L'appartement Mina est situé au centre de la ville de Polignano a Mare, aujourd'hui désignée comme l'une des plus belles villes du monde ! Le design moderne de cet appartement le rend très lumineux. Le salon communiquant avec la cuisine par un espace ouvert vous permettra de vous détendre sur un canapé confortable tout en regardant la télévision ou en prenant vos repas à table. L'espace nuit se compose de deux chambres : la première avec un lit double, une télévision et une armoire, et la seconde avec deux lits simples extractibles et une armoire. La deuxième chambre donne accès à la buanderie. La salle de bains, également de conception moderne, est équipée d'une douche, d'un bidet, de toilettes et d'un compartiment pour le linge de toilette. C'est l'endroit idéal pour visiter les belles plages qui se trouvent à 200 ou 500 mètres ou pour visiter les villes voisines comme Ostuni, Alberobello, Castellana Grotte, Bari et beaucoup d'autres. Pour les amateurs de sport, le Red Bull Cliff Diving a lieu chaque année dans la ville. Il s'agit d'une compétition de plongée extrême qui vaut la peine d'être suivie. Un terrain de golf se trouve également à environ 34 kilomètres. Pendant la saison hivernale, les visiteurs peuvent profiter de visites gastronomiques et vinicoles et de nombreux événements, notamment les marchés de Noël, la Nuit blanche et la crèche vivante. Appartamento nuovo. Finiture ben curate Arreodo carino e funzionale. Ben pulito e piacevolmente profumato all'ingresso. Siamo rimasti due settimane e ci sono state anche pulizie intermedie e cambio biancheria. Lavatrice presente in un comodo piccolo vano esterno. Piano cottura a induzione. Dotazione per la cucina sufficiente. I coltelli sono completamente inadatti per tagliare o sbucciare. La lavastoviglie invece non ha mai funzionato. Ottima la disponibilità di un garage. Parcheggiare nei dintorni silu strada è praticamente impossibile. ATTENZIONE: il passo carrabile del garage non è registrato, quindi se ti parcheggiano davanti sei fottuto ( ma questa è una omissione della proprietà. )Posizione ottima per chi vuole il mare dietro l'angolo e il controllo a due passi dal centro. Il supermarket più vicino è a circa 900 metri.

The location was less than 5 mins walk from Ponte Borbonico su Lama Monachile and plenty of restuarants nearby. Simple but Modern furnishings. It was more convenient with the wash basin seperated from the toilet and shower as compared to other places we stayed.

This place was close to the old town and all the restaurants and sights. There are many vantage points that overlook the Adraitic sea. It was relatively flat unless you went to beaches like Lama Monachili.

A nice modern apartment, centrally located. Ultimately, I wouldn't stay here again due to a few of the negatives (mentioned below). Pros - Good location, few minutes walk to beaches, restaurants, bars. 10/15 minute walk to the train station and about 8 minute walk to the nearest grocery shop. Modern apartment, nicely decorated, three smart TVs with the ability to log in to Netflix/Amazon/YouTube. WiFi was pretty good, not the fastest but did the job. Nice balcony with a table and two chairs. Dishwasher & washing machine. Cons - Air con wasn't the strongest, we felt like it made little difference to the temperature of the apartment. Sometimes it was hotter in the apartment than it was outside, even with the air con on. On our first three mornings, the neighbour next door had their music blaring at around 8am for about an hour. I don't mean you could hear it a little bit through the walls, it felt like it was being played in our bedroom at full volume. Not the wake up call you want when you're on holiday! After the first three days we didn't hear the music again. There were no bin bags provided. I told the Airbnb contact there wasn't any and was told to 'use whatever I wanted', so we had to buy some. I left them in the apartment so that probably won't be an issue for future guests! There were no wine glasses or corkscrew. The shower tiles need a good clean.

Very good apartment, with every facility you could want. Good equipment (TVs, full size fridge-freezer, hob, Nespresso machine, etc). Very good shutters on every door and window. Location is great - a short walk to the old town, beach and restaurants. Garage space was very very useful, as parking in the town is a problem. Only disappointment was the WiFi, which is based on a 4G Mobile Data device. Between 11am to 6pm it was very weak or unusable, so we had to use our own 4G data plan. At other times it was fine. They are aware of this problem.

The location was less than 5 mins walk from Ponte Borbonico su Lama Monachile and plenty of restuarants nearby. Simple but Modern furnishings. It was more convenient with the wash basin seperated from the toilet and shower as compared to other places we stayed.

На фото було видно море ,а насправді реально моря зі вікна/з балкону не видно. Білий диван дуже брудний у вітальні. Його треба почистить.

This place was close to the old town and all the restaurants and sights. There are many vantage points that overlook the Adraitic sea. It was relatively flat unless you went to beaches like Lama Monachili.

A nice modern apartment, centrally located. Ultimately, I wouldn't stay here again due to a few of the negatives (mentioned below). Pros - Good location, few minutes walk to beaches, restaurants, bars. 10/15 minute walk to the train station and about 8 minute walk to the nearest grocery shop. Modern apartment, nicely decorated, three smart TVs with the ability to log in to Netflix/Amazon/YouTube. WiFi was pretty good, not the fastest but did the job. Nice balcony with a table and two chairs. Dishwasher & washing machine. Cons - Air con wasn't the strongest, we felt like it made little difference to the temperature of the apartment. Sometimes it was hotter in the apartment than it was outside, even with the air con on. On our first three mornings, the neighbour next door had their music blaring at around 8am for about an hour. I don't mean you could hear it a little bit through the walls, it felt like it was being played in our bedroom at full volume. Not the wake up call you want when you're on holiday! After the first three days we didn't hear the music again. There were no bin bags provided. I told the Airbnb contact there wasn't any and was told to 'use whatever I wanted', so we had to buy some. I left them in the apartment so that probably won't be an issue for future guests! There were no wine glasses or corkscrew. The shower tiles need a good clean.

Very good apartment, with every facility you could want. Good equipment (TVs, full size fridge-freezer, hob, Nespresso machine, etc). Very good shutters on every door and window. Location is great - a short walk to the old town, beach and restaurants. Garage space was very very useful, as parking in the town is a problem. Only disappointment was the WiFi, which is based on a 4G Mobile Data device. Between 11am to 6pm it was very weak or unusable, so we had to use our own 4G data plan. At other times it was fine. They are aware of this problem.

The apartment was lovely, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach.
