L'appartement de trois chambres peut accueillir 6 personnes et est idéal pour les familles. Le salon/salle à manger d'angle, très lumineux, dispose de deux portes vitrées qui donnent sur le balcon avant, où les clients peuvent se détendre sur les chaises longues ou dîner à l'extérieur, et sur le balcon latéral, qui offre des vues sur les collines. Dans le salon, vous trouverez deux canapés confortables, un fauteuil, une belle table basse en bois foncé, une armoire et une télévision par satellite à grand écran. L'élégante table à manger en bois peut accueillir 4 personnes. La cuisine lumineuse, dotée d'éléments encastrés et de jolis carrelages, dispose également de portes-fenêtres donnant sur le balcon latéral. Elle est entièrement équipée d'une plaque à induction, d'un four, d'un micro-ondes, d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un réfrigérateur-congélateur, d'un grille-pain et d'une machine à café Nespresso. La piscine commune se trouve sur une terrasse qui offre une vue magnifique sur le lac. Elle se trouve à côté de la salle de sport bien équipée et du sauna. Couchage Chambre 1 : La chambre principale, très lumineuse, dispose d'un grand lit double, d'une commode et de portes vitrées donnant sur un balcon privé, équipé de deux chaises longues et offrant une vue sur le lac. Elle dispose également d'une salle de bains attenante. La piazza est bordée d'excellents restaurants et de cafés animés, où vous pourrez prendre un apéritif et regarder le monde passer. La ville abrite de nombreux musées et galeries. L'un des plus populaires est le MASI, le Musée d'art de la Suisse italienne (à 15 minutes en voiture), qui accueille régulièrement des expositions d'art contemporain. Vous pourrez vous baigner dans le lac du Lido San Domenico (10 minutes en voiture). À proximité se trouve l'arrêt de ferry de la Grotta Elvezia, où vous pourrez prendre un bateau pour apprécier la beauté du lac. Les plus jeunes apprécieront la montée en funiculaire jusqu'au sommet du Mont Brè, qui offre une vue imprenable sur le lac et les montagnes. La station se trouve à 10 minutes en voiture de l'appartement. Les aéroports internationaux les plus proches se trouvent en Italie : Milan Malpensa, à 1 heure et 15 minutes en voiture, ou Milan Linate, à 1 heure et 20 minutes.

Het huis is perfect gelegen ! Prachtig uitzicht! Goede ruime kamers en een prachtig balkon aan 2 zijdes! Het huis had een paar kleine dingetjes zoals een kraan die aan vervanging toe is het zonnescherm wat niet werkte maar buiten dat hebben we toch genoten! Als het huis ook nog een airco had was ik nooit meer weg gegaan ! Maar dat heeft te maken met de week dat wij er waren het ontzettend warm was ! Maar desondanks hebben we een goede week gehad! Alles was voor de reis perfect geregeld van de sleutel ophalen tot de beschrijving aan de deur ! Super !

Nous avons été à la maison du bonheur pendant une semaine. Hébergement très confortable, nous étions 5.Les instructions étaient claires et tout était comme indiqué.La vue est vraiment belle sur Lugano et son lac.Il n’y a pas de climatisation mais nous avions un ventilateur sur pied dans chaque chambre alors nous avons bien dormi. Excellent choix

Two couples stayed here for six days. Great location halfway up the hill with amazing views of the lake. We had a couple of issues but the property agent got them fixed quickly.

Grosszügige und gut konzipierte Wohnung, mit schöner Terrasse und tollem Blick auf den Luganer See. Schöne Poolanlage. Als Willkommensgruss war eine Flasche Champagner auf dem Tisch, eine positive Überraschung!

Küche: Für 6 Personen war die Küche nicht ausreichend ausgestattet: Nur 2 Weingläser, nur 1 Geschirrspül-tab, nur 1 Müllsack (gebühren pflichtig) Wir wollten einzelne Kaufen, war nicht möglich. Keine Wischtücher. Ganz wenig Abwaschmittel. Kein Verlängerungskabel obwohl für den Toaster und die Mikrowelle nötig war. Badezimmer: Keine Zahnputzgläser vorhanden. Keine Handseife. Terrasse: Nur4 Liegestühle. Sonnenstoren auf Haupt Terrasse defekt. Wespennest vorhanden. Auf 2 Terrasse gar keine Infrastruktur. Allgemein: 4 Glühbirnen von ca. 11 waren defekt. Sogar in einem Badezimmer das ohne Licht war, wir mussten die funktionierenden Lampe vom Wohnzimmer umverteilen. Ein Tag vor der Abreise wurden dann neue Glühbirnen gebracht.

Everything was wonderful. We had a great view! Not great communication during our stay. We had two hairdryers that did not work because the plugs did not work in the wall, and someone was supposed to send an adapter and never showed up. No paper towels/napkins or any bathroom amenities. The furniture was very dusty. My son-in-law was sweeping the floor with hair since we had an infant with us. It was not clean for her to crawl on the floor. Other than that, we loved the place and will stay again. We wanted to do some washing, but the attendant we called did not know if there was a washer/dryer. And we found it on our own, but nothing was written in English so we couldn’t figure out how to use it. Overall, it was a beautiful place. Again we would come back.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hell mit einer schönen Aussicht. Die Küche hat zu wenig Geschirr für eine Wohnung mit 6 Betten. Wasserkocher war total verkalkt . Den Balkon mussten wir zuerst wischen, bevor wir ihn benutzen konnten,

Great view and location! The apartment offers a fantastic view, is a good size, and the beds are very comfortable. However, the Wi-Fi is extremely slow, which can be frustrating if you're working remotely. Some amenities, especially on the outdoor balcony, could use an update. Also, picking up and dropping off the keys at a separate location (rather than at the apartment) is inconvenient—particularly when relying on public transport. That said, it was overall a good stay.

Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock des Hauses, ist sauber und hat alles was man braucht, ausser viel Licht, da zwar sehr viele grosse Fenster die Wohnung erhellen, jedoch die meistens Lampen nicht Funktionieren. Der Einstellhallenplatz ist ein Pluspunkt . Der Balkon war schmutzig, zwei von vier Liegestühlen waren kabutt, die Sonnenstoren konnten nicht bedient werden, und der Schrank ist auch kabutt. Die Nachbaren waren unfreundlich, die Sauna und den Kraftraum, dürfen nicht benutzt werden, da sie mit "Privat nur für Anwohner" angschrieben wurden, Duschkopf in der Badewanne, mussten wir zuerst Reparieren bevor wir Duschen konnten. Es wurden Automatisch 20.- für Wlan berechnet (direkt über HappyRentals Website) diese konnte ich aber noch stornieren lassen.
