Remarque :
À votre arrivée, vous trouverez un kit de bienvenue gratuit comprenant une serviette de bain et une serviette de toilette par personne, un kit de douche, deux rouleaux de papier toilette, un kit de cuisine avec du liquide vaisselle et une éponge, ainsi qu’un sac poubelle de 35 litres fourni par la municipalité.
Comme il s'agit d'un hébergement indépendant, ces articles sont fournis au cas où vous auriez oublié quelque chose et vous sont gracieusement offerts. Vous pourrez acheter tout autre produit dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant votre séjour dans les supermarchés à proximité.
Situation
L'appartement de vacances est niché à proximité du centre de Locarno, d'où vous pourrez tout découvrir à pied. À quelques pas seulement, vous trouverez plusieurs restaurants, le casino de Locarno et un supermarché. À 5 minutes à pied de l'appartement, vous trouverez le Lungalago de Locarno avec sa promenade au bord du lac, idéale pour des balades romantiques en soirée, la Piazza Grande avec ses boutiques animées, ses restaurants et ses glaciers, la magnifique Fontana Pedrazzini et même le funiculaire menant à l'historique Madonna del Sasso.
Pour des vacances actives, le Lido de Locarno, un parcours de golf et la célèbre fauconnerie de Locarno se trouvent à 15-20 minutes à pied. Quant à ceux qui souhaitent profiter de pique-niques et se détendre les après-midis d’été au bord du lac, les Giardini Jean Arp sont à 10 minutes à pied d’ici. Les amateurs d’art trouveront le musée d’art de Locarno à peu près à la même distance.
Pour des excursions d’une journée, Bellinzone, la capitale du Tessin, avec ses châteaux emblématiques, ainsi que Lugano, sont à 40 à 50 minutes en voiture. L'aéroport le plus proche est celui de Lugano et l'aéroport international le plus proche est celui de Milan-Malpensa, situé à environ 1 heure et 45 minutes en voiture de cette location de vacances à Locarno.
Malheureusement, les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas admis dans cet établissement.

Appartamento curato, semplice, pulito e con tutto il necessario per qualche giorno di permanenza. La posizione è ottima vicinissima al centro, e i finestroni offrono una vista bella sulla piazza soprattutto ora che è illuminata per Natale. Suggerisco di aggiungere all'ingresso alcuni appendi abiti per le giacche quando si rientra, lo spazio si presta bene. Grazie per il bel soggiorno!!!

Das Studio hat Fensterfronten und eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Altstadt, einen Park und bis zur Madonna del Sasso. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. In 5 Minuten ist man am See. Es war sehr sauber. Alles hat tip top geklappt.

Die Wohnung war schön und hatte eine zentrale Lage. Alles war gut zu erreichen. In der Küche hatte es jedoch keine Bratpfanne. Der ganze Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen und können es weiter empfehlen.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. The location is top, but also a bit noisy when you are forced to open the windows because of the heat.

The apartment is very small, but functional. It has nothing extra but covers basic necessities. Location is very centric but the noise is terrible. Impossible to sleep as they start cleaning streets before 7 am, windows do not stop noise from traffic and motos neither. And the neighbors are very noisy!!! A lot of children, plus people partying in neighboring apartments. The sink is very small, uncomfortable and water splashes everywhere. Shower size is minimum acceptable. Kitchen is equipped with basic things. Overall ok for short stay if you do no have a fragile sleep.

Unfortunately, we have no control over when the streets are cleaned in Switzerland. For a future stay, you might prefer a location outside the city center for more peace and quiet. Location. Facilities. Equipped with all your needs. The host left a nice welcome gift. Close to the train station as well as the bust stop. Close to the center as well.

Appartamento curato, semplice, pulito e con tutto il necessario per qualche giorno di permanenza. La posizione è ottima vicinissima al centro, e i finestroni offrono una vista bella sulla piazza soprattutto ora che è illuminata per Natale. Suggerisco di aggiungere all'ingresso alcuni appendi abiti per le giacche quando si rientra, lo spazio si presta bene. Grazie per il bel soggiorno!!!

Das Studio hat Fensterfronten und eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Altstadt, einen Park und bis zur Madonna del Sasso. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. In 5 Minuten ist man am See. Es war sehr sauber. Alles hat tip top geklappt.

Die Wohnung war schön und hatte eine zentrale Lage. Alles war gut zu erreichen. In der Küche hatte es jedoch keine Bratpfanne. Der ganze Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen und können es weiter empfehlen.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. The location is top, but also a bit noisy when you are forced to open the windows because of the heat.

The apartment is very small, but functional. It has nothing extra but covers basic necessities. Location is very centric but the noise is terrible. Impossible to sleep as they start cleaning streets before 7 am, windows do not stop noise from traffic and motos neither. And the neighbors are very noisy!!! A lot of children, plus people partying in neighboring apartments. The sink is very small, uncomfortable and water splashes everywhere. Shower size is minimum acceptable. Kitchen is equipped with basic things. Overall ok for short stay if you do no have a fragile sleep.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. The apartment is indeed located in the heart of the city, which offers great convenience but also comes with the typical sounds of city life. Unfortunately, we have no control over when the streets are cleaned in Switzerland. For a future stay, you might prefer a location outside the city center for more peace and quiet.
