The apartment is close to the train station, shopping and University. Two bathrooms is an advantage. Spacious. All basics kitchen utensils available. Coffee aš a treat was lovely. The washing machine has a dryer option.

A bit noisy at times and an internet connection at year 1999 levels :) However, I consider this as spotty events that shouldn't affect the overall score, which is great considering what you get for the money. Absolultely recommeneded.

Would highly recommend this place. In walking distance of the sights and many restaurants. They have a couple parking spaces behind building that can be reserved also. Extremely responsive to all our needs, especially when we needed some medical advice. Very secure building - stayed with my family of 5 adults.

We loved our stay at Happy Rentals in Lugano! The location was fantastic - super close walking distance to the old town and very close to Parco Ciani. The apartment itself was spotless and stylish. However, the kitchen and laundry is not stocked so you will need to make a trip to the local supermarket. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily stay again! 😊

El apartamento es amplio y cómodo. Todo está nuevo. Es tal como se ve en las fotos y tal como lo anuncian. Salvo un pequeño problema en que no pudimos regular bien la calefacción, ello no quita que en general nos sentimos muy bien y volveríamos si tuvierámos para elegirlo de nuevo.

Good location. Clean and spacious. Plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. If staying longer you can a 15 minutes bus to Aldi for grocery shopping.

This is an ideal place if you’re staying in Lugano center. It’s clean, the amenities functional, the rooms are trendy and convenient, washrooms impeccable. Located just outside the busy centre, you’ll be 3 minutes from the lake and 6 from the main area. There’s everything you need in the neighbourhood and it’s a place to pin for every visit in Lugano.

Lo mejor es la ubicación, en el centro de Lugano, cerca de todo. Los departamentos son grandes, con buenos espacios, caben sin problemas las personas que se indica. Solo faltan algunas cosas prácticas, de poco valor que hacen la vida más fácil, por ejemplo lugar para poner el jabón y shampoo en la ducha o más bolsas para dejar la basura. Es poco lo que falta para que sea excelente.

Lage hervorragend. Wohnung sehr grossräumig und alles vorhanden. Wir waren nur zum Schlafen da und haben die Küche zum Kochen nicht gebraucht. Die Gegend war ruhig. Auch scheint die Bar mit lauter Musik unten nicht mehr in Betrieb zu sein, so dass wir ungestört schlafen konnten.

Die Lage war perfekt, direkt in der Nähe der Altstadt und eine Strasse weiter befindet sich ein Migros. Auch die Wohnung an sich war sehr schön und für 6 Personen gab es mehr als genug Platz. Die Küche war mit fast allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Es empfiehlt sich aber Sachen wie Gewürze und Handseife, sowie allenfalls ein weiteres Geschirrtuch mitzunehmen. Im Allgemeinen sind wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Wohnung für künftige Aufenthalte wieder buchen.

Die Lage ist super, die Wohnung ebenfalls. Jedoch das Licht in der Wohnung/ Bädern ist sehr schlecht/ minimalistisch. Das Ehebett die Matratze war einfach katastrophal, bitte unbedingt eine neue Matratze. Für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sollte das drin sein.

Unterkunft war unseren Bedürfnissen entsprechend, zentral gelegen und gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Kontakt und Schlüsselübergabe war einfach und klar beschrieben. Räumlichkeiten waren sehr sauber. Leider hat es etwas nach Rauch geschmeckt und etwas laut wenn die Fenster geöffnet waren. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft.

Apartment was accurate to the description and great location. Unfortunately the bar below the apartment on Friday night was so loud with music until 4am that it kept us from sleeping all night. It was a private party so I hope this is not a regular occurrence. We also had to walk to the local Happy Rentals office to get help with the lock. They acknowledged it was an issue they knew about and offered tips on how to get the door open. Strange, if you know it’s an issue, fix it. Overall, it was a great location and walking distance to the lake and old town.

Bell'appartamento, curato, pulito, luminoso e molto comodo al centro di Lugano. Letto matrimoniale non molto confortevole e locali troppo caldi per le nostre abitudini. Abbiamo avvisato di far calibrare i termostati. Nell'insieme, sicuramente promosso!

Die Wohnung war mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar, das Parkhaus liegt gleich nebenan. Danach braucht man kein Auto mehr da man sich schon mitten in der Stadt Lugano befindet und alles sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und auffallend sauber. In der Wohnung selber findet man alles was man auch zuhause braucht (oder in den Ferien eben auch nicht) wie eine Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler etc., auch 2 Balkone sind vorhanden. Wir haben uns über diverse kleine Aufmerksamkeiten (1 Flasche sehr guten Prosecco, Kaffeekapseln, Pflegeprodukte) sehr gefreut. Bei Rückfragen per SMS bekommt man innert Minutenfrist eine Rückmeldung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt und die Wohnung sehr genossen! Einzig die Matratzen liessen uns nicht gut schlafen und die Beleuchtung in den Badezimmern ist für Frauen (und auch alle anderen*) die sich gerne schminken viel zu dunkel. Wir würden wieder kommen und bedanken uns an dieser Stelle bei Happy Rentals!

Es handelt sich um ein schönes, grosses Appartement mit zwei kleinen Balkonen, zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei grossen schönen Badezimmern. Wir waren sechs Personen und die Grösse war eigentlich ideal. Schade war einzig, dass das Bettsofa als Sofa präpariert war. In unserem Fall, wo wir explizit für sechs Personen gebucht haben, hätten wir es begrüsst, wenn das Sofa bereits als Bett hergerichtet gewesen wäre um Verwirrungen zu vermeiden. Da wir über Silvester da waren und selbst nicht früh ins Bett gegangen sind, hat es uns nicht gestört, aber wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, den könnte der Lärm des Treppenhauses stören.

Décue de ce logement. Matelas non confortables, semblent vieux car même ceux des enfants font "cuvette". Hamas de poils- cheveux retrouvés au sol. Portes avec traces sales de doigts noirs. Radiateur de la chambre enfants a fait du bruit toute la nuit. nous étions 5 personnes et le canapé lit n'était pas préparé, j'ai du chercher une couverture, draps et linge de bain dans toutes les armoires. Un store ne fonctionnait pas, lumière du jour au levé du soleil. lieu bruyant dû à l'extérieur et au voisinage. L'appartement ne vaut pas le prix ! c'est la 1ère fois que ça nous arrive.

The apartment was lovely. Welcome bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch. BUT…The apartment is connected to a night club and the music is very loud in the rooms and went until around 1:30 a.m. Several of the heaters were stuck in the on position. You can not turn them off or down. It was unbearably hot. Windows open nicely but then the music from the night club is even louder. We informed the host and were told they could do nothing about it. Great location, super clean, lovely bathrooms but the noise and heat made for a couple miserable nights. If you are looking for a good nights sleep I can not recommend. BTW, this is the first time I have ever written a review with a sub par rating.
