Vous cherchez un appartement de vacances à Viareggio ? Cet appartement nouvellement meublé pourrait être un choix parfait. La ville de Viareggio est une destination balnéaire réputée. Elle dispose de plages bien équipées avec des parasols et toutes les installations nécessaires. La promenade de la ville, longue d'un kilomètre et connue sous le nom de La Passeggiata di Viareggio, est appréciée des touristes pour son architecture Art nouveau et est bordée de boutiques, de cafés et de restaurants. On y ressent l'énergie de la ville, qui regorge de bars, de glaciers, de restaurants de rue et de cafés. Il y a aussi quelques musées pour découvrir l'histoire de la ville et une citadelle carnavalesque qui accueille des événements culturels. Un supplément de 5 € par jour pour l'électricité doit être payé séparément avant l'arrivée. Pour les excursions d'une journée, les clients peuvent explorer Lucques (33 minutes), Pise (26 minutes), Carrare et d'autres villes voisines de la Riviera italienne. L'aéroport le plus proche est l'aéroport international de Pise, situé à environ 30 kilomètres.

Siamo lieti di sapere che abbia vissuto una bella esperienza presso Suite 1 Viareggio e teniamo molto alla soddisfazione dei nostri ospiti motivo per il quale apprezziamo il suo feedback. Ci dispiace del piccolo inconveniente inerente il parcheggio indipendente dalla nostra organizzazione e volontà. Il parcheggio è a pagamento e nelle strisce blu come accade spesso nelle case che si trovano in pieno centro abitato, motivo per il quale consigliamo sempre l'acquisto di un abbonamento da effettuare in zone e nel suo caso abbiamo indicato modo e maniera per ottemperare largamente prima del suo arrivo. Si ricordi che ha un voucher del valore del 10% da utilizzare su qualsiasi abitazione gestita da happy Rentals, valido un anno qualora decidesse di sfruttare ancora l opportunità di prenotare con noi un abitazione . Tornare ancora a trascorrere le vacanze con Happy Rentals sarebbe un onore e un piacere. Happy Rentals Team

I have stayed in many properties around Viareggio for work over the past 2 years. I would stay here again. Very clean, everything must have been recently renovated because it's all like new. Internet not great anywhere but living room/bedroom. Nice back patio. Convenient to everything in Viareggio city proper with grocery store and butcher near by. Steps from the beach and promenade. great communication with managers.

The host was very friendly and helpful, reacting immediately upon sending questions. Location is fantastic and all amnesties were available and working. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back next year!

Sauberes Appartement. Die Einrichtung instand und funktionell. Etwas Ambiente wie ein Bild an der Wand oder eine Sitzgelegenheit ( ausser der Schlafcouch ) könnte es brauchen. Die innenteerasse ist praktisch aber auch einfach bestückt. Alles in allem eine gute Sache und wirklich weiter zu empfehlen.

Floor was very dirty. We needed to clean it twice before moving in. Flat itself is okay. Communication bumpy due to poor English skills of the host. Location is very good.
