Elle dispose de chaises longues et d'une salle à manger extérieure où les hôtes peuvent dîner, se rencontrer et se détendre à ciel ouvert. Le salon de la villa est meublé de façon agréable et moderne. Il y a un énorme canapé en L, une télévision HD à écran plat, une console de jeux, une chaîne stéréo et une sélection de livres pour tenir les invités en compagnie et les divertir. La cuisine-salle à manger est aménagée avec goût, dans une ambiance apaisante, et dispose d'une télévision. La cuisine spacieuse dispose d'équipements modernes tels qu'un lave-vaisselle, un four, un réfrigérateur et un grille-pain pour rendre la cuisine encore plus agréable. Un escalier situé à côté de la cuisine-salle à manger permet d'accéder à l'étage supérieur. Grande maison bien équipée, très propre, située idéalement entre le.lac majeur, le.lac de Côme et Milan facilitant les excursions dans la region. Nous étions 6 adultes et 3 enfants et nous nous y sommes sentis bien dès notre arrivée.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely House! The house was exactly as described—spotlessly clean and well-maintained. It’s located in a peaceful and quiet area, surrounded by beautiful greenery, which made our stay even more relaxing. Each room was equipped with everything we needed, and the cleanliness was truly impressive. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking, and the spacious dining room was perfect for our family meals and gatherings. We truly appreciated the care and attention to detail the host put into making this place feel like a home away from home. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a calm and comfortable retreat. We would definitely love to come back!

Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Insektennetze sind ein grosser Vorteil. Im Erdgeschoss schöne Gitter an den Fenstern, dadurch konnte man auch in der Nacht gut lüften. Die Pergola ist ein herrlicher, schattiger und grosszügiger Sitzplatz. Der Pool ist immer für eine Abkühlung gut. Mit dem Nachbarn unten am Haus sollte man sprechen, Freitag und Samstag feiern bis 01 Uhr ist happig.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser großzügigen Villa. Auch bei 9 Personen hatte jeder einen Rückzugsort, was bei schlechtem Wetter ganz hilfreich war. Die Kinder konnten im großen gepflegten Garten spielen und der Pool war natürlich das Highlight für sie. Bei der Küchenausstattung hatten ein paar Kleinigkeiten gefehlt, was jedoch nicht weiter schlimm war. Für den Garten wären ein paar Liegen schön gewesen. Das Haus lag etwas abseits, was zum einen viel Ruhe brachte, aber auch immer das Auto für Erkundungen nötig war. Fabio hat uns bei Fragen immer sofort geholfen und geantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus für eine große Gruppe sehr empfehlen.

Perfect getaway near the lakes! Easy driving distance to everything you could need (lakes, supermarkets, restaurants etc etc). Great for families. House is done up to a high standard and everything you could want is available. Very clean and communication was very easy with the agency. Highly recommend this gated property.

The property is located in a non-tourist area making it difficult to find restaurants. The upstairs shower is extremely small. Make it difficult to wash. The outside sitting area needs to be cleaned.

Swiss here. It’s a good villa, absolutely recommendable. Everything works, it’s clean, the garden is big with swings and a slightly elevated pool, so the children cannot accidentally fall in. There is enough kitchen equipment to cook for a week, the windows are solid and close completely, and there are blinds that can darken the rooms at night. The doors are a bit weak — you can hear everything from the neighboring room. There are 3 bathrooms: in 2 you can shower, and in 1 you can take a bath. The property is fenced, so children can’t run away. There is a washing machine, a fridge big enough with a freezer, and mosquito nets on all the windows — so we had no flies or mosquitos in the house. The pool was around 24°C (in May). We got clear instructions, found the key easily, and check-in/check-out was very smooth. We also received a WhatsApp number with lots of helpful information.

Great location, easy to get to nearby towns. Garden was lovely and good for kids, although pool a little unsafe for our girls age 3. The house inside was disappointing in layout, and photos misleading - there is no lounge area, only a sofa / tv found inside the master bedroom rendering it useless as a shared space to most of the guests. Without a lounge we were limited to the kitchen which is the only shared space in the house. The house was well equipped in general and I would recommend as a spacious summer rental when you can enjoy the garden / outdoor dining.
