Situé à quelques pas de la célèbre Piazza Grande de Locarno et des rives scintillantes du lac Majeur, cet appartement de vacances de 2 chambres à coucher avec balcon privé constitue le point de départ idéal pour profiter de tout ce que cette charmante ville a à offrir. Du funiculaire menant à l'historique Madonna del Sasso à la fauconnerie de Locarno et au Lido di Locarno, toutes les attractions de cette ville lacustre ne sont qu'à quelques pas de l'appartement de vacances. Ce confortable appartement situé au premier étage est accessible par ascenseur et dispose d'un salon lumineux avec canapé, grande télévision Smart TV, Wi-Fi et accès direct à un balcon privé. En outre, une salle à manger et une cuisine entièrement équipée permettent de passer un séjour sans souci. À 5 minutes de marche, vous trouverez également le Lungalago de Locarno avec une promenade au bord du lac pour des promenades nocturnes romantiques, la magnifique Fontana Pedrazzini et le funiculaire menant à l'emblématique Madonna del Sasso. Pour les clients actifs, le Lido di Locarno, un terrain de golf et la célèbre fauconnerie de Locarno se trouvent à 15-20 minutes de marche. Pour ceux qui souhaitent pique-niquer et se détendre les après-midi d'été au bord du lac, les Giardini Jean Arp se trouvent à 10 minutes à pied de l'hôtel. Les amateurs d'art seront également comblés, car un musée d'art se trouve à peu près à la même distance. L'aéroport le plus proche est celui de Lugano (à 48 minutes de route) et l'aéroport international le plus proche est celui de Milan Malpensa, à environ 1 heure et 45 minutes de route de cette location de vacances à Locarno.

Wir haben 3 wunderbare Tage in Locarno verbracht, die Wohnung ist super gelegen, alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Ich war froh, dass ein Parkplatz zu der Wohnung dabei war und wir das Auto 3 Tage stehen lassen konnten.

The location was perfect - close to the train station, ferry, lake and ALDI. The rooms were generous and beds comfortable - although I must say our pillows were too big! Our family loved staying there and voted it the best stay of our 2 week trip in Switzerland! Thank you!

Good location for walking to restaurants, shops, the lake and more. But we had the windows open because it’s summer and hot which made it very noisy at night when we tried to sleep. It’s along a street so you can hear people driving by all night long and even the music coming from the cars. There was the annual Moon and Stars event while we were there so perfect timing to stay there. We really enjoyed that.

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, nahe am See und in Kürze ist man auf dem Piazza Grande und im Zentrum. Für Ausflüge in der Region perfekt. In der Wohnung hat es alles, was man braucht. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind alle mit grossen Schränken und Kommoden ausgestattet. Das, was fehlt, ist eine Graderobe im Wohnungsgang, um Jacken aufzuhängen. Je nach Verkehrsaufkommen hört man die Autos der Durchgangsstrasse. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Casa al Molo genossen und können uns gut vorstellen, in Zukunft erneut diese Unterkunft zu buchen.

Kommunikation, Check-in und out sehr klar, unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und hatte die notwendige und beschriebene Ausstattung. Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Einzig wichtig zu wissen, die Wohnung liegt an einer viel befahrenen Strasse.

Das Appartement war sehr sauber, die Einrichtung etwas spartanisch, aber das Wichtigste war vorhanden. Sehr gute Betten (Boxspring). Grosse Kleiderschränke, viel Stauraum. Zum Badezimmer noch ein zusätzliches WC. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Daher auch viel Verkehr, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung. Gute Anweisungen, Übergabe via deponierten Schlüssel verlief reibungslos.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung an bester Lage, man kann zu Fuss Locarno erkunden oder auch ins wunderschöne Lido gehen. Wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt und wurden toll unterstützt. Der einzige Negativpunkt war die Hitze in der Wohnung (Rekordtemperaturen zu der Zeit im Tessin), die wir nicht rauskriegten, da die Nächte heiss waren und der Verkehr recht laut, wenn die Fenster offen waren. An den weniger heissen Tagen dürfte das jedoch kein Problem sein, wir können die Wohnung daher definitiv empfehlen.

Très joli appartement situé au centre. À deux pas du lac et de la grande place. Très propre et accès facile. Très pratique d’avoir une place de parking. Cependant les fenêtres donnent toutes sur une route très fréquentée donc c’est assez bruyant lorsque fenêtres ouvertes. De plus il fait très chaud en été. Pas de climatisation ni ventilateur.

Unsere Betreuung war sehr gut.Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch nur wenn es so heiss ist wäre sehr schön eine Klimaanlage, beim Hitze kann man nicht die Fenster aufmachen , weil es sehr laut ist.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem netten Mehrfamilienhaus mit Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Die Nähe zum See und der Stadt ist toll. Es ist schön hell in der Wohnung und bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten ist sie gut eingerichtet.

Good location for walking to restaurants, shops, the lake and more. But we had the windows open because it’s summer and hot which made it very noisy at night when we tried to sleep. It’s along a street so you can hear people driving by all night long and even the music coming from the cars. There was the annual Moon and Stars event while we were there so perfect timing to stay there. We really enjoyed that.

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, nahe am See und in Kürze ist man auf dem Piazza Grande und im Zentrum. Für Ausflüge in der Region perfekt. In der Wohnung hat es alles, was man braucht. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind alle mit grossen Schränken und Kommoden ausgestattet. Das, was fehlt, ist eine Graderobe im Wohnungsgang, um Jacken aufzuhängen. Je nach Verkehrsaufkommen hört man die Autos der Durchgangsstrasse. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Casa al Molo genossen und können uns gut vorstellen, in Zukunft erneut diese Unterkunft zu buchen.

Kommunikation, Check-in und out sehr klar, unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und hatte die notwendige und beschriebene Ausstattung. Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Einzig wichtig zu wissen, die Wohnung liegt an einer viel befahrenen Strasse.

Zentrale Lage mit Parkplatz. Wohnung ist sehr gross und sauber. Schlüsselbox hat super geklappt. Die ganzen Informationen vorab waren sehr ausführlich und hilfreich.

Das Appartement war sehr sauber, die Einrichtung etwas spartanisch, aber das Wichtigste war vorhanden. Sehr gute Betten (Boxspring). Grosse Kleiderschränke, viel Stauraum. Zum Badezimmer noch ein zusätzliches WC. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Daher auch viel Verkehr, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung. Gute Anweisungen, Übergabe via deponierten Schlüssel verlief reibungslos.

I was very happy to have my mother as a guest in your apartment "casa al Molo". Your team in Locarno, Carlo and Christian, are the best you could wish for as property manager. 24/7 service, always available and willing to help and solve problems immediately, it's just amazing and rarely to find an office/service like this. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung an bester Lage, man kann zu Fuss Locarno erkunden oder auch ins wunderschöne Lido gehen. Wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt und wurden toll unterstützt. Der einzige Negativpunkt war die Hitze in der Wohnung (Rekordtemperaturen zu der Zeit im Tessin), die wir nicht rauskriegten, da die Nächte heiss waren und der Verkehr recht laut, wenn die Fenster offen waren. An den weniger heissen Tagen dürfte das jedoch kein Problem sein, wir können die Wohnung daher definitiv empfehlen.

Très joli appartement situé au centre. À deux pas du lac et de la grande place. Très propre et accès facile. Très pratique d’avoir une place de parking. Cependant les fenêtres donnent toutes sur une route très fréquentée donc c’est assez bruyant lorsque fenêtres ouvertes. De plus il fait très chaud en été. Pas de climatisation ni ventilateur.

Unsere Betreuung war sehr gut.Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch nur wenn es so heiss ist wäre sehr schön eine Klimaanlage, beim Hitze kann man nicht die Fenster aufmachen , weil es sehr laut ist.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem netten Mehrfamilienhaus mit Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Die Nähe zum See und der Stadt ist toll. Es ist schön hell in der Wohnung und bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten ist sie gut eingerichtet.
