Le suggestif sentier des oliviers et le Lido di San Domenico sont à deux pas et vous permettent de vous détendre sur les rives du lac, loin de la foule. La location de vacances dispose d'un joli balcon où vous pourrez vous adonner à des repas en plein air et profiter de vues imprenables sur le lac, de jour comme de nuit. Vous pourrez également profiter d'un barbecue à gaz commun ainsi que d'intérieurs climatisés avec une télévision intelligente et un adorable coin salon pour vous détendre. À l'intérieur, le studio lumineux dispose également d'un lit double côté fenêtre, d'une table à manger et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée pour un séjour sans souci. Quelques restaurants se trouvent également à une distance de marche (10-15 minutes) de l'appartement. Pour les amoureux de la nature, le magnifique Parco Ciani, dans le centre de Lugano, est à 9 minutes de route. Au centre de Lugano, les clients peuvent également profiter de plusieurs terrasses animées et des bâtiments historiques de la grande Piazza della Reforma, du Casino de Lugano, des vols en tandem pour le parapente, et du Lido di Lugano, entre autres. Pour ceux qui veulent goûter à la vie nocturne de Lugano, plusieurs discothèques et bars se trouvent également à 10-15 minutes de route. Le funiculaire de Monte Brè est à 17 minutes de route, tandis que le funiculaire de San Salvatore et l'un des plus beaux villages du Tessin, Morcote, sont à 25 minutes. L'aéroport international le plus proche est Milan Malpensa, à environ 1 heure et 10 minutes de route de cette location de vacances sur le lac de Lugano.

Das Check-in via Schlüsselbox hat prima geklappt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Die Terrasse bot einen herrlichen Blick über den See. Wie klar auf den Bildern erkennbar, ist die Terrasse nicht direkt vom Studio aus betretbar. Ausser wenn man durchs Fenster klettert…

Sehr schöne Aussicht und sehr ruhige gelegen. Das Appartment war sauber und an der Ausstattung hat auch nichts gefehlt. Die Terasse mit Seeblick ist ein wahres Highlight.

We had a fabulous time here, doing many cycling routes into Italy and Switzerland. Great trek up to Mount Bre and onto Gandhi’s via the Olive Trail. Lovely apartment with a fab view. Only down side limited access to restaurants and supermarket. Otherwise a fab stay!

The view was amazing! The location to Lugano and the walk to the Olive Trail and nearby towns was perfect. The balcony and big open windows were such a special part as you could have breakfast out there and enjoy the view.

superbe appartement, vu magnifique Le seul point négatif que nous avons trouvé cest qu'il n'y avais pas de produit pour le lave vaisselle ni de sel poivre mais autrement tout étais niquel ! nous le recommandons et nous allons faire nos prochaines vacances la bas !

Location is beautiful. However you need to know that it's 10 minutes from both the bus stop and the rubbish bin you have to use (sounds crazy but seems to be a common arrangement in Lugano). Also the nearest food shop is in town a short bus ride away. We were happy there but it wouldn't suit everyone.

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern. Die Terrasse wird geteilt mit anderen, jedoch hat man einen eigenen abgetrennten Teil. Die Terrasse ist nicht direkt über das Zimmer zugänglich. Der Kühlschrank war in der Nacht teilweise etwas laut. Bei der Buchung muss man danach über einen Link einige Angaben machen, u.a. ID/Pass Angaben etc. Das Zimmer war sauber und alles soweit bestens in Ordnung.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Der Lattenrost wenn man vor dem Bett steht links ist immer ein wenig nach Vorne gerutscht. Die Bettwäsche und der Bezug war sauber und neu. Die Wohnung scheint neu renoviert zu sein. Ein Brotmesser das schneidet sowie Eierbecher und 2/3 Tassen und Gläser wären von Vorteil. Schade das die Raucher vor uns die Kippen auf der Terrasse liegen gelassen haben. Vielleicht sollte man schreiben dass es am Haus eine Terrasse gibt und nicht bei der Wohnung da ich durch‘s ganze Haus laufen muss und drum rum um auf diese zu gelangen. Super der Stellplatz für‘s Auto.

The apartment is very spacious and it was very clean. The magnificent view of the lake is priceless. The garage is simply too small for today's cars. A patio door (direct access from the apartment to the terrace) would have been useful.

Host quick to respond but sometimes not with the most direct answers. It was nice that money was left in the apartment for the washer/dryer but no clear instructions on how to use the washer/dryer. Our clothes never got fully dry. No clear instructions on how to use the stovetop either but we eventually figured out you have to use the pots and pans they provided. Coffee/espresso maker but sadly no pods/coffee provided. The AC did not seem to be fully working, we had to leave the window open to be cool at night. Traveled in mid-late May. Overall, nice place. Happy with our stay.

Wanted to give a good rating, but too many problems. PROS View; Terrace (but walk around to access it); Quiet; Convenient to Lugano; Walking distance to beach and funicular; Lake access below at the villa; Ivan made a restaurant reservation for my husband's birthday and included a cake; Welcome Prosecco; Instructions CONS Communication was inconsistent; Air conditioner didn't work and we received no replies when we requested help. We specifically booked this because it listed an air conditioner, so the false advertising was frustrating - 3 bad nights of sleep as a result; very small provisions were provided for a 3 night stay - 1 dishwasher tablet, small dishwashing liquid, no laundry detergent; Spotty / unavailable wifi; Dishwasher wasn't finishing its cycle; Dirty dishes in the cupboards; No dish drying rack; Couldn't start clothes dryer; No drying rack provided; Parking spot too small for Compact rental car; Toilet seat not connected
