Met 5 vriendinnen zijn wij verbleven in het appartement. De host gaf aan, middels een appje, dat het appartement al eerder beschikbaar voor ons was dan de originele incheck tijd. Dit was voor ons super prettig en ook fijn dat hij dit proactief deed. Het appartement was top! In de koelkast lagen al wat flesjes water en een rode wijn stond voor ons klaar. Het appartement was super schoon en was van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook de locatie was ideaal. Op nog geen 100 meter lag een supermarkt en het strand was binnen 3 minuten lopen te bereiken. Wat ons betreft een echte aanrader!

Fantastisk placering i gåafstand til strand, restauranter og den gamle bydel. Lækker lejlighed som indeholder, hvad man har brug for. Der er go’ plads og finde værelser. Skønt med havudsigt fra altanen. Værten har lavet en go’ guide med alt, hvad der er værd at vide. Kan virkelig anbefales. Det eneste lillebitte minus er, at når man sidder på altanen får man dråber fra airconditionen på sig, når den afrimer(hvilket den gør ret tit). Men det var så varmt, da vi var der, at det bare virkede lidt afkølende.

This is the perfect place for families. It comfortably fit our family of eight adults. Everything we needed was in walking distance. Highly recommend staying here.

The apartment was big and was able to cater for 5 people comfortably. Location to the beach is excellent. The apartment also had a supermarket at the bottom of the building which was very convenient. However at this time of year there wasn’t too many restaurants close bye, we had to walk into the old town to find any open restaurants. I would recommend this apartment and location for summer travel.

Très beau appartement, très bien équipe et avec de belle prestation avec 4 grandes Chambres avec cuisine et coin salon cosy et pratique idéalement situés à deux pas du centre historique et plages, commerces au pied de l'immeuble....je recommande sans hésiter, on reviendra, top séjour avec coup de cœur pour Monopoli....MERCI

Awesome spot for 8 of us. Even one bathrooms didn’t bother us too much! Great location, swam everyday. Linen wasn’t to be used at the beach so great excuse to buy a holiday beach towel :-) responsive host. We didn’t know what floor or room we were haha, but quick to reply when asked. The wee balconies were a lovely touch to stand or sit and peak at the ocean and old town. Do recommend!

Mieszkanie bardzo wygodne, urządzone z dużą dbałością o szczegóły, staranny wystrój. Tak jak piszą inni goście - na żywo apartament prezentował się nawet lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Kuchnia świetnie wyposażona, pralnia, gry, zabawki - było tam wszystko żeby bardzo wygodnie spędzić pobyt (a byliśmy z kilkumiesięcznym dzieckiem). Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna - kilka kroków od miejskiego parkingu a zarazem tuż obok starego miasta. Manager apartamentu przemiły i bardzo, bardzo pomocny - zawsze natychmiastowo odpowiadał na wiadomości, przyjechał też do nas z własnego domu późnym wieczorem gdy zatrzasneliśmy klucz. Bardzo polecam!

We loved the apartament and the service. The apartament was very comfortable and well equiped. We had everything we could need for our stay (and we traveled with an infant). Manager of the property Gianvito was extremely friendly and helpful - probably more than we should expect. We will recommend to everyone :)

Lovely apartment with beautiful sea views! Very central location, easily walkable to nearby beaches, restaurants, and the historic centre. There's a paid parking lot right down the street too if arriving by car - and a free one about a 15-20 minute walk which we used during our stay. Supermarket around the corner as well for added convenience to grab groceries/necessities. Overall, our group of 8 had a comfortable stay and would highly recommend to future guests!

Location is amazing, close to the sea, bars and many excellent restaurants. The apartment is beautiful, cozy and comfortable. Public parking is very close, roughly €25 each day. Just be aware that you’ll have to bring your own beach towels (cannot use the ones supplied for your use within the apartment). Also, you cannot wash the towels, they will charge you a fee of €4 each set of towels exchanged for fresh ones. Overall loved the place, and would book again the next time we come.

Very close to the beach with even some sea views! This place was fantastic for exploring Monopoli and surrounding towns. Aircons also worked perfectly and the blackout shutters were great for a sleep in! highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Christiana’s beautiful apartment. The place is pristine, with large rooms and great views of the ocean and cathedral from the balconies. We had 7 adults who slept very comfortably and enjoyed the convenient location within the coastal town of Monopoli. Supermarket just downstairs was very handy. The property is managed externally and we had difficulty trying to find their office location. It would be helpful to give guests the exact address of the office to collect keys. The apartment itself was very easy to find and the keys worked fine. Overall, an excellent stay and would 100% recommend to other guests.

Dear Pepita's, we have loved our stay in your apartment and it has made our first holiday together an incredible experience. From the morning sea view with caffé leccese to aperitivo with mozzarella and taralli with the old town view. We also liked having a desk and WIFI because a few hours we had to work, luckily there was good air conditioning because it was very hot outside We will definitely come back in this apartment for another holiday. We had a wonderful stay in Casa Pepitas. It was the perfect size for four adults and could easily accommodate more. It is very close to a supermarket, the beach and the old town. The views from the windows and the balcony are stunning! The facilities in the apartment are excellent and everything was spotlessly clean on our arrival. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Monopoli and I hope to return again myself some time.

The apartment was convenient to walk around town and had many restaurants, bars, and stores around. There was also a public beach and parking about 2 blocks away. We loved our stay!

The apartment is lovely - as bright and cosy as it appears in the pictures. Thought has gone into the way it's decorated and it shows. You have views of the sea from the balcony on one side and views of the city and cathedral tower from the other balcony. One of the bedrooms also has a desk and extra TV, so it's very practical if someone has to do some work or wants to watch something different. The WiFi works well. The apartment building is easy to find (you can walk from the train station less than 20 minutes), there's a small supermarket in the bottom of the building, and the seafront and old town are just a short walk away. Everything was arranged perfectly by Sara, Pier and colleagues at the management company, communication was good, and we didn't have to contact them until it was time to go home. We highly recommend Monopoli and this apartment!

Awesome location, spacious bedrooms, soft, fluffy towels, balconies with views. Having a dishwasher and plenty of crockery and cutlery was handy. Prosecco, water and toiletries provided were appreciated. Air conditioning in each room and lift to access the 3rd floor apartment were excellent. We felt secure and safe.

The location was amazing! All the rooms were spacious and comfy. It was clean and well furnished. Air con was very good. Nice little touches like beach umbrellas. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch also! Kitchen had some useful provisions like oil and salt and pepper. Would definitely stay again.

Good spot, very clean, and at a walkable distance of some beaches and the historic center of Monopoli. The apartment is very nice and it has everything needed for a nice stay in Monopoli. Make sure you bring your Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine. It's great to accommodate 7 people, but keep in mind that it only has one bathroom. They do self-check-in and is weird that they state to charge you 50 euros extra for check-in after 8 pm, but then you find out they use a master lock and a self-check-in strategy so it doesn't make sense to charge guests extra if you have to pick up the keys by yourself. Be aware, they will subscribe you to their newsletter of rentals without asking for permission, so be aware of email spam.

Casa in ottima posizione centrale, comoda ai servizi. Spaziosa, arredamento moderno e curato nei dettagli. Come riferito all’host andrebbe comunicato a chi gestisce le pulizie di migliorare in alcuni dettagli. Comunque ottima comunicazione e disponibilità.
