The property was nice and location was good for skiing but due to the amount of snow that fell in the first two days the only road to the property was closed and it prevented us from travelling to and from the property. I was disappointed that there wasn’t more support in an unprecedented situation with children involved. We ended up having to leave after 4 nights with no offer of an alternative.

This apartment was stunning. Its location was fabulous for ski lifts and the views spectacular. It was lovely and quiet and the apartment was spotless. Loved the bottle of wine left for us. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Mark & Happy rentals 😁

Magnifique chalet . La décoration est très bien pensée et la qualité de mobilité est au top . Les lits sont très confortables, les couvertures chaudes, c’était un plaisir de passer un long week-end là-bas. Nos enfants ont trouvé des jeux de société en arrivant , ils en ont oublié la télévision! Un grand merci à notre hôte.

The best place one could imagine for skiing without crowds. Lifts 30 meters away and beginners area just 2 minutes walking. Apartment is awesome, new, clean, stoning view.

Appartement moderne et très bien agencé avec une vue magnifique sur le village et les montagnes. On se sent bien avec cette cuisine ouverte sur le salon et les chambres sont très agréables. Je recommande.

The best thing about this property is it’s location - right at the foot of the gondola to the Balme ski area and easy walking distance from La Vormaine beginners area. Right on top of a very helpful ski rental shop where you could order fresh bread for the next day as a bonus, and right next door to a great bar/restaurant (but beware - everything in Le Tour shuts down by 6pm!). The apartment itself is great, clever design, warm and comfy.

After booking the appartment, we were supposed to get a notification email regarding entry instructions to the unit. This email, however, never arrived. Because of our flight delay on arrival, we got the the appartment later than expected. When we landed about 19:00 the phones of the people responsible for this area of rental properties that i found on the VRBO website didnt actually work when i called and texted. Finally we arrived to the area around 10 pm, without knowing whether there will be anyone to open the door for us. There indeed wasnt. After about 20 calls and anxious search for a way out of this situation, someone got back to us on the phone and gave instructions as to where to pick up the keys. Dylan, who was super nice and helpful, said, allegedly, we should have gotten an email with instructions, which never arrived as stated previously. Anyway, luckily the office with the keys was not too far away in town. We were able to retrieve the keys from the safe deposit box at the office and get back to the appartment. Another issue with the property is it’s location. Make sure you understand the location of the property. Its about 10-12 minutes driving up the mountains from Chamonix, meaning every travel in the area will usually start from driving. The property itself is practically amazing for spending your holiday. Truly, besides the bad start, our stay was marvelous and i think we would stay there again if had to choose an appartment. Dylan, thank you so mych for being available for our every question and of course for saving us from spending a night in the car.

La casa di Pauline e davvero favolosa, nuova , arredata con estrema cura e gusto, l atmosfera al suo interno è piacevole e con gli amici abbiamo passato delle belle giornate. Ad ogni modo essendo un casa di un livello medio alto ci aspettavamo che alcuni dettagli fossero più curati , come un wifi praticamente inesistente , poiché il router posizionato al piano inferiore non copre l appartamento, ho dovuto lavorare due ore al pc seduto nelle scale..le padelle antiaderenti erano quasi tutte completamente rovinate e inutilizzabili, la pulizia non era sicuramente curata , sotto il divano letto che abbiamo utilizzato era davvero poco pulito. Altro punto dolente e stata la comunicazione con l’agenzia , ho chiesto un paio di chiavi in più essendo in 6 persone e non mi sono state date , ho chiesto se era normale che il wifi non funzionasse e mi hanno detto di controllare che la pw fosse corretta… non mi è piaciuto questa superficialità. Sono certo che Pauline migliorerà questi particolari.

L'appartement a répondu en tout point à nos attentes à l'exception de 2 points : la mezzanine était inaccessible (il n'était pas fait mention dans l'annonce de la possibilité d'y dormir, mais nous l'avions envisagé d'après les photos pour une de nos filles) et il était interdit de faire un feu de cheminée, ce qui est regrettable à la montagne.

Beautiful brand-new apartment, ideally located. However, the pots and pans were almost unusable as they were extremely damaged and scratched — most of the Teflon coating was already gone. Seriously consider bringing your own. The apartment is not very bright. Be careful with the very low beam in the master bedroom — we’re not particularly tall, but we still bumped our heads several times over the course of the weekend. The fireplace was out of order during our stay.

Modern comfort, beautiful architecture, high quality materials, but steel beams in living room and bedroom may (and did in our case) cause painful and dangerous bumps to your head, even if you are not tall. Balcony, but not a terrace. Wifi poor
