Sauber, cooler Pool
