Cet appartement confortable, situé au cinquième étage, bénéficie d'un accès par ascenseur et de certaines des plus belles vues panoramiques de Locarno. Il dispose d'un espace de couchage lumineux avec de grandes fenêtres qui permettent un contact maximal avec la nature et le chauffage central pour profiter de vacances à tout moment de l'année. Une salle à manger et une cuisine entièrement équipée vous permettront de passer un séjour sans souci. Les équipements essentiels de la cuisine comprennent un four, une machine à café Mokka, une plaque à induction, un grille-pain et un réfrigérateur avec congélateur. À quelques pas, vous trouverez plusieurs restaurants, le casino de Locarno et un supermarché. À moins de 5 minutes de marche, vous trouverez le Lungalago de Locarno avec une promenade au bord du lac pour des promenades romantiques en soirée, la Piazza Grande avec ses boutiques animées, ses restaurants et ses gelaterias, la magnifique Fontana Pedrazzini et même le funiculaire menant à l'emblématique Madonna del Sasso. Pour nos clients actifs, le Lido di Locarno, un terrain de golf et la célèbre fauconnerie de Locarno sont à 15-20 minutes de marche. Pour ceux qui souhaitent pique-niquer et se détendre les après-midi d'été au bord du lac, le Giardini Jean Arp se trouve à 10 minutes à pied. Les amateurs d'art seront ravis car un musée d'art se trouve à peu près à la même distance. L'aéroport le plus proche est celui de Lugano (48 minutes de route) et l'aéroport international le plus proche est celui de Milan Malpensa, à environ 1 heure et 45 minutes de route de cette location de vacances à Locarno.

Es ist eine schöne Lage, bequem zu Fuß zu allen Shops, Restaurants, Bäckereien und Lebensmittelgeschäften. Um die Ecke ist die Bushaltestelle, wo es einen direkten Bus nach Orselina Madonna del Sasso gibt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, hat super Aussicht auf den heiligen Berg und das große Bett ist mega bequem. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und können sie warmherzig empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Studio war sauber und an einer super Lage. Empfehlung für den Kaffee am Morgen, Bar City gleich im Gebäude. Wir würden hier wieder buchen.
