Very straightforward on arrival. Convenient location for everything in Chamonix. Would highly recommend for a ski break for a couple or single travellers if not looking for high end accommodation.

It was a very well located place- walkable to the city centre and the Aiguilles du midi cable car station is right at your doorstep. The host was very responsive and friendly. The place is a little dated but clean. I had a great stay here!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans l’appartement. Facile d’accès et bien positionné. L’appartement est petit mais bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire (draps / vaisselles / serviettes / éponge et produit vaisselle…) ! Notre hôte a été très réactif à chacune de nos questions. Enfin, un vrai plus : le balcon ! Surtout pendant la vague de chaleur qui y a eu. Cependant, petit bémol sur le rideau côté cuisine qui ne couvrait pas entièrement la fenêtre, ce qui laissait passer la lumière assez tôt ce qui peut réveiller aha ! On entend également du bruit quand les gens parlent en bas de l’immeuble mais c’est très léger et uniquement les jours de fête :) Nous recommandons cet AirBnb !

A nossa estadia foi impecável, local bem limpo, localizado próximo de tudo. O cartão transporte ajudou bastante para andar de trem porém não é válido nos teleféricos. Eu e meu namorado recomendamos o espaço!

Nice spot only a few minutes walk from all the bars and restaurants and a couple right on your doorstep. can be lively late into the night.

Great apartment. I lived the little touches a bottle of wine. Little box of toiletries and cleaning pack for the kitchen. Easy to book and collect and drop off keys too. I will certainly use your company again. Thankyou

This apartment is tiny but has everything one needs, pretty comfortable couch and perfect location. The view from the balcony onto Mont Blanc is amazing.

Great value for half term. Only advice is that the wardrobe doubles as a kitchen cupboard so storage is limited. Not a problem for a short stay.

Good place to stay - good location near city centre and buses for skiing. The place is a little bit old but clean and functional. Note that there is not Wi-Fi. Says so in description so according to expectations but worth noting as this can be something you expect nowadays :)

La ubicación es excelente, poder disponer de parking en el propio edificio una maravilla y la relación calidad-precio está genial. Lo que no me gustó fue el sofá cama, muy incómodo para dos personas durante varios días, deberían cambiarlo a los modelos que tienen en otros pisos con un colchón de verdad (esto debería ser una prioridad ya que no hay otra cama y es algo básico). Poco menaje y la cafetera estaba rota. En general satisfecho, pero tienen otros pisos con un precio similar y las comodidades son muy distintas, pienso que deberían igualar los diferentes apartamentos.

Bien pero quizás algo pequeño y para una estancia de 6 días que solo dejen un mini bote de 20ml de lavavajillas y otro de champu para 2 personas lo veo escaso. Luego la puerta del edificio se quedaba atascada y el ascensor a veces no funcionaba

Cozy in the middle of Chamonix, perfect location for ski vacation. A lot of nice restaurants and bars nearby, good since it is a small kitchen. Bed was good size for 2 people

The Apartment is Basic and a bit dated, But clean and comfortable and right by the Aiguille du Midi sight seeing cable car, its also in Cham Sud very close to the Bus station and the Rail station is close by. Myself and the Wife had a great stay there easy to gte to ski bus routes and Chamonix centre is a close walk and very nice at night

Boendet var bra placerat gällande bussar o liknande. Ganska lyhört mellan lägenheter men fungerade bra. Köket hade ej någon fläkt vilket gjorde att man fick laga mat med öppet fönster. Noemi var trevlig och väl bemötande samt smidig under check-in och utcheckning!

Very disappointed. We had to check out the next day—apartment was not renovated and had mold in the bathroom and main salon. We were inconvenienced, running around to find a hotel and move luggage. Host was not very responsive. Do not recommend.

First, I’ll say that I don’t know Mark. This was run by a third-party called happy rentals. The in app checkin instructions say, meet host, but then that’s not true and I’d had to what’s app message the host for checkin instructions. The biggest problem was I briefly got stuck in the elevator, it was broken for almost the entire stay and was making an alarm noise for hours. There was black mold in the shower & a strong cleanser smell the first night. There’s a nightclub on the ground floor, so noises some nights. The building and unit are old and the hall/stairwell lights aren’t automatic so occasionally you’re in the dark. Otherwise, kitchen and pullout couch were clean. Very central location. The company did offer to relocate me when the alarm wouldn’t stop. They’d said they’d compensate me for the issues, but I haven’t heard from them.

The location is really good, however the apartment is not renovated at all (even though it is written in the description), also there is no wifi.
