Die klimatisierte Wohnung befand sich in einer guten Lage. Die Größe der Wohnung war für uns ausreichend. Der Pool war gepflegt und wurde von uns hin und wieder genutzt. Sehr schön war die Terrasse, wo wir jeden Morgen gefrühstückt haben. Das Sofa war leider sehr unbequem und wurde daher nicht von uns genutzt.

The apartment was very clean, and beds were comfortable. Great shower, but the silicone definitely needs re-done as water was leaking out the bottom onto the floor. Great location, very handy having the garage to park the car. Would recommend this apartment. It would have been nice to have some essentials included like salt, pepper and sugar.

el sitio esta muy bien equipado y es muy comodo. qué gran detalle la botella de prosecco! gracias! recomendación: deberían colocar instrucciones para la utilización de la ducha: no es muy sencilla. tambien estaría bueno que hubiera algunos elementos básicos como sal, azucar, un poco de aceite...

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung, die, bis auf eine Kaffeemaschine, ausreichend ausgestattet war. Große Terrasse mit Stühlen und Sonnenliegen. Gut war die eigene abschließbare Tiefgarage. Bushaltestelle drei Gehminuten entfernt. Ausreichende Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und zum Essen gehen. See direkt gegenüber. Direkter, freundlicher und sehr bemühter Kontakt mit Happy Rentals!!!

Nice apartment. Very clean. It has many sleeping places, big bathroom. The kitchen is small, but quite comfortable. And of course the pool is a step away from you.

My Wife and I first rented a different property then Manuela was so kind to tell us about a local Bike race that’s gonna cause street closures. Manuela offered us a different property with same price in a near town to avoid event traffic. Manuela did not have to tell us about it but was so kind to help us out. Property was super clean and easy to find, I liked the designated private parking for renters. Apartment shares a swimming pool with other residents and it’s across the street from Lake Garda. I would highly recommend renting with Manuela again for her excellent communication and incredible kindness.

Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir haben gesagt, dass wir nachmittags kommen und waren doch schon morgens um 09:15 Uhr da. Ich habe dann angerufen und sofort den bescheid bekommen, dass die Ferienwohnung einzugsbereit war. Sie haben uns somit einen Tag geschenkt. Die Lage war einfach Traumhaft. Überall Restaurants direkt am Wasser und alles was man braucht direkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Appartement entspricht genau den Bildern und ist einfach wärmstens zu empfehlen, Vielen Dank für alles!

Vi havde mere eller mindre poolen for os selv, det var anden gang vi var der og hvis man kan lide privatliv, så er det stedet. De mindste ting blev løst fra bureauet side. P kælderen er en smule trang men det kan lade sig gøre.

La piscine et la localisation, le garage est un vrai plus dans une ville où il est difficile de se garer. La résidence était peu occupée (4 logements sur 12) en juillet. La piscine était souvent pour nous seuls.

el apartamento era amplio, acogedor, muy bien equipado, tenia espacio para comer en el exterior, incluso piscina (aunque no la utilizamos) los anfitriones dejaron un proseco de bienvenida

Gute Lage. Bushaltestelle drei Gehminuten entfernt. Gardasee direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Gute Restaurants rund um die Unterkunft. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ausreichend vorhanden. Eigene abschließbare Tiefgarage im Haus. Ausstattung gut. Große Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln vorhanden. Direkter Kontakt mit einer Mitarbeiterin von Happy Rentals, die sogar mit Fotos sehr gut erklärt hat, wo der Schlüssel und die Garage zu finden ist.

Das Haus und die Wohnung sind sehr in die Jahre genommen und liegen an einer viel befahrenen, lauten Strasse. Das Bettlacken der Kinder stank nach Urin und aus dem Nachttisch kam sowas wie Katzengeruch. Wir waren ansonsten zufrieden. Die Kinder hatten in dem grossen, gepflegten Pool ihren Spass.

We just got back from 6 days in Sirmoine and the location of the apartment is superb. The apartment was clean and the air conditioning fantastic after warm evenings out eating delicious (but expensive) food. I would highly recommend La Vicche Grillia (best steak I have ever had and we went twice) Overall though apartment does what it says

Fijn zwembad verder een basic en iets verouderd appartement maar prima om een week te vertoeven. In deze streek zijn accomodaties heel prijzig dus dan weet je dat als je iets minder betaald de accommodatie basic kan zijn.

My Wife and I first rented a different property then Manuela was so kind to tell us about a local Bike race that’s gonna cause street closures. Manuela offered us a different property with same price in a near town to avoid event traffic. Manuela did not have to tell us about it but was so kind to help us out. Property was super clean and easy to find, I liked the designated private parking for renters. Apartment shares a swimming pool with other residents and it’s across the street from Lake Garda. I would highly recommend renting with Manuela again for her excellent communication and incredible kindness.

Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir haben gesagt, dass wir nachmittags kommen und waren doch schon morgens um 09:15 Uhr da. Ich habe dann angerufen und sofort den bescheid bekommen, dass die Ferienwohnung einzugsbereit war. Sie haben uns somit einen Tag geschenkt. Die Lage war einfach Traumhaft. Überall Restaurants direkt am Wasser und alles was man braucht direkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Appartement entspricht genau den Bildern und ist einfach wärmstens zu empfehlen, Vielen Dank für alles!

Vi havde mere eller mindre poolen for os selv, det var anden gang vi var der og hvis man kan lide privatliv, så er det stedet. De mindste ting blev løst fra bureauet side. P kælderen er en smule trang men det kan lade sig gøre.

La piscine et la localisation, le garage est un vrai plus dans une ville où il est difficile de se garer. La résidence était peu occupée (4 logements sur 12) en juillet. La piscine était souvent pour nous seuls.

el apartamento era amplio, acogedor, muy bien equipado, tenia espacio para comer en el exterior, incluso piscina (aunque no la utilizamos) los anfitriones dejaron un proseco de bienvenida

Gute Lage. Bushaltestelle drei Gehminuten entfernt. Gardasee direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Gute Restaurants rund um die Unterkunft. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ausreichend vorhanden. Eigene abschließbare Tiefgarage im Haus. Ausstattung gut. Große Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln vorhanden. Direkter Kontakt mit einer Mitarbeiterin von Happy Rentals, die sogar mit Fotos sehr gut erklärt hat, wo der Schlüssel und die Garage zu finden ist.

Das Haus und die Wohnung sind sehr in die Jahre genommen und liegen an einer viel befahrenen, lauten Strasse. Das Bettlacken der Kinder stank nach Urin und aus dem Nachttisch kam sowas wie Katzengeruch. Wir waren ansonsten zufrieden. Die Kinder hatten in dem grossen, gepflegten Pool ihren Spass.

We just got back from 6 days in Sirmoine and the location of the apartment is superb. The apartment was clean and the air conditioning fantastic after warm evenings out eating delicious (but expensive) food. I would highly recommend La Vicche Grillia (best steak I have ever had and we went twice) Overall though apartment does what it says

Fijn zwembad verder een basic en iets verouderd appartement maar prima om een week te vertoeven. In deze streek zijn accomodaties heel prijzig dus dan weet je dat als je iets minder betaald de accommodatie basic kan zijn.
