Our SmartKey solution is designed to offer a flexible and secure self check-in experience, and it is normally straightforward once the initial setup is completed. That said, we understand that, especially upon arrival, any technical setup can be inconvenient, and we regret the delay you encountered. For this reason, we would like to reassure you that a dedicated 24-hour on-call assistance service is available exclusively for ICON H guests, with contact details provided in advance and on site, in order to support guests in any situation, including access issues. Our team is always ready to intervene promptly to avoid waiting times. As self-catering apartments, we operate without a traditional on-site reception, allowing guests greater independence and flexibility during their stay. We understand that some guests may prefer a reception desk, however our model is designed to combine autonomy with round-the-clock remote support. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue to improve both our systems and communication, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again for a smoother experience in the future.
