We had a wonderful experience at Happy Rentals in Viareggio. The apartment was spacious, very well equipped, and comfortable. Its location was perfect—just a short walk from the beach and close to many great restaurants. Despite being central, it was quiet in the evening, which made it ideal for relaxing. The service was great, and everything was well-organised from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend it for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

The apartment is conveniently located close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. The host was easy to contact. It wad easy to access the apartment and leave. We had abrilliant stay in Viareggio and would definitely return. Happy Rentals were very easy to deal with.

Suite ONDINA 2 - Via San Francesco 10 - VIAREGGIO Super sejour dans cet appartement très moderne, super propre, bien équipé, très spacieux, bien agencé et confortable. Proche de la mer, des commerces, au centre ville. Pas loin de station de train. Parfait pour ce reposer et découvrir la région. On est venu pour le magnifique Carnaval de Viareggio. Un grand merci pour l'équipe de Happy.Rentals juste parfaite ! Très disponible et prête à vous accompagner et à vous aider pour toutes les questions et besoins. Je recommande vivement !

Everything was great apart from distance to receive the keys at check-in (approx 2 min taxi) and the ac wouldn’t heat.

Check in check out : Gianluca, est un hôte très sympa, arrangeant, et qui donne de très bons conseils. L’appartement : refait à neuf, climatisé, internet, très bien placé, à 200 mètres de la plage, tout confort pour 4 personnes. Situé au premier étage avec un balcon. La station : viareggio est une jolie station balnéaire, le centre ville a une architecture très belle, plein de restos, magasins, bars, vendeurs de glace sur la grande ballade principale le long des plages. La plage : en Italie il n’y a que des plages privées, je conseille le nettuno, qui vous loue un emplacement avec 2 chiliennes, 1 transat et 1 parasol, des douches, et vous bénéficiez des terrains de volley, foot, piscine, et du bar, restaurant pour un cocktail sur la plage coucher de soleil. Compte tenu de la chaleur, l’eau de la mer est pleine d’algues et il y a quelques méduses … mais c’est partout pareil sur les plages cette année. Le stationnement : places payantes tout autour de l’appartement, mais on peut prendre un abonnement au bureau de tabac a la journée ou la semaine, attention l’abonnement fonctionne par zones (l’appartement est en zone C), et certains jours il faut déplacer la voiture à certaines heures car nettoyage de la chaussée ou jour de marché. Courses : il y a un supermarché conad city à 100 m de l’appart à pied ou un grand hypermarché conad a 2 km en voiture. Visites : le marché de forte de marmi le dimanche, La tour de Pise a moins d’une heure, les cinque terres (allez à la spezia en voiture et prendre le train) Merci à Gianluca pour tous ses conseils qui nous ont permis de passer un très bon séjour.

Appartamento pulito, in un'ottima posizione e con tutte le dotazioni essenziali. Host in loco molto presente e disponibile, forse un po' troppo. Per il prezzo forse ci aspettavamo qualcosa in più, ma siamo rimasti complessivamente molto soddisfatti del soggiorno.

Die Unterkunft war praktisch gelegen, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt und Geschäfte und Restaurants waren zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Ausstattung war schlicht und gut. Das Elternschlafzimmer ging auf eine etwas befahrene Strasse hinaus. Uns hat es nicht gestört, da wir Ohrstöpsel dabei hatten. Die Küche verfügt über Kochherd und Backofen, war jedoch zum Kochen etwas mager eingerichtet: Es hatte keinen Pfannenwender, wir haben dann einen gekauft.
