The 3-bedroom apartment is roomy and convenient, very centrally located near restaurants and shops. Through the window you see that you're nestled between imposing mountains and Lake Garda itself, and the beaches are a short walk away.

The apartment is centrally located!!! Two of the rooms look out onto one of the main squares/promenades: it's fun to watch the activity below. The apartment is clean and spacious. And close to everything!

wat een fijne plek! midden in het centrum. parkeren was een uitdaging maar je kunt vlakbij het appartement laden/lossen. (op 3 minuten lopen) ipv van een airco is het gekozen voor ventilatoren. iedere kamer heeft er 1 dus dat is erg fijn. kortom aanrader!

Beautiful location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. No air conditioning and we stayed in July so it was hot. There were no fans in the apartment as listed, but we sent them a message and they brought some over the next morning. A little bit noisy until about 11pm from the street below and then most people respect the quiet hours. Very nice view from the window! We parked our car in a parking garage not too far away (hourly rate or a max of 14 euro/day). No coffee provided, but lots of cafes nearby. Overall a good stay for the price!

Appartmentlage 1A. Leider Renovierungsbedürtig.Uraltes Badezimmer, Fehlende Sauberkeit bei Ankunft. Uralten Bettgestellten. Erinnerung an den 60gen. Keine Kaffeemaschine und kein Toaster vorhanden. Müssten jeden Morgen Kaffee in der Bar kaufen. Agentur sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Inhaber nicht bereits zu renovieren. Es ist eine kurze Zusammenfassung.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Thomas. L'appartement est extrêmement bien placé, la vue des chambres sur le lac et la place est très agréable. Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé.

The view from our apartment was fantastic! Everything can be reached in 5-10 minutes. The apartment's kitchen had everything you need for a long stay, the bathroom was also equipped with a washing machine. The WIFI was a little bit slow and it didn't work in all rooms. Overall, we enjoyed our staying and definitely if I have a chance to come back, I'll try to book this apartment. Thank you once again!

What a location - right on the lake of beautiful Riva del Garda Bring air plugs as the people wandering and music can be a bit noisy BUT the property out weighs that / it’s awesome. Having an elevator was awesome and the apartment was just perfect with comfy beds and good pillows and linen - Riva is the gem of northern Italy for sure!

Great apartment right in the center of Riva. Everything is within walking distance. Beautiful surroundings. Parking is about 5-10 minutes walk, but you can load/unload in front of the door. All in all a great experience.

Wir waren zu dritt in dieser wunderschön gelegenen Wohnung. Zentraler geht es nicht. Der passende Ort um Riva del Garda zu Fuß zu erkunden. Restaurant und Läden für Souvenirs direkt um die Ecke.

Had a great stay in Riva del Garda. Very relaxing. The apartment was spacious, as described, and very centrally located with great views of the lake. Very close to everything with shops and cafes right on the street below the apartment. You couldn't ask for a better location. Very easy to find the apartment and paid parking located close to the apartment with free parking a little farther away. Thomas was very communicative and gave excellent instructions for locating the apartment. We were very happy with the stay. The apartment doesn't have air-conditioning but this wasn't an issue if you kept the windows open to take advantage of the nice breeze. There was also a fan provided.

Super Lage und tolle Aussicht! Mit Gepäck und Einkäufen muss man zur Wohnung laufen, Parkplätze in der Nähe vorhanden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, perfekte Wohnung für unseren Urlaub!

Great location. Beautiful views. If you need parking the free lot is only a few minutes walk away. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was weak in the bedrooms and would sometimes drop off. Other than that, highly recommend.

Ubytovani bylo skvělé, dobře vybavený byt, spousta prostoru, naprosto vyjímečná lokalita. Výhledy z oken...V noci hlučnější, ale to je dan za tu skvělou polohu. Nic co by se nedalo přežít.

Location could not have been any better, it was amazing, lovely spacious apartment, quite dated but this gave it a typical Italian vibe which was lovely, comfortable beds and lots of accessories such as hairdryer, iron, washing machine, kitchen utensils ect. Lovely touch of a few treats on arrival also.

Great location! Apartment is basic but spacious. Everything is very dated and a bit rough around the edges, but that's expected based on the price. we stayed here for a month, had no major issues and really great communication.

Tolles Appartement, super Lage sowie sehr angenehmes ein- und auschecken. Alles wie beschrieben, auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Allein die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein, fällt mit der Lage und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aber nicht ins Gewicht.

De locatie is fantastisch (waarmee het goed is om te weten dat je er niet kan parkeren- paar minuutjes lopen). Zoals je kan zien/ lezen is het gedateerd maar voldoet prima. Lekkere bedden, 3 nette slaapkamers en badkamer. Appartement op de 3 via trap of lift. Ontvangst door Happy Rentals verliep vloeiend. Goede uitleg, route en hulpvaardig ter plekke.

Geräumige Unterkunft im Herzen von Riva - aus zweien der Zimmer kann man den Gardasee sehen und Restaurants, Supermärkte etc. sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das war sehr schön! Der einzige Nachteil der zentralen Lage: abends ist es sehr laut, selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster. Wer es sehr ruhig mag, sollte das bedenken und Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es zB ein Fest direkt auf dem Platz vor der Wohnung. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut, man kann Kochen und sowohl Kühlschrank als auch ein Eisfach benutzen. Würde den Aufenthalt empfehlen!

Die Wohnung liegt in der Fußgängerzone und man muss das Gepäck 200m vom Parkhaus hintragen, darf nicht ranfahren. Die Lage ist ansonsten toll, direkt in der Altstadt mit Blick auf den See. Deswegen ist es aber etwas laut. Die Möbel sind sehr alt, teilweise leider auch die Matratzen, Sessel sind abgenutzt, das Bad ist auch sehr alt, bahamabeige… Es funktionieren aber alle Geräte wie Spülmaschine oder Waschmaschine, nur WLAN ist etwas schwach und nicht in allen Zimmern. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Riva und haben den Urlaub genossen.

Ce logement est idéalement situé, à la fois en plein centre et face au lac. L'accès au logement se fait à pied, il faut marcher avec ses bagages ou les courses. Des parkings gratuits ou payants se situent à proximité. Ce logement est simple et pratique, la déco, le mobilier sont vieillots mais le tout est correct et plutôt spacieux. Nous y avons passé un bon séjour à 5 personnes.
