Vicinissimo alla stazione Termini, pulizia delle camere mai vista, camera ampia e spaziosa, dotata di tutto il necessario e con un’attenzione ai dettagli rara. Non è prevista la colazione ma nella sala comune abbiamo trovato tutto l’occorrente per prepararcene una (macchinetta caffè/cappuccino, biscotti, ecc.). Staff gentilissimo e disponibile (ci hanno concesso un checkin anticipato pulendo prima la camera) Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

We loved this rental, it was gorgeous and spacious, great for a group! The location was just a short walk to the lake or shopping in town, and you can easily walk 20 mins to the mountain cablecar. Sonja was so kind and accommodating and was always very responsive!

First of all, Ivan was very friendly and helpful! The apartment was clean, spacious and cosy! There was a huge range of home appliances provided which would be very great for a longer stay! Location of the apartment was very close to the bus interchange (Lugano, Centro) which was another huge plus point, just about 3 minutes walk away! Thank you for the great experience! :)

Great stay. Only issue was we were handed over to the "local" team once we had arrived. I sent two messages to this local team asking for help (e.g. with parking), and got absolutely no response.

Das Check-In und die Kommunikation war äußerst einfach. Die Wohnung war angenehm eingerichtet mit einer äußerst ruhigen Umgebung. Gute Wohnung nahe beim Zentrum.

The Apartment was very comfortable and had all it needed. But it was very expensive for what it was - I would next time always stay rather in one of the villages around Lucano. We needed to pay extra for the car parking which wasn’t clear to me. We got offered to pay 30 Franken extra but we could have only parked from 4 pm till 10am. I found the check in time late and the check out time very early. But I have to say we slept very well

L'appartamento è molto bello, comodo , ben organizzato e pulito. Vicinissimo al centro e alla stazione degli autobus. Molto precise e utili le istruzioni e i contatti per la consegna delle chiavi. Unica cosa da eccepire la temperatura del riscaldamento, troppo alta e non facilmente modificabile.

Wohnung war allgemein sehr sauber, gut gelüftet, gute Verdunkelung, gute Betten und saubere Bettwäsche, Badetücher Mangel: zuwenig Gläser, zuwenig WC-Rollen für 5 Personen Türe zum Bad klemmt, ist verzogen durch Wasserlache wegen undichter Duschkabine Wir hoffen, dass die Màngel behoben werden können, damit sich auch die nächsten Gäste wohl fühlen Vielen Dank, es war schön. Great location, easy to access and a nice comfortable space. We were there during the extreme heat of July so without air conditioning we couldn't hang out in the apartment as much as we wanted. But we appreciate the hosts providing room fans. A nice stay!

Very nice apartment in a nice location close to the beautiful lake, shops restaurants, bars and clubs yet in quiet place. Very nice for family to stay. The staff happy rental are very friendly and responsive. We had great time in Lugano. The only thing to say is there is no airconditioning in the apartment but this was not a problem as the weather was great not too warm.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Sie befindet sich in einem Wohnblock mit mehreren Ferienwohnungen. Durch die Schlüsselbox sind Check-In und Check-Out einfach und flexibel. Die Küche ist nur mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet, alles funktioniert aber gut und ist relativ modern. Die Kommunikation mit Happy Rentals war einfach und professionell. Auf Wunsch erhielten wir innerhalb weniger Minuten einen zusätzlichen Stuhl. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung.

The apartment is very nice, the pictures are very accurate, very well located, and restaurants around, grocery shops are close, however, it is a little bit of noise because of the busy streets and clubs around. We traveled with my 3-year-old son and 3-month-old baby, and it was okay-ish, but if the children have light sleep I would think twice. Because of the noisy streets, it's almost impossible to keep the windows open.

The apartment is in great location, parking is right next to it. The apartment was clean, suitable for 6 people. There was welcome bottle of Prosecco. Only disadvantage was that there was very hot, the fans did not worked properly. I recommend the apartment.

Nice enough apartment - location is fantastic … really brilliant, clean and modern although lacks any character Beds are very hard and not very comfortable at all ( for us ) Locks on doors can be a little bit of a pain ( we weren’t the only ones having issues getting in) Communication is strange when you need to contact 3 different numbers instead of just using Airbnb app. Downside Forgot the cot bed for our baby but eventually received one by the second night. no air conditioning Beds not very comfortable If you have windows open you get a lot of noise from cars passing by
