Cette villa-appartement de trois chambres dans la station de vacances de Porto Letizia est parfaite pour un groupe d'amis ou une grande famille de 8 personnes. Cet appartement de deux étages dispose d'un jardin privé, d'un accès Wi-Fi et d'un parking gratuit. L'intérieur est équipé du chauffage central et d'un salon moderne décloisonné avec une salle à manger et une kitchenette bien équipée pour un séjour de vacances en toute indépendance. L'appartement comprend 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains pour votre confort. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit double et les deux autres chambres ont soit deux lits simples, soit un lit double. Porlezza n'est qu'à 22 minutes en voiture, par le col de la montagne, de Menaggio sur le lac de Côme et se trouve sur la route panoramique de la ville suisse de Lugano. Juste au-dessus de Porlezza se trouve le village de Carlazzo qui est proche de la réserve naturelle entourant le "Lac Piano" et qui a une histoire riche et ancienne. Avec son propre château et ses fortifications médiévales, ce village était autrefois bien protégé. Visitez le petit village de Castello, près de Loggio et Porlezza. Construit sur un éperon rocheux, il présente un fascinant labyrinthe de maisons en pierre, des rues étroites et des petits balcons fleuris partout où vous regardez - vous pourrez également profiter d'une vue magnifique sur les environs et le lac de Lugano.

Wir waren mit 7 Personen für 3 Nächte in Porlezza. Das Haus Primula 1 ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, die große Terrasse ist wunderschön und bietet genügend Platz für alle. Der Ort ist fußläufig sehr schnell zu erreichen. Nachts war es recht ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Unterkunft mit super schönem Garten Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Parkplätze direkt vor der Unterkunft ausreichend vorhanden und kostenfrei. Rund um die Unterkunft alles vorhanden was man so benötigt

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Sehr geeignet für 7 Frauen. Sehr schöne Terrasse, sehr gute Küchenausstattung. Das WLan funktionierte nicht. Was etwas mühsam war, dass wir ständig wieder zur Reception mussten. Reception war aber sehr freundlich.

this was a family trip parents of over 80 years old , myself my wife and my daughter of 8 years old . we arrived at 6 pm but the concierge was closed they gave us indication on how get the key , and was easy but once reached the house the heater was off and unable to turn it on , we contacted the only phone number provided but nobody answer and so we spent the first night freezing. the morning after we complain and 2 men came in but unable to start the heater until another man came and solved the problem The Tv was not working and the day after after trying and trying they decided to bring in another tv . the place is nice and worth a visit but not when is cold

Mooie woning, leuke ligging alleen in de buurt veel onafgebouwde woningen. Helaas deed de wifi het niet. Ik las in eerdere referenties (nadat ik geboekt had) dat dit probleem vaker speelde. Ook werkte de airco's op 2 van de 3 slaapkamers niet. Ook dit probleem speelde al voordat ik de woning huurde. Gelukkig koelde het 's avonds goed af, maar als je daar zou zijn bij hogere temperaturen zou dat zeker een probleem geweest zijn.
